Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. There are various lovely outdoor areas in which to relax - in the sun or the shade - within the crowd or away from it! We were on a family holiday to celebrate my sons 18th birthday and the host was absolutely amazing at helping us every day - with Chef hire for the family celebration evening, boat hire to amazing coves for snorkelling on a luxurious boat, recommending and booking restaurants and arranging taxis, even at short notice For all various family members (we were a family of 9) and although all adults, it was well equipped for children if needed - the local restaurant was incredible, but to be honest, there was not a bad meal our whole stay, the food was amazing - local beach is lovely and we particularly liked Marathi - back to the villa, towels, robes, slippers all provided, the pool was beautiful and it was also fully air conditioned - we can find no fault in any of our stay and we will definitely recommend and would love to come back

We spent 2 weeks at in Sept with 6 adults , a pre-school child and 2 babies. We had a wonderful time - read GREAT time! Spent long days beside the salt water pool with the kids/babies enjoying the kiddie pool. Easy by car to get to grocery stores in nearby town, 10min to airport, 1hr to west coast for amazing sunset and 2min from local beaches. Excellent communication with host, great cleaning service during stay (4 times), fabulous recommendations (including masseuse, private chef, beaches, local restaurants, etc.). The villa has so many different spots; you can be all close together and have your alone time too. The place is well stocked, including kitchen equipment and even fresh herbs in the garden we used for our salads. One highlight was the movie night by the pool with the projector. Eva was so accommodating for the kids and babies too: 2 cribs, a monitor, a baby bath, the kiddie pool, pool toys, kid bike seat and helmet, etc.

We spent 2 weeks in August at the villa. 2 couples with 2 kids each. The house is absolutely gorgeous and has a space for each time of the day and activity. Nearest beach is 6min away by car. Supermarkets under 10 and 19 min from Chania airport. The nearest town has nice restaurants (amazing grill). The time passed way to quickly as it always does when everything is perfect… Garden and swimming pool well tended and cleaning crew made the place spotless twice a week. Nothing beats cleans sheets after a day at the beach !Eva was amazing and tended to all our needs. Massage in the dedicated place near the pool did not disappoint a must try !!!Again thank you for welcoming our family. Our trip to Crete will be the highlight of the year.

Evangelia’s home was absolutely incredible and surpassed all our expectations. It felt like a lush urban jungle tucked away in the heart of Chania—a true oasis. The house is ideal for families and very child-friendly.The amenities were fantastic: a beautiful pool, plenty of cozy corners to unwind in, and a spacious playroom downstairs where the kids could play for hours. One of our favorite touches was the projector—perfect for relaxing movie nights with the little ones by the pool.Evangelia was an outstanding host—thoughtful, kind, and always ready to help. She even arranged a pediatrician for us when our child developed a slight earache after all the pool fun, which we really appreciated.We were genuinely sad to leave this amazing place and are already hoping to return soon. Our family of 7, including 5 adult children, stayed in this beautiful, tranquil space in the early spring of Crete. While the weather wasn't ideal, we enjoyed the spacious common areas, cooking together, drinking the local wine and relishing some quality time together free from 7 busy jobs. And our newly engaged couple, Jack and Colleen. The Villa is fully stocked and complete with thoughtful amenities - from expresso machine to candles and playing cards. It is beautifully decorated without going over the top. The pool area was inviting altho chilly and the hosts were very responsive to our requests. The Villa is in a perfect location if you want to be near but not in the midst of the City of Chania - which offers wonderful food, shopping and sightseeing. There are stunning views everywhere and wonderful (challenging) day hikes to beaches. We loved our time at this villa and I will recommend the Villa, the host, and the Chania area to any of my friends and family who might be as fortunate as my family to travel there.

We enjoyed spending time in the pool with lunches in the outdoor dining areas. While my husband and I exercised in the gym, our little ones could play with the children’s toys in the same area. The house is large with 4 bedrooms and everyone has their own restroom. We loved grilling outside and watching football in the family tv area. We also hired a masseuse and chefs to come to the house to really treat ourselves on holiday. Gorgeous beaches and delicious restaurants are less than 5 minutes away and other areas of Crete are easy to explore by car. We would definitely return!

This was an outstanding holiday for our group of 6 people. The property is meticulously presented and the attention to detail makes this a unique experience. This is a spacious property where people can find space of their own, but there are also sufficient communal areas to meet, dine or play games. The location places it in a quiet area but within easy reach of the local beach and the town of Chania. The maid (Faye) was a genuinely friendly person who was both efficient and able to spend some of her time advising and guiding us on local areas to visit. The owner was also very supportive and was constantly in contact to ensure the visit was problem free.

We had a great week in this Villa. It’s a very beautiful and relaxing place with superb outdoor shaded seating and an amazing main living space. A car is definitely needed as the main road nearby is a little busy and it’s good to explore some of the bays nearby, go to Chania or other expeditions etc. We had amazing meals out; the restaurant recommendations were excellent. And there are good shops nearby. We were a group aged 8 to 80 and everyone loved it. Thanks to the wonderful owner for making it so welcoming.

The equipment is of great quality and the pool and garden are so beautiful. And i would like to mention the amazing owner, she makes you so welcome in her incredible villa, no doubt we will return to this small piece of heaven. I truly recommend this villa to anyone. The villa is a slice of heaven with a backyard oasis. There are endless areas in this home to relax alone and/or with your family. Our family of 8 had an absolute incredible stay in Crete. The home itself is about 25 minutes away from the center of Chania and less than 5 minutes from restaurants and super markets but our kids never wanted to leave! Between the multiple terraces, hammocks, sunbeds, gazebo, etc, there were multiple areas in the home to sit and relax and have fun. The layout, architecture, and art of the home were beautiful. In our 2 weeks of the trip the 3 nights at the villa were the best sleep we had, the locations of the bedrooms were well spaced apart and the beds were beyond comfortable. The villa has a daily house cleaner which was great and she answered many questions we had. Prior to our stay all of my emails and questions were answered promptly and they even assisted me by calling a few transportation companies. I would highly recommend this villa to any friends wanting to stay in Chania!

Our family of four including two teenage boys spent a most enjoyable week at the architecturally stunning and conveniently located villa in July. Located immediately to the northeast of Chania, set amongst olive groves between two villages and a short drive from several nice beach spots, the Villa is spacious, airy, well appointed with modern appliances, and filled with amenities for the entire family. The salt water swimming pool is set out just beyond a scenic Koi pond, with sun beds and a covered pool terrace with furniture. There are two further principal terraces, one off the living room (perfect for morning coffee) and the other off the chef's kitchen, featuring a large outdoor dining table. The bedrooms and baths are well appointed and comfortable, and there are several flat screened TVs spread throughout the house. The Wi Fi is fast and reliable, and there is a second refrigerator near the washing machine and dryer, perfect for storing cold drinks. The basement game room and outdoor ping pong table provide for additional activities during time spent at home, and the outdoor parking area for two cars is both covered and secure. We also enjoyed the eclectic art collection spread throughout the villa. The bedroom air conditioning units work quietly and efficiently when needed. There are two large supermarkets located a short drive away, along with bakeries, pharmacies, and other shops and tavernas. One word of caution however -- if you are sensitive to noise, the cicadas become quite loud during the afternoon hours! (For me, it would not be Greece in the summer without the sound of cicadas, so I found their hums and buzzes relaxing). Old town Chania is about a 15 minute drive away, and several smaller beaches are quick drive nearby, along with some scenic monasteries which feature some very good wine and olive oil. The owners and staff are very gracious and welcoming, and are always available if needed. The Villa is the perfect spot to base a family vacation in western Crete, and we hope to return one day again in the future.

From the moment you walk in, the villa quite simply stuns and is difficult to describe or capture just how beautiful it is. From the decor to the gardens and the outdoor massage room and pool villa, no detail has been overlooked. I would definitely recommend…
From the moment you walk in, the villa quite simply stuns and is difficult to describe or capture just how beautiful it is. From the decor to the gardens and the outdoor massage room and pool villa, no detail has been overlooked. I would definitely recommend this as one of the best places to stay in Chania. It's only a 10-15min drive into old town and it's so worth it. Everything you need including supermarkets, beaches and restaurants is close by the villa if you don't want to drive into town. A definite must is booking the private chef (a local family) to come in and cook for you. So much food and so delicious!

We were a group of 8 and had plenty of space. It was like our own private resort that we had to force ourselves to leave for other activities. The wonderful kitchen is stocked with all kitchenware and appliances, so if you like to cook and entertain, this is the place. I have also never slept on a more comfortable bed! It was the perfect place to rest and recover in the middle of our trip.

We we're so happy with this property. It's situated in a really lovely, local area , hardly saw any tourists in the local restaurants. Beach is very close by and also really nice . We were 2 families who stayed in the villa for a week . The garden and outdoor area is amazing , so many different places to relax . The pool area is great , we actually didn't want to leave the house in the day , spent many hours enjoying the pool, where there is a lovely covered seating area , where there is a sound system . The bedrooms were perfect , beds super comfortable , comfy pillows and as the rest of the house ,beautifully decorated . The owner was very helpful with great tips on local restaurants and cafes . We also had a massage in the villa one afternoon . I could go on and on, we felt so well looked after and this is a lovely, magical villa in a lovely part of Greece- we will come back . No one could be disappointed in this place

We loved it here! The Villa have everything you need for a great stay in Crete. We enjoyed lazy days by the poolside in an amazing environment. The house was beautiful and clean. The staff were service minded, professional and very friendly. An extra plus with the gym in the basement and table tennis in the garden. It was a short taxi drive to Hania. We would love to visit again and warmly recommend this villa.

It was the best villa we have ever stayed! The design is adorable with luxury furniture and hi-tech. The owner is very kind and helpful and she gave us also many information about the area. The pool is also magnificent and the villa is very near the beach and generally all kind of amenities. We were impressed and we will come back in the near future!!!

Fantastic villa

Beautiful, well designed house, extremely well equipped and looked after by the ever helpful Georgia. Evaggelia was incredibly helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. We hope to return soon.

Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. There are various lovely outdoor areas in which to relax - in the sun or the shade - within the crowd or away from it! We were on a family holiday to celebrate my sons 18th birthday and the host was absolutely amazing at helping us every day - with Chef hire for the family celebration evening, boat hire to amazing coves for snorkelling on a luxurious boat, recommending and booking restaurants and arranging taxis, even at short notice For all various family members (we were a family of 9) and although all adults, it was well equipped for children if needed - the local restaurant was incredible, but to be honest, there was not a bad meal our whole stay, the food was amazing - local beach is lovely and we particularly liked Marathi - back to the villa, towels, robes, slippers all provided, the pool was beautiful and it was also fully air conditioned - we can find no fault in any of our stay and we will definitely recommend and would love to come back

We spent 2 weeks at in Sept with 6 adults , a pre-school child and 2 babies. We had a wonderful time - read GREAT time! Spent long days beside the salt water pool with the kids/babies enjoying the kiddie pool. Easy by car to get to grocery stores in nearby town, 10min to airport, 1hr to west coast for amazing sunset and 2min from local beaches. Excellent…

Spent long days beside the salt water pool with the kids/babies enjoying the kiddie pool. Easy by car to get to grocery stores in nearby town, 10min to airport, 1hr to west coast for amazing sunset and 2min from local beaches. Excellent communication with host, great cleaning service during stay (4 times), fabulous recommendations (including masseuse, private chef, beaches, local restaurants, etc.). The villa has so many different spots; you can be all close together and have your alone time too. The place is well stocked, including kitchen equipment and even fresh herbs in the garden we used for our salads. One highlight was the movie night by the pool with the projector. Eva was so accommodating for the kids and babies too: 2 cribs, a monitor, a baby bath, the kiddie pool, pool toys, kid bike seat and helmet, etc.

Location excellent - planes are noticeable at first but we became used to them - Certainly didn’t distract from our enjoyment of the house.
