Η βίλα Χρυσή Χανιά είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα προς ενοικίαση με 7 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα στα Χανιά Κρήτης. Η Villa Chrissi Chania είναι μια γραφική βίλα μπροστά στη θάλασσα, που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Τερσανάς, με δική της ιδιωτική πισίνα και μαγνητική θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο. Ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος της βίλας είναι περίπου 4.000 τετραγωνικά μέτρα, εκ των οποίων τα μισά είναι φυτεμένα με γρασίδι, ενώ το άλλο μισό περιλαμβάνει λουλούδια, θάμνους, βότανα και άλλα φυτά που φύονται στην Κρήτη. Η ίδια η Villa Chrissi Chania βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ ρομαντικό σημείο, στην κορυφή ενός λόφου,

Χωρίς τίποτα να διακόπτει τη θέα της απέραντης θάλασσας που είναι προσβάσιμη μέσω ενός ιδιωτικού μονοπατιού, μεταδίδοντάς σας έτσι μια αίσθηση ελευθερίας και γαλήνης. Όλο το τοπίο είναι τόσο υπέροχο και με τέτοια φυσική ομορφιά που θα σας γοητεύσει από την πρώτη ματιά. Σε κοντινή απόσταση από τη βίλα Χρυσή, θα ανακαλύψετε τρεις από τις καλύτερες παραλίες της βόρειας ακτογραμμής. Απέχει δύο λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τον μικρό και ήσυχο κόλπο του Τερσανά, έξι λεπτά από την παραλία του Καλαθά και τέσσερα λεπτά από την παραλία του Σταυρού.

Η Villa Chrissi Chania αποτελείται από επτά υπνοδωμάτια, τα πέντε από τα οποία διαθέτουν ιδιωτικά μπάνια, ένα γυμναστήριο με δικό του μπάνιο, μία μεγάλη κουζίνα και δύο σαλόνια. Κάθε δωμάτιο της βίλας διαθέτει δορυφορική τηλεόραση με οθόνη plasma, αν και το σαλόνι κοντά στην κουζίνα και αυτό στο ισόγειο έχουν δύο τηλεοράσεις 3D. Αυτό το σαλόνι είναι εξοπλισμένο με home cinema, ηχοσύστημα και μικρό ψυγείο. Έξω, υπάρχει μια ιδιωτική πισίνα, ένα κιόσκι που προσφέρει σκιά ώστε να μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το φαγητό και το ποτό σας κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας και ένα μπάρμπεκιου σε περίπτωση που θέλετε να δοκιμάσετε ένα εύκολο γεύμα. Μέσα στο έδαφος της βίλας, υπάρχει άφθονος χώρος στάθμευσης για πέντε έως έξι αυτοκίνητα. Υπάρχει επίσης δωρεάν ασύρματο δορυφορικό Internet.

Beautiful home with jetty access and breathtaking coastal views. The beautiful pool area and the heated jacuzzi at sunset are absolutely worth it. The host was very helpful in recommending restaurants, booking boat tours, and making transportation arrangements…

Fantastic villa!

I highly recommend this villa. It is absolutely fantastic and everything from arrival to departure was talen care off. The view is stunning and the house and and the garden/pool area is very clean. We loved our stay here.

You have the impression of being on the edge of the world! Every evening, beautiful sunsets! Farm table seating and a barbecue area beside the pool. The home offers numerous indoor and outdoor seating areas. Every room has excellent air conditioning! For our family, it was the perfect getaway! highly suggestible

Absolutely gorgeous

I had my destination wedding in the back of Villa Chryssi with 13 of my closest friends and family. We stayed all together for 6 days and I wish we had stayed even longer! I can not recommend staying here enough! It was the best week of my life.

The pictures of the apartment are accurate, but it's even better in real life! The coastal position, the spectacular panoramic view and the breathtaking sunsets are a sight to behold. The place was very clean and in fact the cleaners came every day (which, for our party of 12, was very beneficial). Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this listing.
