Παραδεισένια τοποθεσία πάνω από την παραλία της Ιαλυσού με την πεντακάθαρη πισίνα της είναι ένα κρυμμένο στολίδι με μοναδικό εσωτερικό και την πιο εντυπωσιακή σχεδόν 180 αδιάκοπη θέα! Οικείο και ήσυχο, απολύτως ιδιωτικό επίσης, αυτό το εξαίσιο που φυλάσσεται σε μυστικό καταφύγιο, είναι ίσως ένα από τα πιο ρομαντικά ακίνητα στο νησί της Ρόδου!

Το σπίτι διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια με 4 ιδιωτικά μπάνια με στρώματα υψηλής ποιότητας, δορυφορική τηλεόραση και φυσικά, είναι κλιματιζόμενα. Το σαλόνι διαθέτει έναν άνετο καναπέ με δορυφορική τηλεόραση + Netflix. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές υψηλής ποιότητας για την προετοιμασία των γευμάτων σας. Έξω υπάρχουν ξαπλώστρες για τους επισκέπτες μας και ιδιωτικό αίθριο με υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία και μπάρμπεκιου όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τα γεύματά σας.

Σε μια πολύ ήσυχη πλευρά της Ιαλυσού, λίγα μέτρα πάνω από την επιφάνεια της θάλασσας και περιτριγυρισμένο από έναν μεσογειακό κήπο, αυτό το μοναδικό σπίτι είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για μια ρομαντική απόδραση σε απόλυτη οικειότητα, αλλά είναι επίσης ένα τέλειο καταφύγιο για οικογένειες με παιδιά ή μια ομάδα φίλων. And of course, let's not forget: The residence is right on the beach.

Amazing place!

Amazing place! The appartment is huge, all rooms have there own bathrooms and there is a large backyard with straight access to the sea. Would definitely recommend it!

We spent two weeks here and loved it. It is called a luxury beach house and that very much sums it up- it is extremely luxurious. The amenities are excellent. Bedrooms have a boutique hotel feel, the kitchen is very well appointed, the garden is beautiful…
We spent two weeks here and loved it. It is called a luxury beach house and that very much sums it up- it is extremely luxurious. The amenities are excellent. Bedrooms have a boutique hotel feel, the kitchen is very well appointed, the garden is beautiful, the sea view is amazing and the beach really is on the doorstep. The pool isn't large (10m?), but it is nice and with the sea right there it hardly matters. The stretch of beach at the bottom of the garden is without umbrellas on it, which means there is hardly anyone using it, even if the neighbouring stretches are heavily populated in high season. There is a place that does paragliding, jetskis, etc. within 100m of the house so if you fancy some action it is easy to do. The hosts are excellent and highly responsive, whatever your needs, from local advice to any issues with the house. They were kind enough to provide us with some food and wine on arrival and were always there for us. The wifi worked well, which was important for us. Next door is a stylish beach bar, I believe owned by the hosts. This is fantastic for popping round for a drink or a meal, but be aware that having a bar next door means constant background music. We didn't mind that, but if you are looking for absolute tranquillity it might not be your thing. The villa is also on the flight path for Rodos airport so at certain times of the day there is a bit of aircraft noise, but we didn't find that a big problem. It is not fully clear from the house description that the garden is shared with neighbouring apartments and connects to the beach bar next door. This occasionally means that people cross the garden on the way to the beach, but it was never a problem for us and we felt that we had the absolute use of the whole garden. The surrounding streets have lots of tourist shops, restaurants and bars, all within easy walking distance and running along the beach. The streets behind and around have tons more shops, resorts and everything you need. The house is only 15 mins from the airport. We hired a car (parking is on street is easy) but could have made do with walking and the various local buses apart from excursions elsewhere on the island. All in the all in the situation is perfect if you have teenagers or want to be in the centre of things (which we do and did), but it would not be the first choice for a quiet retreat. Luxury on the beach is what the house is all about and it has been delivered with a wonderful eye for detail.

The location is amazing - the beach is on the doorstep! This is a great family-friendly house on the beach. All bedrooms are fresh with AC, shower and toilet. The public areas are excellent and the garden is excellent and a perfect place for barbecues…
