Ένα master υπνοδωμάτιο και 2 ακόμη ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Περιτριγυρισμένο από καταπληκτικούς κήπους και μια εκπληκτική πισίνα! Προσφέρει απέραντη γαλάζια θέα στη θάλασσα! Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, A/C και τηλεόραση σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης και χώρος μπάρμπεκιου!

Το σαλόνι της Iokasti Villa βρίσκεται στη μέση του σπιτιού με τηλεόραση! Απολαύστε την ωραία περιοχή του καθιστικού που έχει εκπληκτική βορειοδυτική θέα στο Ρέθυμνο και το καταγάλανο πέλαγος! Ο εξαθέσιος άνετος καναπές είναι έτοιμος να σας προσφέρει οικογενειακές βραδιές για τις διακοπές σας! Η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα θα είναι το μέρος για να ετοιμάσετε τα δικά σας γεύματα όπως και στο σπίτι! Ο κοινόχρηστος χώρος με την τραπεζαρία θα σας προσφέρει ένα ωραίο γεύμα ή δείπνο μαζεμένα όλοι μαζί! Επισκεφτείτε τα κοντινά καταστήματα και εφοδιαστείτε με όλα τα τοπικά και φρέσκα καλούδια!

Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο βρίσκεται στην ανατολική πλευρά του σπιτιού και σας προσφέρει ένα υπέροχο πρωινό ξύπνημα! Νιώστε σαν στο σπίτι σας με το ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο, τις μεγάλες ντουλάπες και την τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης! Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα! Δεν υπάρχει καλύτερος τρόπος από τη χαλάρωση μετά από μια κουραστική μέρα δίπλα στην εξωτερική μας πισίνα που βρίσκεται στη βορειοδυτική πλευρά και προσφέρει εκπληκτική θέα στην πόλη του Ρεθύμνου μέχρι την πόλη των Χανίων! Unique holidays in a splendid villa

Beautiful villa, great view, great pool. The space is calm, relaxing. The hosts are very attentive, we had a small local gift on arrival and departure. The accommodation is very clean.

Great and friendly host with a warm welcome with Raki and cake; stunning view, amazing house, and big pool; a calm neighborhood with good location for local stuff or Rhetymno nearby; cleaning every 3-4 days; a lot of towels.

A perfect stay with so many special touches!

From start to end, the hosts made us feel so welcome and truly like their guests in the village. If we had questions (or locked ourselves out) They even cleaned the home mid week, providing clean towels and brought special treats and homemade Greek food…

Perfect stay in a perfect villa

Our stay at Iokasti villa was one of the finest we ever had in greece. The villa is modern and brand new with plenty of room and all the equipment you can wish for including flat-tvs and WLAN everywhere. The location is perfect for exploring the rhetymnon…
Our stay at Iokasti villa was one of the finest we ever had in greece. The villa is modern and brand new with plenty of room and all the equipment you can wish for including flat-tvs and WLAN everywhere. The location is perfect for exploring the rhetymnon area as it is 3 km close to the sea and close to all the main roads in the north and the road to the south too. Plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, butchers and all the infrastructure you might wish for close but still a place that is sourrounded only by gardens and fields. We also enjoyed food delivery from a nearby taverna directly to our terasse with sea view a lot. The garden and pool area is clevery designed so you can enjoy a breakfast in the shadow of the house on terasse 1 an aftrenoon coffe in the shadow on the lounge on terasse 2 and of course the pool in the sun and the rooftop terasse for a sundowner. We explored the region by car and always came back in the afternoon to enjoy the pool and the villa - we also grilled a lot ! I can´t think of a better set of qualities as you will find in this nice spot on kreta. Thanks again to Litsa and her family for making this holiday a remakable one indeed !

An exceptional and thoughtfully appointed family villa

The villa was new and high quality and very clean. The attention to detail was exceptional. It's spacious and all on one level internally. Plenty of outside space including shade if required. The pool was fabulous with a shallow end and a great size…

The pool was fabulous with a shallow end and a great size. The hosts were so helpful and the villa was cleaned and fresh bedding and towels provided twice each week. Lovely toiletries were provided and we were treated to the hosts' home cooked pastitio which was lovely. All in all an exceptional experience.

The villa was amazing and we had a wonderful time.

The host was very friendly and helpful, with plenty of provisions provided for when we arrived, including cakes! They also gave us a gift on departure. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the villa.

What a villa!!! The villa is gorgeous, new, clean, with every comfort. The privacy is fantastic!!! There is nothing and nobody around!!! It's situated 1 minutes by car from the little village of Atsipopoulo; here you can find markets, tavernas, backery and take away gyros and souvlaky. The Villa is 5/10 minutes by car from the center of old Rethimo full of restaurants, tavernas and shops. You Need 30/40 minutes by car for the fantastic beaches on the center/sud of the Island and 15 minutes for the beach on the last part of Rethimo, much more quite than the beaches in the center (we never went there). Litsa, Dimitri and their family were so kind and available for every question or need. Really special persons! A fantastic week!!! Sure we will come back in the future.

Relaxing and luxurious, the best place to stay in Crete.

Iokasti villa was the loveliest villa we have ever stayed in. It is spacious, peaceful and luxurious, there was air-conditioning throughout. There are ample places to sit outside and enjoy the sunset, after a relaxing swim in the pool. The hosts, Litsa…
Iokasti villa was the loveliest villa we have ever stayed in. It is spacious, peaceful and luxurious, there was air-conditioning throughout. There are ample places to sit outside and enjoy the sunset, after a relaxing swim in the pool. The hosts, Litsa and her family went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, even giving us some local produce. The kitchen was well equipped and included complimentary coffee, fruit, jam, beer, raki and cake. The property is brand new and everything exceeded our hopes. It's best to have a car to be able to explore the many wonders of Crete. We are working out soon we can come back! Thank you Litsa and Dimitri and family. Annie and David and family and friends.
