Το Eros Villa Crete είναι μια όμορφη ενοικίαση βίλας με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Η βίλα βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αστέρι, μόλις 14 χλμ ανατολικά του Ρεθύμνου. Το Eros Villa Crete περιλαμβάνει ένα 41τμ με ιδιωτική πισίνα με παιδικό υδρομασάζ με σολάριουμ και χώρο μπάρμπεκιου. Η όμορφη σχεδιασμένη διάταξη της βίλας, σε συνδυασμό με μια υπέροχη τοποθεσία που προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα στα βουνά, τη θάλασσα και τους ελαιώνες, δημιουργεί ένα πολύ ιδιαίτερο και αποκλειστικό σκηνικό.

Το Eros Villa Crete διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια και τρία μπάνια κατάλληλα για 8 άτομα. Η είσοδος οδηγεί στο ευρύχωρο ενιαίο καθιστικό/τραπεζαρία με τζάκι, δορυφορική τηλεόραση και άνετο καθιστικό. Η κουζίνα είναι μοντέρνα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, ψυγείο/καταψύκτη, πλυντήριο πιάτων, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα κ.λπ., ενώ διαθέτει και μπαλκόνι. Επίσης σε αυτόν τον όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ντους/WC. Μια εσωτερική σκάλα οδηγεί στον επάνω όροφο όπου βρίσκονται άλλα τρία υπνοδωμάτια.

Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο/WC με μπανιέρα υδρομασάζ, ενώ τα άλλα δύο έχουν δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Ένα άλλο ευρύχωρο μπάνιο με πλυντήριο ρούχων και μπανιέρα βρίσκεται σε αυτόν τον όροφο. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο έχει μπαλκόνι με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και τα βουνά και όλα είναι κλιματιζόμενα. Η βίλα διαθέτει επίσης μια μεγάλη όμορφη ταράτσα 30τμ, όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, το βουνό και την πόλη του Ρεθύμνου και να χαλαρώσετε. Το Eros Villa Crete προσφέρει επίσης σίδερο/σιδερώστρα, στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών, χρηματοκιβώτιο, χώρο στάθμευσης και περιβάλλεται από πολλούς ελαιώνες, που δίνουν μια ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση ησυχίας για κάθε επισκέπτη.

A great place to stay

We had a great time at the villa. There were 6 of us and we all felt perfectly comfortable in the large villa. The pool was amazing! We were also close enough to town where it wasn’t a pain to get anywhere but we were far enough away where we could…

The villa is great and very well equipped for holidays (swimming pool, BBQ, pizza oven). The host is super responsive and available. I would highly recommend this listing.

The property is beautiful, with a great view, a great pool, a nice garden, and everything you need to live comfortably both inside the house and outside. Manager and his team was available to help at all times, with great service both before we arrived…

Manager and his team was available to help at all times, with great service both before we arrived and while we were there. They can fix shopping before arrival, cooking, car rental, activities, and the list goes on and on. In addition the owning family lives next door. They are also extremly helpful, flexible and nice. We got some great suggestions and tips from them as well. Moreover they gave us a lot of homemade local treats that were really delicious and made us feel truly welcome. There was actually homemade delights waiting for us when we arrived, and they just kept coming. So all in all, we recommend this property without reservation. You will be in an amazing property, surrounded by people that are eager to make your stay as good as it can be.

A very good stay!

This villa is very spacious, the pool is excellent, and there is a great, expansive view of the countryside and the ocean (5 km away). The village is small but has a nice cafe and an excellent restaurant, and there are markets, etc. just down the hill…

The villa is well located (you need a car), because it was a base for trips not just to Rethymno but also Chania, Heraklion, and a number of southern beaches. The hosts were responsive to our needs.

The villa is well located (you need a car), because it was a base for trips not just to Rethymno but also Chania, Heraklion, and a number of southern beaches. The hosts were responsive to our needs. A very good stay.
