Το Hill & Sea View Villas Rhodes είναι δύο ενοικιαζόμενες βίλες πολυτελείας με 9 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 ιδιωτικές πισίνες. Το Hill Sea View Villas αποτελείται από 2 βίλες, μία με 4 υπνοδωμάτια και μία με 5 υπνοδωμάτια η καθεμία με ιδιωτική πισίνα.

Ένα από τα ακίνητα είναι 180 τ.μ. με 4 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια, 4 μπάνια και 1 wc, ξεχωριστή ευρύχωρη πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ενιαίο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία. Καθένα από τα δωμάτια σε όλη τη βίλα οδηγεί στο δικό του μπαλκόνι με θέα στον κήπο, θέα στην πισίνα και εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Ο κήπος είναι περιφραγμένος σε όλο το ακίνητο και έχει ιδιωτική είσοδο στο χώρο στάθμευσης. Ολόκληρη η βίλα είναι πλήρως κλιματιζόμενη.

Το άλλο ακίνητο είναι 250 τ.μ. με 5 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια, 3 μπάνια και 1 wc, ξεχωριστή ευρύχωρη πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ενιαίο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία. The outdoor space and pool were both excellent. BBQ and a nice outdoor seating area. Villas are not overlooked, and although being very next to one another, Hill View Villas 1 and 2 are created such that you cannot see into the other. Your worries are totally dispelled by the villa owner, who is incredibly accommodating and available at all times. Excellent bargain; we would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay

The host was wonderful; she was warm and helpful and gave us loads of advice. Excellent care was taken to keep the pool spotless. The BBQ and outdoor dining space were great to utilize.

I recently stayed at this villa with 8 other family members and we all had a fantastic week! Beautiful clean villa, great pool/outdoor seating area, where we made great use of the bbq! As a self catering villa we felt the kitchen could have had a few extra bits of equipment to make cooking for 9 a little easier, and some more tea towels for drying dishes would have been handy as we ended up buying ourselves some more. There is a small local shop a short walk away with most of the necessities and a lovely beach a little further on too. Like suggested by the owner a hire car is definitely recommended to explore the other beautiful parts of the island.

My family and I had a fantastic 2wks stay at this wonderful Villa. The views are breathtaking and the villa itself is situated in a quiet area, which was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend car hire as it allowed us to visit so many places on the island but also for the convenience of shopping in the nearest Supermarket. A special mention must go to Giannis the owner of the villa. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

The house has everything you would expect from a luxury holiday villa (large pool, jacuzzi bath to name but a couple) and lots of thoughtful touches (basics in the fridge on arrival, filter coffee, washing products etc). It really is as amazing as it looks in the pictures although the pictures don’t convey how beautiful the view from the garden is. Car hire would be recommended as the villa, although possible to reach by foot, is up a very steep hill and the majority of the shops and restaurants are not within walking distance. For us, the location was a selling point as you don’t hear any noise from the town or hotels. Giannis, the host, really is one of the most genuinely kind and likeable people you could wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble for him and all questions were answered so quickly. There is nothing I could have wanted more from a villa or host and I cannot recommend both enough. We would love to return.

A warm welcome to the villa from the owner Giannis, such a nice bloke, told us all about the villa reccomended places to eat and visit etc. Highlighted was only ever a call or text away for any help or problems. One day we asked if the villa had a Bluetooth speaker which it didn’t however he went out and bought one for us to use during our stay. Nice touch. The villa itself is of very high standard and the views are incredible with sun rising straight in front of the villa. The pool was cleaned 2 or 3 times during our stay. Plenty of towels provided and clean linen stored if needed. Has dishwasher and washing machine which is also very handy. We was a group of 6 adults and 3 children each of the 5 bedrooms has a double or king bed. Showers and bathrooms were immaculate. Can’t fault a thing apart from we which we had stayed longer. Thank you Giannis see you again I hope. All the best Josh and family.

Just got back home after spending a week on this stunning island and this villa was the icing on the cake. I came with my partner, our 4 children, my mum, Dad and brother and all of us fell in love. The villa itself is new and very modern. It’s beautifully clean and ticks all the boxes for a perfect family holiday. The location is brilliant with the most amazing views of the sea. We were met on arrival by the owner (John) who like all the other Greeks we met was incredibly friendly and helpful. He marked the best places to go on a map and even recommended the best restaurants. He made it clear he was only ever a phone call away if we needed anything. We had the most amazing holiday and that was partly down to this wonderful villa. All 9 of us fully recommend Hill and Sea View Villa to anybody thinking to holiday on this amazing Island. Just be sure to hire a car from the airport otherwise you may struggle to find your way around. Many thanks to John for making us so welcome. Cant wait to return
