Υψηλής ποιότητας εγκαταστάσεις / Εντυπωσιακή θέα στο Αιγαίο. Η εκπληκτική θέα δημιουργεί ένα ιδανικό περιβάλλον για ξεκούραση, χαλάρωση, σωματική και ψυχική ανάκαμψη. Είναι το πρώτο σπίτι στην αριστερή παραλιακή πλευρά του χωριού. Χωρίς γειτονικά κτίρια, προσφέρει μια εξαιρετική αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας. Καθώς μπαίνετε στην παραδοσιακή, πέτρινη, ξύλινη, λινδιακή πύλη, αντικρίζετε μια γνήσια βοτσαλωτή αυλή.

They have thought of everything and it is the little details that make this property worthy of such high praise. We were welcomed with a fridge full of treats and Clarins toiletries!! We had a wonderful cleaner who was thoughtful and considerate and cleaned every day. We had an abundance of towels AND beach towels which is a very rare.... never enough towels!! The outdoor space was very large and relaxing with the most amazing views....so much so nearly everyone passing had to stop and take a photo. This didn't bother us, it was lovely to hear everyone say what a wonderful place we had!

FANTASTIC!

Trip of a lifetime! My husband, teen and brother took a trip to Athens Greece to take in all the history, then headed to Rhodes to relax. Filippos’s Shore Villa was amazing! Phenomenal location right above Lindos Beach with the most breathtaking views. The shore home is a short walk into town and an even shorter walk to the Lindos Acropolis ~ a perfect location! I The home is modern, clean & comfortable. They were wonderful hosts. All the amenities you need and special touches to make your stay easy and special. We had daily cleaning service that was fantastic. We highly recommend Filippos’s home if you’re considering Lindos.

Perfect in every way

This place is gorgeous. Great beds and aircon, and very close to the beach. The staff is fantastic, so helpful. We had a child on crutches and cousin Filippos took us back and forth to the beach in his scooter. Thanks for the great service.

This is our second year in Lindos, we have stayed in Filippos’s rental accommodation both times. There is no better host on the island. His properties are superb, immaculate and high end. We feel privileged to have stayed at the Boutique Villa with it’s stunning views and 5 star interior and will definitely be back. We have been treated so very well by Filippos and his team. You will not be disappointed if you book any of the Lindos Shore homes as they are superb. It really is a home from home, actually better than our home! High end white goods, welcome packs in fridge, wonderful fixtures and fittings, just everything you want and need from a holiday let. Nothing is too much trouble for Filippos and his team and we would not stay with any other host. We return home from Lindos with wonderful memories of a stunning villa, situated in an amazing location. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality Filippos.

Lindos Shore is a luxury villa situated with easy access above the two main Lindos beaches. The villa is large enough for two couples or a famlily and is highly deorated and equipped with all the modern accessories expected of such luxury accom. The villa is cleaned on a daily basis and is spotless throughout. Filippos the owner is an excellent communicator and is always available to assist with any queries. Having stayed in Lindos for over twenty years, I can safely say that this is easily one of the best places to stay in the village; very highly recommended and will not disappoint.

Exceptional Stay!!! Best location on the Island! Has the most breath taking views, right around the corner from the Acropolis, right above the best beaches (with a personal trail one minute walk away), a short 5 minute walk into all the best parts of the village. I took mental notes the "entire week" we roamed the village to see if there was any better location on the island, and HANDS DOWN it is the BEST spot in town! Wonderful host! Super responsive to any of our requests, and quick to help us out of any happenstance we might find ourselves in. Just give them a call for anything you need! They make it easy to get luggage back and forth from your car, and who provide a wonderful care package of food in the kitchen and fridge for in the mornings or arrival snacks. There is a corner/grocery store at the beach to refill on supplies. The home is SOOOO elegant and super relaxing - perfect for a wonderful stay. It looks just like the pictures displayed! Immensities were prefect (once we reset the Wifi). Soooo nice to have a washer and dryer on site! We loved the front porch with the swing, the roof top balcony, and the retracting ceiling court yard ceiling to let in the sunshine. We enjoyed just sitting on the porch, enjoying the view of the sea, eating great food and watching yachts come in and out of the bay. It really does feel like another life, and it is great life to escape into.

Unbelievably perfect, these are the two words we used to describe the whole experience. From the first time we stepped off the Rhodes/Lindos bus to the moment we left in a Taxi i can honestly say that Fillipos could not have done more. We were picked up and taken to the Studio, there was the best welcome pack we have ever seen , the Studio was cleaned every day and we were even left a gift following a family christening. Nothing was too much trouble. The Studio has been renovated to an incredibly high standard, nothing has been done on the cheap and very good use of new technology. Everything you need is there, including proper coffee machine and the best shower we have ever had. The location is perfect, so much so that we did have several instances of other tourists walking onto our terrace to take pictures of the stunning view :-) . We were 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the Acropolis, shops and restaurants are all within 5 minutes, we only left Lindos one day as everything we needed was around us. We will definitely be going again. Massive thank you to you Fillipos and all of your Family who all contributed to a perfect holiday. Nothing negative to say about the whole Lindos experience but there are a few things that you need toi know, as stated they did not get in the way of our holiday but may be important to some people School - The Studio is next door to a very small junior school, as we were in Lindos during a school term then we did get some of the usual playground noise, to be honest, we loved it, took us right back to the days that kids used to play outside. Cats - You either love them or you hate them, luckily for us, my wife loves them and i hate them. The Lindos cats could alomost be called proffesional cats, they know the score, if (like my wife) you give tehm encouragment then you have a cat for the duration of the holiday, if like me you send them a threatening stare, then they leave you alone, they just seem to know. Each cat has its own "patch" so my wife adopted one that was a suitable distance away from the accommodation. Donkeys - Before we arrived we thought it would be cruel to use a small donkey to heft our weight up a mountain side, to be honest whilst not being cruel it was just not for us. The Hill is steep but is easily walkable if you manage to disguise looking at the view for rest breaks. The donkeys are actually revered in Lindos, so well looked after so no issues with there use. Hills - Most, actually everything is on a hill so expect to have a few times when you are huffing and puffing, not sure how someone with impaired mobility would get on, didnt really see anyone and could not see how wheelchjairs woudl get up some of the steep flights of stairs.

We stayed at the Lindos Shore Boutique Villa for a couple of nights in October last year to break a very average stay in Fakaraki! Best thing we ever did, these apartments are absolutely gorgeous, beautifully furnished and decorated and in the best position for access to the beach and the town. The owner meets you on the outskirts of the town so you can park up then transports you to the villa through the narrow streets on something akin to a trike (no vehicles allowed in town) which is an experience I will cherish! Yes these apartments are top money but worth every penny! Beers and fruit in the fridge, ipad to use if needed and the most comfortable bed ever! As for the view- wow I couldn't stop taking photos.

We stayed at Lindos Shore Villa a couple of years ago and found it to be truly 5star. Booking again we did wonder if it would have lost any of it's charm. We need not have had any concern as the villa is still stunning, possibly the best outlook in Europe and everything is as it was, top quality in an unstated way. The sun terrace on the top of the villa was a great addition and very useful. Filippos the owner could not be more welcoming and helpful but leaves you to enjoy your holiday. We originally saw the villa featured in the Sunday Times travel section in 2014 as a top destination and it certainly has not lost any of it's appeal.

This was the nicest place I have ever stayed! The Villa is modern, perfectly clean, high tech, and in a perfect spot. The ten minute walk to the Acropolis is awesome and the beach is three minutes away. Both are extraordinary and the setting is very beautiful with plenty of place to eat and drink. Filippos and his family are the best hosts we have ever encountered and their family restaurant, Maria's was superb! The views from the patio, bed rooms and rooftop are incredible. The Villa is the farthest out on the point and there is nothing in your view other than the bay and beaches of Lindos. We will return to this beautiful Villa and we will never forget the perfect time we had! Yamas

This Villa is outstanding in every way and Filippos and his family made the trip an memory that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Filippos met us in the square in Lindos and drove us and our stuff to this Amazing Villa. The Villa is modern, perfectly clean, and better than any 5 star hotel or place we have ever stayed. He invited us to his family's restaurant, Maria's, for an outstanding meal and a great Greek experience! Great restaurant and hospitality both in the Village of Lindos and around the Island. The Acropolis is a ten minute walk and is breath taking in every way, as is the beach and bay on both sides of the village. The patio is the farthest point out on the point and looks over the harbor and sea. The beach in just down the hill and has really good dinning and is a great setting. Unbelievable stay and we will be back to see Filippos and his awesome family and Villa. Yamas

Just spent 11 days in paradise in this lovely villa! The location and facilities could not be better and the view from the bedrooms and the patio area is simply stunning. Filippos makes the whole experience even better with his fantastic hospitality…
Just spent 11 days in paradise in this lovely villa! The location and facilities could not be better and the view from the bedrooms and the patio area is simply stunning. Filippos makes the whole experience even better with his fantastic hospitality. We arrived after 11pm and after giving us a guided tour he presented us with a takeaway meal from his hotel in Pefkos! The fridge was stocked with all the essentials so we didn't have to rush off to the supermarket and on our last day he arranged for a room for us in his Pefkos Beach Hotel so that we could enjoy our final day on the beach. The villa is cleaned every day by the lovely Stella and even the beach towels are provided! Filippos really goes above and beyond to make your holiday very special - thank you Fillipos!

Where to start!! Absolutely fantastic villa, you couldn't want for anything better! The villa contained everything you needed for a perfect holiday! It's position is stunning - in fact every tourist that passed the villa commented on the views! Filippos was generous to a fault, from a well-stocked fridge on arrival to a taste of Greek cakes during the week - delicious! The villa was spotlessly clean, sheets and towels changed regularly, toiletries supplied too! Restaurants and cafes are in abundance and we honestly didn't have a bad meal at all - in fact meal was delicious! I can't recommend Lindos Shore Boutique Villa enough, and I can't wait to return!

My wife and I stayed here for our Honeymoon. The pictures from the website had us sold from day one. My wife had the window picture as her phone background months beforehand. This was the most amazing place to stay. The pictures are exactly what you get. Everything is perfectly clean and nice. The roof retracts so you can get sunlight light in the hallway during the day. There is a roof deck to catch some sun. Filippos was an amazing host. He picked us up from our car and took us right to the front door. He recommended the best restaurants and took care of our every need. The property was cleaned every day while we were out. There is also a washer dryer which was great for us since we needed to do some laundry. We even loved the laundry detergent, haha. People would actually stop and look at the house in amazement, wondering how they could stay there. I usually took this opportunity to walk around with a cup of coffee and play the part of "don't you wish you were me". Lindos was a great place to visit and this is the absolute best place to stay there if not all of Rhodes. Can't wait to return!
