Villa Mare Azzurro Chania είναι ένα ολοκαίνουργιο πολυτελές καταφύγιο, ιδανικό για μια αξέχαστη απόδραση. Διαθέτοντας έξι κομψά υπνοδωμάτια που απλώνονται σε δύο κτίρια και τρεις ορόφους, αυτό το εκπληκτικό ακίνητο απέχει μόλις 2,5 χλμ. Από την παραλία και 14 χλμ. Από τη διάσημη παραλία Falassarna. Σκαρφαλωμένο σε μια πρωταρχική τοποθεσία, η βίλα προσφέρει εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα, τόσο μέρα όσο και νύχτα. Οι επεκτατικοί εσωτερικοί και εξωτερικοί χώροι του το καθιστούν ιδανικό για μεγάλες οικογένειες, κοινωνικές συγκεντρώσεις και πάρτι μπάρμπεκιου. Με καταλύματα για έως και 12-14 άτομα, αυτή η εξαιρετική ενοικίαση υπόσχεται άνεση, στυλ και χαλάρωση.

Η κύρια είσοδος της Villa Mare Azzurro Chania βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο. Σε αυτό το πάτωμα, υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μπάνιο και μια κουζίνα όπου μπορείτε να προετοιμάσετε ένα γρήγορο γεύμα ή ένα πολυτελές δείπνο για τους καλεσμένους σας. Επίσης, μια μεγάλη τραπεζαρία κατάλληλη για 12 άτομα, ένα καθιστικό με δορυφορική τηλεόραση, τζάκι και άμεση πρόσβαση στη βεράντα. Σε αυτό το πάτωμα, υπάρχει ένα εσωτερικό μπαλκόνι με θέα στην εσωτερική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα με ξαπλώστρες και ένα κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο.

Από την εσωτερική σκάλα πηγαίνει στη σοφίτα της βίλας με ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα τζακούζι και ένα μπάνιο. Σε αυτό το πάτωμα, υπάρχουν δύο ακόμη υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικά μπάνια. Τα δωμάτια έχουν άμεση πρόσβαση στην αυλή. Δίπλα στο κεντρικό κτίριο, υπάρχει ένα άλλο κτίριο που αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικά μπάνια. Υπάρχει επίσης καθιστικό και κουζίνα. Όλα τα κρεβάτια είναι singles με στρώματα, κλινοσκεπάσματα και πετσέτες από το Cocomat, τα οποία μπορούν να μετατραπούν σε διπλασιάσεις! Οι υπαίθριες εγκαταστάσεις της Villa Lydia Chania αποτελούνται από έναν καταπληκτικό κήπο, μια ιδιωτική πισίνα με εκπληκτική θέα στην Κρητική Θάλασσα, υπαίθρια έπιπλα, μπάρμπεκιου και υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία.

This Villa definitely has the WOW factor! There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge PLUS a selection of communal space for us to eat and hang out together as a family. The 2 master bedrooms as separate spaces worked really well for…
This Villa definitely has the WOW factor! There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge PLUS a selection of communal space for us to eat and hang out together as a family. The 2 master bedrooms as separate spaces worked really well for us! The Villa is finished to a high standard, the attractive furnishing adding to the comfort and enjoyment of all. The indoor pool with waterfalls hit the mark with the younger members of our family, while the loungers in the outside pool provided others with a means of joining in, without the need to be submerged. We found the location was close enough for us to walk into the town center but far enough away that it was quiet and the views from all decks are outstanding! The Villa is even BETTER than the pictures suggest! From every angle, this Villa is Instagram worthy but, more importantly, it worked seamlessly well as a family holiday venue - never under estimate the value of not 1 but 4 pools when it comes to entertaining a family of 11. We couldn't have asked for a better host than Mike - he organized groceries to be delivered pre-arrival, so we were set for that first night - he recommended local tavernas and sites to see - he also, handily, worked at a local market that became our go-to place to pick up essentials. He even made a trip on our final night to come and say goodbye!

The villa is absolutely gorgeous

We were a group of 13 people and everything was perfect. Michalis is one of the best hosts that we've ever encountered. We'll definitely come back to this villa.

We stayed at this villa Chania, which was absolutely amazing. The home exceeded all of our expectations. The online photos don't do it justice, it is more beautiful in person. When we arrived we met with the owner's son Mike, at the property. Mike provided us with a tour of the property and instructions on how everything works. Mike was very nice and made himself available providing us with his cell ph# in case we needed to contact him for any reason. Mike would answer our calls or texts immediately when we needed him, and was helpful with restaurant.recommendations and was able to provide us contact information for a local chef to cook a private dinner at the Villa. The property was perfect for my family and I. Everything from the amount of space, pool and views were amazing! It was close to the town of Kissamos which made it very convenient for purchasing groceries, restaurants, cafes, and beaches. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this property to everyone.
