Καλώς ήρθατε στο Plakias Sunset Villa Crete, που βρίσκεται στα περίχωρα της πολυσύχναστης πόλης του Πλακιά στο Ρέθυμνο! Εγγυημένα αξέχαστες διακοπές σε μια όμορφη βίλα, μόλις 4 χλμ από την αμμώδη παραλία του Πλακιά, εστιατόρια, μπαρ και καταστήματα! Αυτή η νεόκτιστη βίλα τεσσάρων υπνοδωματίων δένει αρμονικά με το όμορφο τοπίο και προσφέρει υπέροχη θέα στο Κρητικό Πέλαγος και τα βουνά. Η μοντέρνα και κομψή διακόσμηση και ο παιδικός χώρος υπόσχονται μέρες και νύχτες χαλάρωσης.

Το Plakias Sunset Villa Crete είναι μια διώροφη κατοικία και το εσωτερικό της καταλαμβάνει χώρο 200 m2. Φιλοξενεί έως και 9 επισκέπτες και είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες φίλων που αναζητούν χαλάρωση και αξέχαστες οικογενειακές στιγμές. Το Plakias Sunset Villa Crete διαθέτει τέσσερα υπέροχα υπνοδωμάτια (δύο διπλά και δύο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια), το ένα από τα οποία βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο και τα άλλα τρία στον πρώτο όροφο. Επίσης, όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι ηλιόλουστα και ευάερα. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια στον πρώτο όροφο έχουν μπαλκόνια με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Επιπλέον, υπάρχει ένα χαλαρωτικό καθιστικό (βεράντα) σε αυτόν τον όροφο όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα του Πλακιά.

Στο ισόγειο, βρίσκεται η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και η τραπεζαρία με άμεση πρόσβαση στην πισίνα όπου υπάρχει ένας όμορφος κήπος με παιδική χαρά, μπάρμπεκιου και πινγκ πονγκ. Ένα άνετο σαλόνι με τζάκι, που βρίσκεται και σε αυτόν τον όροφο. Η βίλα διαθέτει επίσης 3 μπάνια (το ένα με τζακούζι). Ο σχεδιασμός και στους δύο ορόφους δημιουργεί μια ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα και μοντέρνο περιβάλλον. The communication with the owner is flawless & thanks for all the recommendations of places to eat & coordinates for the local sights. We would definitely recommend staying here & hope to return for a holiday again soon.

There is a cost but you will enjoy and many owners block the heat lower, which makes you less comfortable with the pool, especially the kids.

Geo is not only friendly and kind, he is a truly wonderful host. We loved every moment of our stay and couldn’t have asked for better amenities.The pool is cleaned daily and the house is serviced regularly. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, they have really thought of everything. The lounge is comfortable, the dining room is great and the WiFi was excellent throughout our stay.Geo is super responsive and replies quickly if you have any questions. When we arrived, there was everything we needed to enjoy lunch, plus the most delicious cake baked by Geo’s mom.The pool is fantastic and the views are absolutely incredible. The BBQ is great and the table tennis setup was such a fun bonus.I cannot recommend Geo’s place highly enough. This was the best stay we have had in Crete to date.

The place is amazing and everthing you need for a large family is present. The view from the house on each level is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and cosy.

 We wished we could stay longer. It’s impeccable. Wonderful beds, loads of outdoor areas, the sauna and hot tub overlooking a magnificent vista of valley to the ocean. George is a very considerate host and helped us with loads of places to see and eat at. The Mariou Taverna just a 1min walk has the most delicious food we’d eaten on Crete and such wonderful views.The Villa is large and incredibly well equipped with high quality products and it’s a beautiful quiet environment to immerse yourself in local life. We visited Spilli and Preveli and Matala from here and then made good use of the sauna and hot tub and pool with divine views. Our most favourite memories will be at this Villa and we thank George for his wonderful hospitality.

Generous in every way - spacious, very well appointed, beautiful views from every side and a spectacular pool, hot tub and sun terrace, and lovely surrounding garden. We visited in April with our two young daughters and we were all blown away by the villa, the location, the gorgeous local beaches and tavernas, not to mention Giorgios’s (the owner’s) hospitality from start to finish. He was there to greet us on arrival and had even arranged a whole meal to feed the family as we arrived late at night. The ping pong table for the girls and sauna for us were the cherry on top. If you like to feel at peace and be surrounded by nature - it is there in abundance when you look out your window or when you walk out the door. Thoroughly recommend - you will not be disappointed.
