One of the best places ever stayed!

The villa is just 20 mins car ride from Heraklion airport and is very easy to find. The villa is exactly as shown in pictures, very clean and with all the kitchen amenities for cooking your meals as well as air-condition and TV in every room. The garden…
The villa is just 20 mins car ride from Heraklion airport and is very easy to find. The villa is exactly as shown in pictures, very clean and with all the kitchen amenities for cooking your meals as well as air-condition and TV in every room. The garden & pool areas is just beatiful and the puff sun loungers were great for our relaxing evenings by the pool (max 1.30m deep). The two bathrooms are spacious. The hosts have filled the fridge with breakfast, drinks and healthy snacks for us and there was house cleaning after 3 days of stay. The villa is secluded - so you can really disconnect and there is enough space for family / couple / group of friends as well as parking space for at least 2 cars, lastly, the villa is in walkable distance (8mins) to Analipsi village city center, the beach promenade and couple of restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets. Host arranged for us a great van drive to airport on fair price. I will definitely stay there again!

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in villa 2. The villa is absolutely beautiful with every possible amenity available for use. It is maintained to the highest standard, is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented . The outside area is stunning and not overlooked by any of the neighbours.On arrival the fridge was stocked with a wide range of lovely food and drinks so we did not need to worry about rushing out to the supermarket. We have never come across such wonderful hospitality before when renting villas.Whilst the villa is situated just outside the village it is within an easy walk to local tavernas and the beach. Added to that it took us about 25 minutes to drive from the airport which after a long journey was brilliant.Our host was very helpful, friendly and offered some great suggestions for eating and day visits but was absolutely not intrusive at all.We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. It has been a real treat.

The host Dimitrios is a wonderful and very dedicated host. You can't choose it better if you want to book a place with a very high standard, good starting point to all hotspots and yet privacy in this region!We stayed at Villa 2 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, garden and pool. Sufficient space for 2 (or 4) people.The villa is as good as new, extremely clean, modern and well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, pool loungers, etc.) and was also completely cleaned every 3 days during our stay and made beds new. There was really nothing missing and we had a great time. There is nothing better to get back to a clean villa after a trip or beach day to get back to a clean villa where you feel comfortable and relax there wonderfully.The service and hospitality of Dimitrios make the stay a perfect experience. His recommendations for tavernas, restaurants, bars, beach clubs were all great. He is available 24/7 and takes care of everything directly. Efcharistó Dimitrios!Definitely recommend!

The villa was great and the manager and owner of the villa was extremely friendly and hospitable. He gave us some useful recommendations in regards to dining places and other things to do in the surroundings. We got a lot of nice little presents and also some delicious and 100% organic melons and watermelons from the garden right next to the villas.The villa was sparkling clean and we also got the cleaning in the mid of our stay.Totally recommend if you are looking for an unforgettable place to stay which is way better than a 5-star hotel.

It is absolutely pristine, the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed in. The service of the staff is top notch, they are there to fulfill any and all needs and are extremely quick in their communication. We had a wonderful time.

The villa is exceptionally good - beautiful, well equipped and in a great location that is close to taverns and the sandy analipsi beach.Also, it’s a very comfortable stay with baby (ours was 5 months old at the time).On top of that, Dimitrios and his wife are amazing hosts - he took care of transportation for us, the fridge was filled with snacks and beverages and we got great recommendations from him for food and excursions in the area.We will definitely be back.

Great villa and location!
