Το Epavli Villa διαθέτει 5 υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο εμπνευσμένο από το σπα, περιτυλιγμένο μπαλκόνι με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, ιδιωτικό γυμναστήριο, πισίνα υπερχείλισης και ένα επιπλέον διαμέρισμα για το προσωπικό των διακοπών σας.

Απλά φανταστείτε να ξυπνάτε με μια εκπληκτική θέα στα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά του Κρητικού Πελάγους από τη βεράντα σας. Αναπνεύστε τον φρέσκο ​​μεσογειακό αέρα και νιώστε τη ζεστασιά του ήλιου στο δέρμα σας. Αφήστε τα μάτια σας να ταξιδέψουν πέρα ​​από τον ορίζοντα, αφήστε όλες τις αισθήσεις σας να αφυπνιστούν και απολαύστε τον παράδεισο.

Εδώ, ενώ ασκείσαι, μπορείς να ατενίσεις ένα απέραντο γαλάζιο του Κρητικού πελάγους ή να θαυμάσεις υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα πάνω από τον γαλάζιο ορίζοντα. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει δορυφορική τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, κλιματισμό, εντοιχισμένες ντουλάπες, βοηθητικό τραπέζι με φωτιστικό και δικό του ευρύχωρο ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Από τις μπαλκονόπορτες από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή, εκτός από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, μπορείτε να έχετε πρόσβαση σε ένα περιτυλιγμένο μπαλκόνι με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Δύο υπνοδωμάτια ανοίγουν σε απευθείας θέα στη θάλασσα και ένα σε βουνό στη θάλασσα. Ένα στα έξι υπνοδωμάτια έχει ένα king-size κρεβάτι που μπορεί επίσης να χωριστεί σε δύο μονά κρεβάτια.

Ισόγειο: Άλλες σκάλες θα σας οδηγήσουν από την κύρια αίθουσα στον κάτω όροφο, ενιαίο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία, ένα κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο και μια μοντέρνα κουζίνα με άμεση πρόσβαση στην πισίνα. Το σαλόνι αποτελείται από ένα κλιματιζόμενο σαλόνι με άνετους δερμάτινους καναπέδες, τζάκι, τηλεόραση Smart 55 ιντσών και παράθυρα από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή. Η τραπεζαρία συνδυάζει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη ευρύχωρη κουζίνα, ένα τραπέζι μπαρ με 6 σκαμπό και ένα ξύλινο ντιζάιν τραπέζι για έως και 12 άτομα. Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο αποτελείται από ένα king-size κρεβάτι, εντοιχισμένη ντουλάπα, τηλεόραση smart, κλιματισμό, ταιριαστό όρθιο καθρέφτη με ξύλινο σκελετό, βοηθητικό τραπέζι με φωτιστικό, μπάνιο εμπνευσμένο από το σπα με αερομασάζ και υδρομασάζ και ένα δάπεδο μπαλκόνι μέχρι την οροφή με θέα στον χώρο της πισίνας και στη θάλασσα. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο, θα βρείτε επίσης μια κρυφή αποθήκη με μια επιπλέον τουαλέτα.

Εξωτερικός χώρος: Από το Ισόγειο, μπαίνετε στον Εξωτερικό Χώρο με πισίνα υπερχείλισης 17 μέτρων, ιδιωτική μερικώς στεγασμένη βεράντα με καθιστικό, χώρο για ηλιοθεραπεία και χώρο για χαλάρωση στη σκιά, μπάρμπεκιου με πέτρινος φούρνος και τραπέζι που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 8 άτομα. Διατίθεται και πέτρινος πάγκος τοίχου, δίπλα στο φούρνο, με άνετα μαξιλάρια για να καθίσετε. Δίπλα στην πισίνα υπερχείλισης, υπάρχει ένα ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά του Κρητικού Πελάγους, που βρίσκεται μόλις 25 μέτρα μακριά.

Where do I begin... We were a group of 6 friends traveling together. The villa is outside of the main city, Heraklion, and it was easy to get around with our rental car. Welcome - Stavros welcomed us on arrival. His wife had freshly made moussaka resting in the oven just for us. The moussaka was delicious, and such a thoughtful, personal touch. Stavros gave us tips on local restaurants and place to go. Villa - I concur with the other reviewers that the villa looks amazing in person. The space is contemporary and well thought-out. The furniture, kitchenware, appliances, and decor are all of high quality. The huge glass windows allow natural light to penetrate through. The views are breathtaking - infinity pool, clear blue sea, cascading cliffs, and city lights in the distance. The bedrooms are ensuite, spacious with natural light. Again, beautiful views. Amenities - Aside from the usual washing machine, dishwasher, AC, Nespresso machine, Stavros was so kind to stock the kitchen with drinking water, coffee pods, tea, creamers, sugar, fresh fruits, wine, and spices. This is the first villa I've stayed in with so many supplies. Private beach - There is a rocky, private beach at the bottom of the cliff. There is a staircase that leads to the beach. The waters are crystal clear and the sand soft. We had a great time taking a dip in the sea and sun-bathing atop the huge rocks. We were the only ones there! Pool - There's a barbecue grill and a pizza oven with a large dining table. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use this area. If we had stayed longer, we would have grilled some meat and enjoyed an evening outdoors with the view of city lights in the horizon.

The villa is located in a quite but convenient location, about 20 minutes ride to downtown Heraklion and 10 minuets’ drive to Pelagia (beach side). The villa itself is equipped with everything you can think of when you’re traveling and the host is very kind and responsiveness in helping us to address everything, e.g. car battery issues, ferry cancellation due to hurricane in the early morning and sending us a homemade Musaka in our last day stay at his villa which makes us feel at home. We will definitely recommend to stay at Epavli luxury villa if you’re visiting Crete!

Stravros and his property were absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a situation with one person in our group where they needed to be hospitalized while experiencing extreme pain. Stravros went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and drove us to the hospital and navigated us to get admitted. Other than that I would echo the other reviews the place is absolutely stunning. You have to see it to believe it. Chef was great too ! Super convenient and delicious gourmet meals. Our check in and checkout was all coordinated very well by stravros. Basically, stravros catered to everything we needed. If he’s not a super host already he definitely should be. I was already expecting a very nice place based on the pics and reviews but the service put icing on the cake

Fully equipped with everything you need. Great indoor and outdoor kitchens with all the gear for cooking lovers like ourselves. Beautiful private beach, small but the water are crystal clear and there are a lot of fishes, great for snorkeling. Pool is very big. The house is spotless clean. Just 15 min drive from Herkalion airport. 10 min drive from big supermarket, butcher, fish shop, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. Stavros is an amazing host, very kind, helpful and attentive. Nothing bad to say, it was a perfect vacation. We hope to come back.

There is absolutely nothing that could be improved or even suggested.There are so many beautiful are­as of this property to enjoy every minute of the day from su­nrise to sunset!!!. Beautiful crystal cl­ear sea and a perfect salty swimming poo­l, the house itself is lovely inside, air conditioned everyw­here, huge comfortab­le beds, fabulous ki­tchen and plenty of room! Stavros was the most amazing host you co­uld possibly ask for­!.He was there whene­ver required to help us in any way we ne­eded!.
