Hill & Sea View Villa 2 Rhodes βρίσκεται στην ιδανική τοποθεσία για τις διακοπές των ονείρων σας στο ηλιόλουστο νησί της Ρόδου. Αυτή η πολυτελής βίλα είναι εξοπλισμένη με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για να απολαύσετε χαλαρωτικές διακοπές σε αυτό το γραφικό ελληνικό νησί.

The host was wonderful and very accommodating. The accommodations, pool, view, and location are all exquisite. We had a great time on the island, and for those considering visiting in the off-season, it is ideal. There are hardly any tourists at the big attractions, and it takes just about 30 minutes to travel to the main town and attractions. Yes, a lot of the restaurants on the island are closed, but we had a great day using his place as a base to explore the old city.

Inside, it's nice and contemporary and nicely furnished. The host was welcoming and quite generous with the food, drinks, and other necessities he provided. If you have young children, be mindful that the stairs are made of marble. The drop off the garden wall is another. Our children's ages didn't concern us, but if they had been very little, I believe it would have. Kolymbia is a little bit of a walk, so you'll need a car.

Fantastic modern Villa with great views

Just wow ! What a beautiful home set on the hillside over looking the bay . Giannis is a wonderful host, nothing was any trouble to him ! He even got us ice when we could not find any in the supermarket, went and got medicine for our son and answered…
Just wow ! What a beautiful home set on the hillside over looking the bay . Giannis is a wonderful host, nothing was any trouble to him ! He even got us ice when we could not find any in the supermarket, went and got medicine for our son and answered any questions we had within minutes. The villa is well equipped and was very clean . We arrived late in the evening and there was a well stocked fridge for essentials. Giannis even stayed with us to check our son got there safely and spoke to the taxi drivers to direct them to the villa ( this was around 2 in the morning !) . We stayed in the villa on check out day as we had late flights which was just wonderful . We found a beautiful restaurant on the beach for fish , a short drive from the villa and would recommend Carosel in the town for dinner, huge portions and lovely food . All in all a wonderful holiday in a beautiful home, great location and such a fantastic host . We will definitely be recommending this home and especially Giannis ! Thank you Giannis for everything you did to make our holiday one we will never forget !

I recently stayed at this villa with 8 other family members and we all had a fantastic week! Beautiful clean villa, great pool/outdoor seating area, where we made great use of the bbq! As a self catering villa we felt the kitchen could have had a few extra bits of equipment to make cooking for 9 a little easier, and some more tea towels for drying dishes would have been handy as we ended up buying ourselves some more. There is a small local shop a short walk away with most of the necessities and a lovely beach a little further on too. Like suggested by the owner a hire car is definitely recommended to explore the other beautiful parts of the island. Thanks Giannis for a wonderful Holiday! I would love to return next year!

Spectacular place!

The Villa is very clean and modern with lots of amneties and the view from the garden is just spot on. The Villa and the pool are spacious enough for 8 people although we went with 6. Host John was very helpful and recommended a lot of sights and restaurants…

My family and I had a fantastic 2wks stay at this wonderful Villa. The views are breathtaking and the villa itself is situated in a quiet area, which was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend car hire as it allowed us to visit so many places on the island but also for the convenience of shopping in the nearest Supermarket. A special mention must go to Giannis the owner of the villa. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

Location is superb, central on the Island, close to Tsambika beach. House is very beautiful en the view is stunning! House is big enough for our group of 10. Our host Giannis was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The house has everything you would expect from a luxury holiday villa (large pool, jacuzzi bath to name but a couple) and lots of thoughtful touches (basics in the fridge on arrival, filter coffee, washing products etc). It really is as amazing as it looks in the pictures although the pictures don’t convey how beautiful the view from the garden is. Car hire would be recommended as the villa, although possible to reach by foot, is up a very steep hill and the majority of the shops and restaurants are not within walking distance. For us, the location was a selling point as you don’t hear any noise from the town or hotels. Giannis, the host, really is one of the most genuinely kind and likeable people you could wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble for him and all questions were answered so quickly. There is nothing I could have wanted more from a villa or host and I cannot recommend both enough. We would love to return.

A warm welcome to the villa from the owner Giannis, such a nice bloke, told us all about the villa reccomended places to eat and visit etc. Highlighted was only ever a call or text away for any help or problems. One day we asked if the villa had a Bluetooth speaker which it didn’t however he went out and bought one for us to use during our stay. Nice touch. The villa itself is of very high standard and the views are incredible with sun rising straight in front of the villa. The pool was cleaned 2 or 3 times during our stay. Plenty of towels provided and clean linen stored if needed. Has dishwasher and washing machine which is also very handy. We was a group of 6 adults and 3 children each of the 5 bedrooms has a double or king bed. Showers and bathrooms were immaculate. Can’t fault a thing apart from we which we had stayed longer. Thank you Giannis see you again I hope. All the best Josh and family.

Just got back home after spending a week on this stunning island and this villa was the icing on the cake. I came with my partner, our 4 children, my mum, Dad and brother and all of us fell in love. The villa itself is new and very modern. It’s beautifully clean and ticks all the boxes for a perfect family holiday. The location is brilliant with the most amazing views of the sea. We were met on arrival by the owner (John) who like all the other Greeks we met was incredibly friendly and helpful. He marked the best places to go on a map and even recommended the best restaurants. He made it clear he was only ever a phone call away if we needed anything. We had the most amazing holiday and that was partly down to this wonderful villa. All 9 of us fully recommend Hill and Sea View Villa to anybody thinking to holiday on this amazing Island. Just be sure to hire a car from the airport otherwise you may struggle to find your way around. Many thanks to John for making us so welcome. Cant wait to return
