Seafront Villa Seano Crete - Wake up to the sound of the sea at this seafront villa. Enjoy direct sea access & uninterrupted views. Ideally located between Makry Gialos and Ierapetra, it’s perfect for relaxing, swimming, and exploring south Crete’s beautiful beaches and authentic tavernas.

in Mavros Kolimpos, Ierapetra is a hospitable, brand new Villa of 120 square meters, built in four levels. It is located by the sea and it is surrounded by a 700 square meter garden with a lovely private pool, greenery various trees and plants. The main building includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and large verandas with breathtaking view. The Villa is situated between two quiet, secluded, rocky beaches, οne of which is in front of a small natural cave. The seabed is amazing, you will feel in a live aquarium. You can find more wonderful sandy beaches only 150 meters away.

Seafront Villa Seano Crete is a seafront, new-built Villa created to provide a luxurious Cretan hospitality combined with an outstanding sea view. It’s worth mentioning that in some parts of the Villa our guests feel like being on a ship as they admire this view. It is fully equipped and suitable to host several people. It also enables the guests to enjoy the authentic Cretan landscape.

Entering our Villa there is private parking space for your vehicles next to the entrance. Then you head towards the main building which is divided into 4 levels. The first level contains 2 standard fully air-conditioned bedrooms. You can relax on our anatomic mattresses and feather pillows under the stonewalls. Furthermore, every bedroom has its own private bathroom with an en-suit shower each.

Moving to the second level we see a sea view open plan area with a sofa corner bed, a TV, a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen and a WC. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor (level 1), described above. In front of the main room there is another sea view dining table on the outside large veranda and a small staircase leading to the private courtyard and the private pool area.

An outdoor staircase at the north/back side of the building leads to the two upper floors of the villa (level 3 & 4). At level 3 there are a second open plan living room area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sofa-bed, a dining table, a TV and a bathroom with a shower is provided there too. At that point you probably find the most interesting part of the house. A large balcony with another dining table ideal for a nice meal is also waiting for you there. The view from this spot is magnificent during the day but even more at night when the moon rises from the sea horizon.

Another internal staircase leads to the top floor attic (level 4), where there is a bedroom with a double size bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. All these rooms are fully air-conditioned. Lying on your bed and looking through the window the view seems like painting.

Seafront Villa Seano Crete offers a seafront private pool with salty water, 8 sun loungers, 4 umbrellas and marble tables at the outer space. A fully equipped barbecue is also provided. Internet access is available throughout at the whole area. It’s worth admiring olive trees, banana trees, arecastrum and robellini palm trees planted there. In addition you encounter small cactuses, the unique therapeutic aloe vera plants and feel the wonderful smell of various flowers such as the evening primroses, the carnations and strelitzia augusta known as white bird of heaven. At the end of the courtyard, there is access to two rocky beaches, one on your left and one on your right. There you can enjoy your stay at the unique sea of Crete and dive into the crystal clear waters of our island.

We had a wonderful stay!

The space was beautiful, modern, and very clean, with an amazing sea view. It was peaceful and relaxing, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!

We vacationed here with three friends and were extremely satisfied! The accommodation is in immaculate condition. There's a pool with a sea view and a staircase that leads directly into the sea. The view is incredibly beautiful! Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, and there's a large terrace on the ground floor and a balcony in the upper apartment. Even with seven people, there's plenty of space here. The host is truly accommodating. Every wish is fulfilled. Tips on good beaches and tavernas are included. Very good service. I can only recommend it, we spent a few wonderful days here. Definitely recommended

They were incredibly communicative, attentive, and such a pleasure to rent from. They took care of all our needs and went above and beyond - one evening even grilling us freshly caught grouper, which was unforgettable.We can’t recommend this villa enough and would return in a heartbeat!

He always has very helpful tips if you are looking for something to do or a fantastic restaurant. He even invited us to a cold coffee, which is well-known in Crete, one day. The accommodation was exactly as in the photos and description, simply breathtaking! If we are back in Crete, we will definitely come back and book this house! Thanks again for the good time!

First of all, I have to mention that, our host, is an extraordinary man who did his best to have an excellent stay and just so it was! The house is absolutely like new and we found in it everything we needed, even more! The villa is arranged in two different apartments, each with two floors, with two rooms, living room and two bathrooms, everything tastefully arranged! The yard is superbly landscaped and the pool is sensational. Also, the villa has a very nice place from which you can enter the sea and swim! Everything looks at least as good as in the photos! Thank you so much for a million vacation!
