Blue Sea Villa Rhodeshosts έως 5 άτομα σε 2 δύο άνετα πλήρως κλιματιζόμενα υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια. Υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με καναπέ-κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένο με τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης 32 ιντσών με δορυφορικά κανάλια και κονσόλα παιχνιδιών, καθώς και ξεχωριστό σαλόνι με τραπεζαρία. Η βίλα Blue Sea διαθέτει ευρύχωρη κουζίνα ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης με φυσικό φως που εκρέει από τα παράθυρα. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με πολλές σύγχρονες συσκευές, όπως εστίες μαγειρέματος, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ψυγείο-καταψύκτη, πλυντήριο ρούχων, καφετιέρα και όλα τα απαραίτητα μαγειρικά σκεύη για την προετοιμασία των γευμάτων και την απόλαυσή τους με την οικογένεια ή τους φίλους.

Το σαλόνι ανοίγει στη βεράντα όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να βρουν την πισίνα με ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες, καθώς και την επιπλωμένη βεράντα που προσφέρει το τέλειο σκηνικό για ένα βραδινό μπάρμπεκιου κάτω από τον έναστρο καλοκαιρινό ουρανό της Ρόδου.

Το Blue Sea Villa Rhodes βρίσκεται σε βολική τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο του χωριού Γεννάδι, όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να βρουν μερικά ωραία εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ, αρτοποιεία, καφετέριες, φαρμακεία και beach bar σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Η βίλα βρίσκεται επίσης σε μικρή απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο από τη Λίνδο με την υπέροχη Ακρόπολη και τη ζωντανή ατμόσφαιρα, καθώς και το Πρασονήσι που φημίζεται για το μοναδικό φυσικό του περιβάλλον και τις οργανωμένες εγκαταστάσεις για σέρφινγκ.

We had a fantastic time

Very nice house, pictures are older, the outbuildings are not shown on them, but since they were still under construction, we were there in the off-season and there was also a new fence around the patio, it wasn't a problem

Since it's a little out of the way, renting a car is a convenient method to travel. Taxis are pricey and we didn't have one. however, it's a short stroll to the stores and taverns. The host was really kind and went above and above to make sure we had everything we required. It is the ideal balance between peace and quiet and a vibrant enough location nearby, but it is not a spot for folks who desire bright lights.

A brand-new, roomy home in a lovely neighborhood that is close to the beach and the town center, which is also easily accessible on foot. Because the neighboring house was still under construction, we also noticed that it was unusually peaceful. Due to how close and gorgeous the sea is, we have never used the grill that is already there, and we have just once utilized the swimming pool. However, during our visit, the pool was routinely cleaned. We never met the contact person, but we promptly received all of the check-in and check-out instructions.

Nice and quiet

Location is up an inclined track about 5-10 minutes stroll from the village. Not suitable if you have difficult walking - but fine for most people. The villa is quite secluded - no one else staying nearby at the time we were there. Very well equipped…
Location is up an inclined track about 5-10 minutes stroll from the village. Not suitable if you have difficult walking - but fine for most people. The villa is quite secluded - no one else staying nearby at the time we were there. Very well equipped villa and is modern (seems very new). Would suggest no more than 4 people here - as outdoor space is limited. Only 2 sunbeds, for example. 3-4 eateries in the village. 4 tavernas at the beach about 20 mins stroll. Also a couple of bars/cafe's in the village. Well equipped supermarket, green grocer and bakery. The village is quiet at night (although Lab 24 bar is quite lively) so if you are looking for karaoke bars and entertainment - this is not the place for you. The village has a mix of locals and holiday makers.

We stayed here as two couples in August 2016 and had an absolutely faultless stay. The villa is set just outside of Gennadi - a quaint little village in the South of Rhodes. The villa had everything we needed and more, the pool was an amazing addition proving extremely useful to escape the midday heat. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing and quiet escape in a beautiful part of Rhodes. The surrounding area remains traditional, as are the locals giving a feel of authenticity that other parts of more tourist Rhodes does not have. I would however advise anyone staying here to pick up some transport for the duration of your stay, the village is approx 10-15 mins away from the villa which is set on quite a steep hill.

EXCELLENT

The villa is amazing in the perfect location! it is only 300 meters from the village ,vey close to eveything,cafes,bakery,supermarket etc.The beach is only 1 km and it is very clean .for sure you recommende this villa and we will come back next summer…

We stayed here for six days in 2016. The Blue Sea Villa is a very nice villa with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private pool and stunning views. Both bedrooms are located on the front and overlook the sea. They also both have a balcony / terrace. The village square with the bakery, the supermarket and tavernas is about a 4-minute walk away and the beach you can reach after about 10 minutes walking. The villa is very quiet and the traffic that sometimes passes here is negligible.

We travelled to Rhodes beginning of April, with our 2 daughters, age 7 and 9. We had a amazing time in Blue sea Villa in Gennadi. The small village is located about 1h15 from Rhodes airport, we arrived around midnight there and the owner, Stefanakis, was waiting for us at the entrance of the village. Really thoughful, we had bought breakfast for us, so we would have to go shopping early morning. The villa is new, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, as well as a terrace. Outside, a nice swimming pool and lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Free wifi available. The villa is really clean and perfectly settled on a hill with view over the village and the ocean. The village of Gennadi has everything you need, a supermarket with a butcher, a bakery, vegetables and fruits shop, nice restaurant (try Mama's Kitchen, a must do !) , pharmacy,etc... We were really happy to stay in a nice small village, away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger city of Rhodes. People are friendly and nice. Long beach 2 minutes by car from the villa. We rented a car to travel around the island. We've spend amazing holidays in Gennadi and if we were to come back one day we will surely stay at Blue Sea Villa again !
