Το Emilie Villa Rethymno βρίσκεται στο χωριό Άγιος Δημήτριος, 10 χλμ. από το Ρέθυμνο, στο δρόμο προς τη Μονή Αρκαδίου. Ο κεντρικός άξονας που διασχίζει τη βόρεια Κρήτη και ενώνει τις πόλεις Ηράκλειο και Χανιά απέχει σχεδόν 2 χιλιόμετρα από τη βίλα. Είναι 140 τμ με γκαράζ ρυμουλκών 85 τμ. Είναι χτισμένο σε δικό του οικόπεδο 600 τ.μ. σε έναν κήπο με γρασίδι, λουλούδια και καρποφόρα δέντρα.

Διαθέτει ιδιωτική φωτιζόμενη πισίνα 36 τ.μ. περιτριγυρισμένο από ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες σε πλάκες και γκαζόν, υπαίθριο ντους και μπάρμπεκιου. Το ισόγειο της βίλας διαθέτει σαλόνι με τζάκι, τραπεζαρία, μεγάλη πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μπάνιο και δύο μεγάλα αίθρια με εκπληκτική θέα. Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια με μεγάλες ντουλάπες και μπάνια, δύο από αυτά έχουν ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και το άλλο ένα διπλό κρεβάτι. Τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν επίσης μεγάλες βεράντες με εκπληκτική θέα σε απλές ελιές, τα Κρητικά βουνά και το Κρητικό Πέλαγος. Το Emilie Villa Rethymno μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 6 άτομα προσφέροντας όλες τις παροχές και τις υπηρεσίες που θα κάνουν τη διαμονή σας άνετη. Επιπλέον, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει ένα μικρό παιδί, καθώς υπάρχει μια κούνια και ένα καθιστικό για φαγητό.

Excellent villa with gracious hosts who prepared tea on the first night and had purchased essentials. The villa is superior to the pictures. It has four distinct outdoor seating spaces, air conditioning in every room, and is quite clean. The pool is a good size, and there is room all around it. The home has lovely views, and you don't feel ignored. The delightful village of Pigi, which has a decent supermarket and restaurants, is only a 5-minute walk from the home. There are numerous attractions nearby the villa.

We had a fantastic time!

Our hosts provided impeccable cleanliness and services. Close proximity to Rethymno, a sizable pool, a closed garage, and cleanliness Too close of a neighborhood, a road close by, some sewage, and good value

Everything was great!

Great villa!!! We Stayed the whole day at the villa and we had a wonderful time. Both the house and the pool area were very clean and the view from the pool area is stunning! Very close to Rethymno!!! Owners very friendly and discreet! Higly recommended…

Great villa with nice views!

Beautiful villa with nice view. We had plenty of space and we were very comfortable. The beach is just 5 min drive away. The owner is friendly and extremely helpful! It was very peaceful and we would stay here again!
