Το Blue Skiathos Villa είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 6 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η βίλα βρίσκεται σε οικόπεδο περίπου 4.200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 12 άτομα. Το έδαφος κατηφορίζει από τις κύριες πύλες προς το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος και τη δική του ιδιωτική προβλήτα. Το εσωτερικό κατάλυμα είναι περίπου 300 τετραγωνικά μέτρα χωρισμένο σε 2 ορόφους. Υπάρχουν επίσης 2 πέργκολες για εξωτερική τραπεζαρία (28 τετραγωνικά μέτρα) και ένα εξωτερικό σαλόνι (30 τετραγωνικά μέτρα).

Όλα έχουν σχεδιαστεί για να είναι μοντέρνα και μινιμαλιστικά. Παράθυρα με διπλά τζάμια και δάπεδα με πλακάκια σε όλους τους χώρους. Fujitsu Κλιματισμός σε κάθε δωμάτιο. Ηλεκτρονική θυρίδα ασφαλείας και Smart TV σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο. Εντοιχισμένες ντουλάπες με καπνιστό καθρέφτη και αποθήκη σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο. Κλινοσκεπάσματα και πετσέτες αιγυπτιακής ποιότητας.

Ο πρώτος όροφος αποτελείται από διπλές πόρτες στο πίσω μέρος της βίλας που οδηγεί σε μια μεγάλη είσοδο που είναι ένα μικρό W.C. και 4 υπνοδωμάτια. Βοηθητικό δωμάτιο με ζεστό και κρύο νερό, νεροχύτη, αυτόματο πλυντήριο Whirlpool και ντουλάπια αποθήκευσης. Υπάρχουν 4 υπνοδωμάτια στον πρώτο όροφο. Το υπνοδωμάτιο #1 είναι η κύρια σουίτα, που περιλαμβάνει κρεβάτι king size, ντουλάπες με καπνιστό καθρέφτη, έπιπλα υπνοδωματίου και 2 πολυθρόνες. Μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ντους. Υπνοδωμάτιο #2 μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και έναν επιπλέον διπλό καναπέ-κρεβάτι. Υπνοδωμάτιο #3 Αυτό το δωμάτιο αποτελείται από 2 μονά κρεβάτια, αλλά μπορεί να μετατραπεί σε ένα διπλό εάν απαιτείται. Το μπάνιο βρίσκεται απέναντι από αυτό το δωμάτιο με ντους, τουαλέτα κ.λπ. Στο ισόγειο, θα βρείτε μια κουζίνα που είναι σε μεγάλο βαθμό μοντέρνα και μινιμαλιστική, εξοπλισμένη με συμπαγείς πάγκους 12 mm τελευταίας τεχνολογίας και γυαλιστερά λευκά ντουλάπια. Οι συσκευές περιλαμβάνουν 2 ψυγεία Whirlpool, καταψύκτη υδρομασάζ, πλυντήριο πιάτων υδρομασάζ, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων AEG, κεραμικές εστίες Beko και φούρνο. Η τραπεζαρία βρίσκεται δίπλα στην κουζίνα και έχει μια μεγάλη τραπεζαρία που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 12 άτομα. Το σαλόνι είναι ανοιχτό, υπάρχουν 2 μεγάλοι μοντέρνοι καναπέδες και αναπαυτικές καρέκλες στο σαλόνι, για να χαλαρώσετε και να προσέχετε στον κόλπο προς την πόλη της Σκιάθου. Υπάρχει μια μεγάλη Smart TV 49 ιντσών και πυρκαγιά για το χειμώνα. Το υπνοδωμάτιο #5 είναι μια άλλη σουίτα που περιλαμβάνει κρεβάτι king size, ένα μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και έναν επιπλέον διπλό καναπέ-κρεβάτι ή χώρο γραφείου και το υπνοδωμάτιο #6 είναι ένα διπλό, με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, ντους, ντουλάπες κ.λπ.

Έξω υπάρχει ένα Boat House / Honeymoon Σουίτα που βρίσκεται στην κάτω βεράντα του κήπου δίπλα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος και την ιδιωτική προβλήτα. Αυτή είναι μια αυτόνομη μονάδα, που διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι με ουρανό, θολωτά δοκάρια στην οροφή και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους.

spent a wonderful few days with friends at Blue Skiathos. The villa was lovely, the weather was perfect, and our host, was perfect! The view from our room was breathtaking and included Skiathos Town. The villa was fully equipped, and I really appreciated the UK plug connections. There is plenty of room for everyone and numerous seating options. I especially enjoyed the pool and bar. The indoor/outdoor kitchen and the Barbeque spaces seemed useful for our large gathering. It was quick and simple to get to Skiathos town because there were several taxis available. If you wanted to leave such a wonderful place for a day or night away, there is plenty to see and do.

For a family vacation to honor a particular birthday, we reserved the Villa, and what a wonderful 12 nights we had there. Blue Skiathos is a large, spotless, and contemporary hotel, and John, the owner, is fantastic. I truly can't say enough good things…
For a family vacation to honor a particular birthday, we reserved the Villa, and what a wonderful 12 nights we had there. Blue Skiathos is a large, spotless, and contemporary hotel, and John, the owner, is fantastic. I truly can't say enough good things about this site. When you first enter through the front gate, the scenery is absolutely stunning and the pictures really don't do it justice. A five-minute drive will bring you to a small local beach, or you may swim from the private jetty.

I don't know what to say about Blue Skiathos. . There is great attention to detail, including USB ports, UK outlets, and the ability to link your phone to the music system. Fantastic patio areas with sun loungers and play places for kids surround the pool. The pool bar is the ideal finishing touch, and the Barbeque and shaded seating areas are fantastic. Once inside the home, which is hidden behind private security gates and offers views of Skiathos, it feels like a small haven. I can assure you that it is quite a sight to watch jets fly in while standing by a pool. You won't be dissatisfied.

Once inside the home, which is hidden behind private security gates and offers views of Skiathos, it feels like a small haven.
