Η Blue Wave Villa 2 Rhodes είναι μια πολυτελής ενοικίαση βίλας με 4 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Το Blue Wave Villa 2 είναι ένα ακίνητο 200 τ.μ. σχεδιασμένο να φιλοξενεί μεγάλες παρέες φίλων ή οικογένειες έως 10 μελών και να τους προσφέρει ένα όμορφο και πρακτικό περιβάλλον για αξέχαστες διακοπές στα νότια της Ρόδου. Η βίλα βρίσκεται λίγα μόλις βήματα από την ηλιόλουστη παραλία του Γεννάδι, έχει δύο ορόφους και κάθε όροφος έχει τη δική του ιδιωτική είσοδο.

Στο ισόγειο, θα βρείτε ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια με ντους. Μπορείτε να έχετε πρόσβαση στον δεύτερο όροφο από μια εξωτερική σκάλα, όπου θα βρείτε ένα άλλο σαλόνι, μια κουζίνα, δύο ακόμη υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Και τα τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια είναι κλιματιζόμενα και εξοπλισμένα με διπλά και μονά κρεβάτια, ενώ υπάρχουν καναπέδες-κρεβάτια για τους επιπλέον δύο επισκέπτες. Το Wi-Fi είναι δωρεάν σε όλο το κατάλυμα, ενώ έχετε επίσης ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Από το μπαλκόνι του πρώτου ορόφου, μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τη μαγευτική θέα στο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας που συναντά τον απέραντο ορίζοντα. Η βίλα διαθέτει επίσης έναν εκπληκτικό κήπο με ιδιωτική πισίνα, ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες και έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου για να απολαύσετε τον ελεύθερο χρόνο σας κάτω από τον ήλιο.

Το Blue Wave Villa 2 Rhodes βρίσκεται στο Γεννάδι της Νότιας Ρόδου, μια περιοχή γνωστή για την ηρεμία και τη φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρά της. Λίγο έξω από τη Λίνδο, αυτό το ήσυχο καταφύγιο απέχει λίγα βήματα από την παραλία. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια που αναζητούν χαλαρωτικές διακοπές και μια παραδοσιακή γεύση της νησιωτικής Ελλάδας. Το χωριό Γεννάδι έχει μια σειρά από ανέσεις που θα φανούν χρήσιμες για τους επισκέπτες κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής τους, όπως σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, ταβέρνες, καφέ, μπαρ, αρτοποιεία, ΑΤΜ, φαρμακεία και εμπορικά καταστήματα.

Για όσους θέλουν να κάνουν μερικές περιηγήσεις στα αξιοθέατα κατά τη διάρκεια των διακοπών τους, η βίλα Blue wave προσφέρει μια εξαιρετική βάση καθώς βρίσκεται σε μικρή απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο από τη διάσημη Ακρόπολη της Λίνδου, που χρονολογείται από την αρχαία ελληνική εποχή. Η Λίνδος προσφέρει επίσης μεγάλη ποικιλία από καταστήματα με σουβενίρ, εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και νυχτερινά κέντρα.

Overall, the vacation was wonderful.

The villa is lovely, split over 3 levels it’s spacious, clean and not too cluttered.

Each of the double rooms contains two single beds, and one of the three bathrooms is an ensuite. All have showers, which is fantastic for a large group. has two spacious sofas that comfortably sleep two people, however they didn't look like sofa beds…

Uncertain of how cozy they would be for a week's worth of sleeping. Each room has air conditioning and light-blocking blinds. Beautiful sunrises can be seen across the water in the outside area. a sizable pool, lots of sun loungers, and a sizable table for outdoor dining (which we did plenty off). Beach is 3 minutes' walk. Even though the beach isn't sandy, the sea is incredibly calm. The villa is lovely overall, and everything functions properly.

Very nice Villa.

Very nice Villa. Every morning we could enjoy the sunrise. The floor was very clean and also the pool. The check-in was very good organized and Ourania recommend us good restaurants and tavernas. We never ate as good as in this holidays.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr geräumig und modern. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Klimaanlagen und Jalousien ausgestattet. Wer aufs Fernsehen nicht verzichten mag, kann auch alle deutschen Programme sehen. Es gibt 3 Bäder. Der Pool ist von ca. 1.20m bis zu 1.90m tief und groß genug. Der Blick zum Meer ist unverdaut und man hat morgens einen schönen Sonnenaufgang. Der Kies/ Sandstrand ist 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Die direkte Wasserfront und der Einstig hat abgerundete Steine. Man benötigt aber keine Badeschuhe und kann auch darauf liegen. Das Wasser ist dort glasklar. Am Strand ist man meist ganz allein. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb von der Ortschaft Gennadi, wo man einen Supermarkt und Restaurants findet. Dort gibt es auch die "South Bakery", die eine Riesenauswahl an Brot, Brötchen, Snacks und natürlich Kuchen hat. Abends kann man dort sehr gut in "Mamas Kitchen" und im "Zorbas" essen. Das Essen ist lecker und preiswert und das Personal ist sehr nett. Wenn man am Abend Lust auf einen Cocktail und auch gutes und tatsächlich sehr günstiges Essen hat, kann am Wasser einen längeren Spaziergang oder mit dem Auto 5 Minuten bis zur Beachbar "Mojito" fahren. Da lohnt sich ein Besuch. Auf jeden Fall ist ein Auto dort ein absolutes muss, da man sonst ziemlich schlecht weg kommt.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful Villa. Wonderful BBQ, pool and lounge areas. There is a stunning pebble beach behind the Villa. You do have to walk through a small off road wild path to get there, but it’s so worth it as you have the entire beach to yourselves!! We were greeted by Katholiki who gave us a great tour of the property and incredible recommendations for restaurants and places to visit on the island. The local town Gennadi is lovely and feels so much more authentic rather than a tourist trap. Zorbas Restaurant and Mea Terra is a must!! We feel a car is pretty essential with the location, everything is really close by car. There was a small issue with cleaning on the night we arrived, however the communication was great and we got things sorted pretty quickly. We have recommended to friends and family.

The host was fantastic. Great recommendations for the island. We had a pool water level issue on one day, but this was resolved quickly and efficiently, and this didn't effect our holiday. Villa was a very relaxing space, it was nice to be so close to the beach. Beach equipment, towels, pool equipment, beach bag etc were provided. Flexibility in sleeping arrangements was good if guests needed to sleep downstairs etc. Overall a wonderful stay, but we would recommend a car to explore the whole island.

I had the pleasure of staying at Blue Wave Villas in August 2015, with my husband and my son! The experience was so fantastic that I felt compelled to write a review! Large, well-designed rooms. Wherever you look, you admire the architectural design, the materials used, decoration, furniture, view....magnificent and glorious concept but also so earthy and reachable… Two big pools, and the fantastic beach just few steps away.Everything about this beautiful modern resort exudes traditional elegance in perfect balance and harmony with the natural environment. Congratulations to owners and thank you for making our stay so special..
