Το Villa Wild Pear είναι ένα τριώροφο κατάλυμα με πανοραμική θέα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος, λοφώδες τοπίο και το θέρετρο της Αγίας Πελαγίας χτίστηκε με σκοπό να προσφέρει τη μέγιστη μοναξιά στους επισκέπτες του. Μια πισίνα που περιβάλλεται από κήπους με αγριολούλουδα και χώρους με γκαζόν, μια παιδική χαρά, ένα βαρέλι σάουνας, ένα ξύλινο υδρομασάζ τζακούζι, μια σκεπαστή περιοχή ψησίματος και ένας περιποιημένος κήπος 48 στρεμμάτων με μια λιμνούλα και περιπάτους είναι μεταξύ των πολλών υπαίθριων ανέσεων.

Υπάρχουν 5 μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια συνολικά, το καθένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και μπαλκόνι ή αίθριο με όμορφη θέα. Διατίθενται επίσης δύο σαλόνια με τζάκια και κινηματογράφος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, εσωτερική τραπεζαρία, εσωτερικός χώρος για παιδιά και γυμναστήριο.

A beautiful property with a fantastic view over the Agia Palagia Bay

Very well equipped clean and modern (very good internet in all areas) and everything was just as described. This was a perfect location for our extended family group with large social areas as well as everyone being able to enjoy their own space. Ligaria…
Very well equipped clean and modern (very good internet in all areas) and everything was just as described. This was a perfect location for our extended family group with large social areas as well as everyone being able to enjoy their own space. Ligaria beach (smaller bay but very nice) was a 10-15 minute walk away but as you are high on the hill be prepared for an uphill walk home. Agia Palagia a 20-30 minute walk away but worth it.Olga greeted us when we arrived, she was very friendly and informative, she also returned midweek to change towels and ensure we were happy. Ad-hoc email communication was also very good so we felt well looked after but without intrusion.All in all a fantasic holiday and all being well will aim for a repeat visit.

We had the most wonderful stay. The villa is beautiful with a fantastic view of Agia Pelagia and the sea. It was in perfect condition, super clean, stocked with everything you need. We did not have a car but it's a short walk down to a small but lovely beach where you will find a few restaurants and a mini market. A little further walk will take you to Agia Pelagia which has many more restaurants and shops. Our hosts were wonderful. Anna and Victoria quickly replied to any questions we had and their mother Olga greeted us with food, fruits and beverages which we really appreciated arriving in the evening after a long flight from New York. Lovely people and a lovely home. We honestly didn't want to leave!

A very beautiful villa located on top of a hill overlooking the coastline of Crete and the bays below, in a great location. The view is simply amazing, more beautiful than in the pictures, especially when sitting on the balcony and enjoying the breezes and the beautiful view. The villa is beautifully decorated, large, spacious and each room has a balcony and attached bathroom, well equipped. Not far from the villa is a beautiful beach that also includes several taverns. The villa itself has a beautiful and pleasant pool. The hosts are nice and cooperative. We really enjoyed our vacation and would be very happy to go back there again.

I’d booked the Villa for a family holiday. It was everything I expected from the listing, and more. It was spotlessly clean.The views from the villa were outstanding, day and night. The kitchen was well equipped, and all the bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of cupboards, drawers, etc.The fruit that was left for us was freshly picked and tasted wonderful. The tavernas were excellent, especially the fish restaurant, Nostos. We hired a car and got out and about, although we all enjoyed the beach, with its crystal clear water, and the pool at the villa.I highly recommend a stay at this Villa. Our holiday was amazing. This holiday has rekindled my love of Greece.

Amazing views and very welcoming staff. Villa is equipped with air conditioning and all the facilities you might need during your stay( dishwasher, iron, washing machine) Spacious bedrooms are all en-suite with huge balconies where you can enjoy a glass of wine with stunning views of the sea. A few great restaurants and a beautiful beach within the walking distance. Definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

We were on a holiday with family and the house had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and views are great. Great family beach and taverns nearby. Olga and Anna took great care of us and our family. They were always available for any issues…

Olga and Anna took great care of us and our family. They were always available for any issues or help we needed. They went the extra step to help us with dentist when we needed one urgently for my son. It felt like home away from home and we would love to come back.

Exceptional stay

Equally suitable for a large family or group of friends.

This is a really lovely villa, with great facilities and lovely views across the bay. Some friends had rented another villa nearby for a similar cost, but the villa was much better all round. We were met by Petros when we arrived, who was very helpful…
This is a really lovely villa, with great facilities and lovely views across the bay. Some friends had rented another villa nearby for a similar cost, but the villa was much better all round. We were met by Petros when we arrived, who was very helpful in recommending local restaurants, beaches etc. Also, we had a problem with the water one day - but Petros was on-site within 10-15 minutes and the problem resolved. I'd definitely recommend this villa, for a large family, or group of friends. It's equally suitable for both.
