Σχεδιασμένη για άνεση και χαλάρωση, η βίλα απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά από κρυστάλλινες παραλίες, παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, τοπικά αξιοθέατα και την πόλη του Ηρακλείου

είναι μια πολυτελής κατοικία 3.000 τ.μ., σε 300 μ. από τη θάλασσα, μόλις 3 χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο του Ηρακλείου και 7 χλμ από την πόλη του Ηρακλείου. Αποτελείται από δύο ορόφους (350 τετραγωνικά μέτρα χώρου διαβίωσης) χτισμένο σε μοναδικό στυλ με κάθε δωμάτιο να προσφέρει έναν συνδυασμό παραδοσιακής και μοντέρνας διακόσμησης με επιλεγμένη αυθεντική τέχνη.

Χτισμένη στην κορυφή ενός ιδιωτικού λόφου, η πολυτελής βίλα μας προσφέρει υπέροχη πανοραμική θέα στο Αιγαίο και στα βουνά του Νότου και της Δύσης. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την όμορφη θέα στην παραλία, τον μεγάλο κήπο, την πισίνα και το υπέροχο περιβάλλον, από τις 2 μεγάλες βεράντες στον πρώτο όροφο και τα 2 μικρότερα μπαλκόνια στον δεύτερο όροφο. Το πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι βρίσκεται στον δεύτερο και τρίτο όροφο και συνδέεται με μια σειρά από ξύλινες σκάλες. Το μεγαλύτερο μέρος του δαπέδου είναι ξύλινο και περιλαμβάνει κλασικά έπιπλα υψηλής ποιότητας. Στον δεύτερο όροφο υπάρχουν 2 μεγάλα σαλόνια με τζάκι, τραπεζαρία, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις, γραφείο με ένα μονό κρεβάτι και WC. Ο τρίτος όροφος έχει 3 υπνοδωμάτια, δύο από τα οποία προσφέρουν μπαλκόνια με υπέροχη θέα. Υπάρχουν δύο μπάνια με μπανιέρες σε αυτόν τον όροφο, το ένα μέρος ενός ξεχωριστού διαμερίσματος (με την κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα), που προσφέρει επίσης υδρομασάζ (τζακούζι).

Όλο το σπίτι έχει κεντρική θέρμανση. Τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το χωλ στον τρίτο όροφο και το σαλόνι είναι κλιματιζόμενα. Στο σαλόνι και στο κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο περιλαμβάνονται πλήρως εξοπλισμένες τηλεοράσεις. Υπάρχει σύνδεση στο internet και σύστημα συναγερμού για τη δική σας ασφάλεια. Esther Η Villa Crete προσφέρει ιδιωτική πισίνα, ιδιωτικό γυμναστήριο για άσκηση υψηλού επιπέδου και μπάρμπεκιου στους 2 μεγάλους κήπους. We had an amazing stay at this villa! The villa is even better than the photos!

Esther was incredibly thoughtful, contacting us before arrival to make sure everything was perfect. Since we traveled with a baby, they provided a crib, high chair, toys, and more. We were welcomed with homemade food, family-produced wine and olive oil…
Esther was incredibly thoughtful, contacting us before arrival to make sure everything was perfect. Since we traveled with a baby, they provided a crib, high chair, toys, and more. We were welcomed with homemade food, family-produced wine and olive oil, and a stocked fridge. Esther and her son Nikos were always available, offering great local tips and bringing us delicious traditional treats. The villa is even better than the photos - spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool (cleaned daily), tennis, volleyball, basketball, billiards, the gym, and unforgettable BBQ nights. The beach is a 7-minute walk, with more sandy spots a bit further. Lidl is 15 minutes away, and tavernas about 20 minutes. Esther and her family made us feel so welcome—we’re 100% satisfied and will definitely return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday! We thank Esther and her family!

The beach is 10 minutes' walk away and extremely beautiful. The city can be reached by bus in 10 minutes and has beautiful little alleys. The hosts were lovely, very friendly and went over and above to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The villa feels like a home from home, very comfortable, superbly well equipped and the best property we’ve ever stayed at. The location is excellent, it’s quiet and peaceful, yet with easy access to local shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and we received a very warm welcome with some lovely treats. Also, some great local recommendations from Nikos. This Villa is certainly top of our list of places to stay for future trips to Crete. Thank you Esther and Nikos for a lovely stay at your villa and your superb Cretan hospitality.

WOW! The villa was absolutely amazing

Very spacious, well equipped with wonderful décor. Nikos collected us from the airport & took us to the villa where Esther greeted us with home made wine, a stocked fridge & traditional Greek food… what a start! The food gifts didn’t stop…

Nikos collected us from the airport & took us to the villa where Esther greeted us with home made wine, a stocked fridge & traditional Greek food… what a start! The food gifts didn’t stop there as we were spoilt throughout our stay with more Greek sweet teats & savoury delights. We spent a lot of time by the pool which we loved. The beach was a ten-minute walk, where we discovered beach bars & a small supermarket. We didn’t hire a car, so we used local taxis to visit local attractions. The stay was an utter delight & would highly recommend. Thanks Esther & Nikos.

Esther warmly welcomed us on the first day and showed us around. Since it was late and we couldn't really go shopping, she provided groceries and homemade food. The accommodation was fantastic, the pool always clean and well equipped. The host was always immediately available if we had questions. An empty gas tank at the grill was immediately taken care of within the next half hour. Several times during the week we were there, Esther (or her son) came by and brought us traditional food. In summary, the stay here was simply perfect. The location close to the airport, of course, results in the fact that you hear planes take off and land from time to time, but that did not bother us and is faded out after a short time.

Me and my family agreed that this was the best experience we have ever had and the hosts went beyond what was offered to make the experience perfect. Esther was amazing with communication from day 1 and her son Nikos helped us with any problems during our stay. Our hosts picked us up from the airport and dropped us at the airport free of charge. The kitchen came stocked with food for breakfast lunch and dinner and the hosts also gave us their own bottles of wine to try and a crate of beer! We were provided with a traditional Greek dinner cooked by Esther on our first night which was delicious! We loved the food so much that Esther surprised us with lunch one of the days and some traditional deserts on random days. It was the perfect place for a family or group holiday. It was exactly as the pictures described and the pool was clean and relaxing. We used the gym sometimes and the basketball hoop as well as the pool table. We also used the BBQ for dinner one of the nights and the kitchen has everything you need to cook anything you want! The bedrooms are very spacious and came with everything you needed for the stay such as EU plug adapters. Me and my brother got on with the hosts son Nikos and became friends playing basketball and PS4 with him on one of the days. In terms of location the beach is only a 15 minute walk from the villa and the closest supermarket which was a Lidl was a 20 minute walk from the Villa. Heraklion, the capital city was only a 10 minute taxi which cost on average €12. If you are considering staying in Crete you will not regret choosing this place as we were treated like family and had no problems with our stay. It was honestly perfect and a shock to us how kind and thoughtful the hosts were towards us. Thank you Esther, Stephen and Nikos!

The Esther and her family went over and above our expectations. When we arrived she welcomed us with a meal that she made for us. As we were arriving late there were essentials there for us to use. During our stay they would leave some delicious treats for us. Unfortunately during our time there our son was taken unwell and was hospitalised. This family have been amazing, helping us through such a difficult time I really have no words to describe such a kind family. We will be eternally thankful to them. And hope to visit them again someday in the future.

A very spacious house and outdoor leisure area, including a decent (and deep) pool and excellent privacy. The interior is very comfortable, with many traditional furnishings and interesting features. The hosts are delightful and very generous, providing a cooked meal and fridge staples on our arrival, explaining everything, including some nice surprises. The nearby beach is quiet, sandy and a bit of a find. Access to the main E75 road is easy, to explore the East side of Crete.

Exceptional villa with almost everything you might possibly need, including a lovely pool, plenty of room, 2 barbecues, high-speed internet access, and air conditioning throughout. It exceeded every anticipation I had! Everyone can go there, including new couples, groups of friends, families, etc. Additionally, with outstanding hosts who are polite, considerate, and helpful while still protecting your privacy!!! They provided us with a wide variety of traditional foods and drinks. When we got there, they had hot coffee, food, treats, raki, and wine from their own vineyard waiting for us. My guys were able to play pool and table tennis, work out in the gym, and relax in the hydromassage tub while we were there.
