Η Villa Amfitriti Crete είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα με 6 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η πολυτελής βίλα Αμφιτρίτη βρίσκεται στη δυτική πλευρά της πόλης του Ηρακλείου στον παραθαλάσσιο οικισμό του χωριού Ρογδιά. Βρίσκεται σε δικό του οικόπεδο 550μ2, ψηλά στην κορυφή ενός λόφου, προσφέρει το τέλειο περιβάλλον για όσους αναζητούν ιδιωτικότητα, ηρεμία και ενσωματωμένη πολυτέλεια.

Η βίλα Αμφιτρίτη Κρήτη είναι χτισμένη σε τρεις ορόφους με άμεση πρόσβαση από το χώρο της πισίνας στον μεσαίο όροφο με τη μεγάλη, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη μοντέρνα κουζίνα, ευρύχωρο ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικού και καθιστικού με τηλεόραση Smart Samsung 65 ιντσών και τζάκι για τα πιο δροσερά βράδια. Τα παράθυρα από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή δίπλα στην κουζίνα-τραπεζαρία έχουν θέα στην πισίνα και τη θάλασσα. Αυτός ο όροφος αποτελείται επίσης από ένα κελάρι κρασιών, τουαλέτα επισκεπτών και ένα επιπλέον μικρό δωμάτιο για την υπηρεσία καθαριότητας μιας νταντάς ή μιας βίλας.

Στον επάνω όροφο, υπάρχουν δύο κύρια υπνοδωμάτια, το καθένα έχει ένα ευρύχωρο ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα τζακούζι καθώς και ξεχωριστή μεγάλη καμπίνα ντους. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια έχουν ξεχωριστή είσοδο και υπάρχει μια ενδιάμεση πόρτα που μπορεί να κλειδώσει.

Στο κάτω ισόγειο, υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια, το καθένα με το δικό του μπάνιο με ντους, βεράντα και υπαίθριο καθιστικό. Αυτός ο όροφος αποτελείται επίσης από μια επιπλέον πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα καθώς και ένα πλυσταριό, Ατμόλουτρο με επιπλέον WC και ξεχωριστό ντους. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει δορυφορική τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, κλιματισμό, εξωτερική βεράντα με καθιστικό και εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο έχει ένα king-size κρεβάτι και εκτός από ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο στον επάνω όροφο και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο στο ισόγειο - τα king-size κρεβάτια μπορούν επίσης να χωριστούν σε δύο μονά κρεβάτια.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος του μεσαίου ορόφου προσφέρει μια θερμαινόμενη (κατόπιν αιτήματος) πισίνα υπερχείλισης με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, εξοπλισμένη με τζακούζι, πίδακα καταρράκτη και κολύμπι ενάντια στο ρεύμα. Η βεράντα και ο χώρος της πισίνας είναι εντελώς ιδιωτικός και έχει ξαπλώστρες καθώς και μπάρμπεκιου με ξύλινο φούρνο, και στη μερικώς στεγασμένη βεράντα, υπάρχουν σπιτικά έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου σε στυλ μοναστηριού με χώρο για να καθίσουν όλοι μαζί και να απολαύσουν την απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα. υπέροχο δείπνο. Για τη διευκόλυνση των επισκεπτών, διατίθεται υπαίθριο ντους δίπλα στην πισίνα, με ζεστό και κρύο νερό και 2 εσωτερικά ντους.

We truly can’t thank you enough for our beautiful and most memorable vacation.

The location was perfect-private yet close enough to get to everything you would want or need. Your staff is outstanding! Jenny was amazing at setting up anything we could possibly want including rides, massages, scooters and a private chef for 2 remarkable…
The location was perfect-private yet close enough to get to everything you would want or need. Your staff is outstanding! Jenny was amazing at setting up anything we could possibly want including rides, massages, scooters and a private chef for 2 remarkable dinners with Eva. Not to mention a fun private tour to see the island with stops at a winery and olive harvesting. Jorges, his wife and family became like our family while we were there for 3 weeks. From daily trash pick up, rides when we weren’t sure where to go, spontaneous, delicious moussaka and housekeeping twice a week are just a few of the many wonderful interactions we had with them and their beautiful children. I literally shed tears when we left.

Very spacious and comfortable for friends and family with amazing views! The sunrises over the sea were just beautiful. The infinity pool was delightful especially after a hot day on the beach. And, even though the walk down to the sea was steep..it was worth it to swim in the most amazing water and swim to the cave! If you want to stay near Heraklion, this is the Villa for you!

Staying here was the highlight of our long trip to beautiful Greece. Every single one of us loved both the place and the host. Dimitris is absolutly welcoming and caring. The villa is even better than the eye catching pictures. Amazing views, relaxing neighborhood, fully equipped, a place to make memories with your loved ones. The only thing we regret is that we could not stay longer than 3 days. Plan to stay at least for a week to enjoy both the amazing Crete island and the wonderful villa.

The most amazing place we have ever visited!

If you are visiting Crete do not stay anywhere else but at Dimitris's house. I know prefect sounds too good but it is amazing and as a host he leaves nothing to chance. There is not one thing negative i could post. Its even better than the picture show…

I would stay here again for sure!!!!

This place is hands down one of the most beautiful houses I’ve been to. The view is stunning, the space is fantastic and the house staff was very helpful. We had three families including 4 small kids and it was perfect!

A really great experience, the house is as you see on the pictures and the view is even better. We stayed with 10 people and the upper two bedrooms are much more than the lower three bedrooms, but all rooms have a good standard. Be prepared for a bedroom…

Be prepared for a bedroom lottery :-) Dimitris and the local support from Jorgos and wife are awesome. The road to the house is great and not dangerous as indicated in the other comment. We really enjoyed our vacation.
