Ζήστε την επιτομή της αποκλειστικότητας και της πολυτέλειας στο Hilltop Villas. Σκαρφαλωμένα στις γαλήνιες πλαγιές της Κρήτης, οι βίλες μας προσφέρουν εκπληκτική θέα στην παρθένα παραλία από κάτω και στα μαγευτικά βουνά.
Το συγκρότημα αποτελείται από 3 ανεξάρτητες βίλες, η καθεμία με τη δική της ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η τοποθεσία του συγκροτήματος στην πλαγιά του λόφου επιτρέπει στους επισκέπτες να απολαύσουν την εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα και το ορεινό τοπίο Κοντά στην πόλη του Ηρακλείου, που βρίσκεται 25χλμ. μακριά. Ακριβώς κάτω από τα πόδια σας, σας περιμένει ένας γοητευτικός όρμος. Υπάρχουν πολλές άλλες κοντινές παραλίες, η πιο κοντινή σε μόλις 6 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο και σας προσκαλεί για μια δροσιστική βουτιά. Η πολυτελής βίλα Hilltop καλύπτει 100 m2 και φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα στα 3 υπνοδωμάτιά της.

Εσωτερικός χώρος
Το σαλόνι σας καλωσορίζει με ένα κομψό καθιστικό με τηλεόραση smart 50 ιντσών, ιδανικό για χαλαρωτικά βράδια καθώς εξερευνάτε περαιτέρω, θα μαγευτείτε από το κομβικό σημείο του καθιστικού: μια ευρύχωρη βεράντα με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και σας προσκαλεί να απολαύσετε την ομορφιά της φύσης.

Δίπλα στο σαλόνι, θα ανακαλύψετε μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα που μπορεί να καλύψει όλες τις γαστρονομικές σας επιθυμίες, καθώς και μια διπλανή τραπεζαρία για 6 άτομα με φόντο την εκπληκτική θέα μέσα από μεγάλα παράθυρα.

Όταν έρθει η ώρα να αποσυρθείτε για τη νύχτα, σας περιμένουν 3 σχεδιασμένα υπνοδωμάτια. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει κρεβάτι 1,60 Χ 2,00, που συμπληρώνεται από τηλεόραση 32 ιντσών, κλιματισμό και ντουλάπα για την άνεσή σας. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια παρέχουν πρόσβαση σε ένα μπαλκόνι και μια βεράντα εξοπλισμένη με άνετο καθιστικό, που σας προσκαλεί να ξυπνάτε με τη μαγευτική θέα στη θάλασσα κάθε πρωί.

Εξωτερικός χώρος
Το εξωτερικό του Hilltop Villas εκτείνεται σε μια εκτεταμένη έκταση 4000m2 και διαθέτει μια πληθώρα εξαιρετικών εγκαταστάσεων, όπως:
- Ένα ιδιωτικό, 30 τ.μ. πισίνα, με βάθος 1,50 μ. και εύκολη πρόσβαση με σκαλοπάτι. Ο χώρος της πισίνας είναι καλά εξοπλισμένος με 6 ξαπλώστρες, με πετσέτες και ντους δίπλα στην πισίνα για την άνεσή σας.
- Χαλαρώστε στην υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία και απολαύστε την εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση μέσα στο όμορφο περιβάλλον.
- Ένας κοινόχρηστος δρόμος παρέχει χώρο στάθμευσης για χρήση από τους επισκέπτες.
- Η είσοδος του συγκροτήματος περικλείεται προσεκτικά με μια πύλη, διασφαλίζοντας την ασφάλεια και την ηρεμία για όλους τους επισκέπτες μας.

Well placed for Heraklion and Rethimno and close to some really good local restaurants and a supermarket. in additon, Giannis is a very friendly and responsive host and made our experience problem free and relaxing. During our stay, the swimming pool was cleaned in between and there were also cleaning ladies who came to clean the terrace, in this way everything remained spic and span. In addition, Giannis was very interested in whether everything was still to our liking and whether we needed new towels or other things. In the event that this was the case, it was also very fast. In short, we have enjoyed the villa, the view, the hospitality and helpfulness intensely. We absolutely recommend this villa

It was a great fit for our needs: there was plenty of parking, and it was just a five-minute drive to the local shops and restaurants. Plus, it’s only a 20-minute drive from the airport. We couldn’t fault anything during our stay – it was exactly what we were hoping for. In fact, I’m already planning to return with my family. Highly recommend this wonderful villa!
