Η διώροφη βίλα είναι 114 τ.μ., διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, 1 καναπέ-κρεβάτι (2,90 x 2,50 ), βρεφική κούνια, 2 wc, σαλόνι & κουζίνα. Είναι φιλική για άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες και επίσης μια πράσινη βίλα με τα καλύτερα πρότυπα στην εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας. Υπάρχει επίσης μια πισίνα 28,50 τ.μ. που διαθέτει πράσινο σύστημα καθαρισμού χωρίς χημικά. Επίσης, χώρος για παιδιά γεμάτο γρασίδι, μπάρμπεκιου, γκαράζ για το αυτοκίνητο, ξαπλώστρες, πέργκολες τόσο στο ισόγειο όσο και στον πρώτο όροφο. Η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο με το αυτοκίνητο είναι περίπου 12 λεπτά, από την πρωτεύουσα της Κεφαλονιάς, το Αργοστόλι, 15 λεπτά, από το πλησιέστερο μίνι μάρκετ λιγότερο από 3 λεπτά και από τις πλησιέστερες παραλίες Λουρδάς και Τραπεζάκι 5-7 λεπτά. Αυτό είναι ένα ιδανικό μέρος για ξεκούραση και επίσης ένα μέρος για να γίνει η βάση σας για να ανακαλύψετε την Κεφαλονιά.

We stayed for a week in this property and as soon as we arrived we realised we needed a car. The property is a good mile away from the nearest shops but walkable if you don’t mind hills. Set about 800 metres up the views are fantastic - the property recently built is superb., a great amount of effort has been put into the design of the property - bathrooms , lighting , bedding etc perfect. The pool has views to die for , sun beds provided and inflatables and the balcony is a perfect spot for watching the sun go down. There is also an outdoor bbq but watch out for the wasps ! The owner Andreas is extreamly helpful and sorted us out with taxis from the airport and gave us numbers for hire car rentals. Would recommend this villa for anyone wanting a bit of luxury away from it all. Car essential

Amazing villa! Amazing village and amazing beaches nearby! Andreas is quick to reply and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. All the amenities you need and more are there and the villa is spacious and comfortable. Even on a rainy day we had Netflix, TV and some board games to entertain ourselves.

A fabulous villa! We loved our stay wth 3 children 17, 7 and 10. Andreas made a real effort to make our trip go well by getting in a few breakfast items as we arrived late at night. He left some local treats too which was very welcoming. He has also well stocked the villa with little extras such as towels, dishwasher tabs, coffee all meaning you don’t need to shop for everything on your arrival! The villa is very clean and was refreshed during our stay. The place is a 15-min car drive from Argostoli so you do need a car to get around. Limited restaurants and shops open early in April so would advise to visit from May onwards to give you more choice and atmosphere at the various places to visit. It was such a shame the pool was too cold for us to use early in April though the children did try!! Loved local restaurant Le Mer and best sandy beach at Makris Gialos.

Extremely spacious luxury villa located on the side of a hill with a beautiful view overlooking the coast. The accommodation had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living/dining area with a kitchen that has everything you could need. Andreas was very helpful with recommendations and information (even taking us to get some supplies from the shop when it rained!), and replied within a couple of hours whenever he was contacted. We loved the pool which came with a few fun inflatables. A decent shop is nearby (about 15 minutes walk down the hill) along with a bakery and pharmacy, but I would recommend having a car as the hill is pretty steep which makes the trek back quite hard! This spot is definitely a good place to have as a base for further exploration of the island.

Just returned from a fantastic week in Cephalonia staying in Heaven Villa, Vlachata. Had excellent communications with Andreas via Facebook before and after booking. He met us as arranged and took the time to show us around the villa and explain everything we needed to know about the villa and locality. First impressions count for everything and looking at the villa I knew things would be perfect for our week. The villa was very well equipped with quality appliances and TV in both bedrooms as well as aircon for warm evenings. The pool was lovely with beautiful views everywhere although the water was too chilly for me. Others in our party were much braver however. The sea was nice and I managed to get in a lot easier. aAndreas also provided a small welcome pack with lots of coffee pods a particular plus with my wife. Also 2 bottles of wine were left for us. You will need a car staying here but it'll allow you to explore the island as well as frequent the local tavernas and bakery. We'd be absolutely delighted to return in the future and we're already looking at flights for next year. Finally, I'd like to thank Andreas for his fantastic hosting skills and availability when we needed his help.

Cannot reccomend enough!

We stayed here for a week in September, our first visit to Greece! When we arrived Andreas was there to meet us and showed us around. The villa being recently built is fantastic, modern and in an amazing location. Breakfast on the terrace by the pool overlooking the sea was fantastic and floating around in the pool was a great way to cool off on the hot days. You definitely need a car here and once you've mastered the car port once or twice its not a problem. We often ate out in Lourdata / Vlachata and its only a 5 minute drive to the main restaurants and 15 minutes to Argostoli which is easily do-able for an evening out. The day we left there was a major storm and the potential for disruption but Andreas was very helpful and accommodating incase our flight was cancelled but luckily we got away okay. Check out the guest book when you arrive as there is lots of useful information to make your stay even more enjoyable from guests who have stayed previously. If you are visiting Kefalonia you HAVE to stay here, we will definitely be back, thank you Andreas!

The house is located in the hills of Kefalonia about 8-10 minute drive to a few beaches. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The house itself is newly built and very clean and well furnished. It has fun additional touches like fancy lighting in the family room and a beautifully lit pool at nighttime. Both bedrooms had tall ceilings and comfortable beds. The downstairs bedroom has doors that lead straight to the pool with a bathroom right outside the bedroom door. The upstairs bedroom has a private bath and built in closet system, in addition to a private deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. What makes this place even better are the nice touches from Andreas. This includes local candies, local wine and other items that make you feel like a valued guest. Andreas even gave us a parting gift to help us remember the time we spent at his home. We really enjoyed our experience at this property.

Die Villa und der Gastgeber verdienen eindeutig 5 Sterne! Die 2017 gebaute „Villa“ ist mit allen nötigen ausgestattet. Sollte es an etwas fehlen, steht Andreas immer parat! Was man wissen sollte, dass Haus befindet sich am Ortsrands auf der Anhöhe von Vlachata - ohne Auto ist man absolut aufgeschmissen und abgeschnitten. Lokale, Supermärkte und Bäcker sind fussläufig nicht zu erreichen. Dafür wird man mit einem Ausblick auf die Küste und das Meer belohnt :-)

Andreas was extremely accommodating from the beginning. Before I arrived, he gave me many ideas on where to travel during our stay in Kefalonia, Also, he was extremely responsive to any questions we had. I was hesitant in booking the place initially since it seemed like a fairly new air bnb but I was blown away. I must say this was the best air bnb experience I have ever had(I've booked about 15 places already). The views were incredible. Pictures do not give it justice. Completely private. If you have a car, it is an easy drive to the capital - Argostoli. Also few beaches near by this place(less than 10'mins by car) the infamous Lourdas beach is close. And the airport is very close- about 15 mins. The place is very new and spacious. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The pool is facing the scenic views- oh my goodness. Felt like I was on a resort for half the price. If you like privacy and scenic views - this place is for you. Andreas was very helpful- even helping us arrange a ferry to another Greek island when we were checking out. Thank you Andreas for your wonderful hospitality

It was a wonderful weekend at Kefalonia for me and my family in one of the most beautiful villas of the island I have stayed in. Although we were the first visitors of this villa, everything was perfect. A beautifully decorated environment, extremely comfortable, functional and welcoming! The wonderful view of the whole area will be unforgettable, stunning sea views - even when you are relaxing on the bed you can enjoy the endless blue! 2 large pergolas make it even easier to enjoy the view. There are 4 comfortable sunbeds with pillows, garden shed, garden table, big sofa, swimming pool with waterfall. I will never forget the light effects during the night. Sleeping in this villa was excellent and we really relaxed this weekend. It is a very special villa close to Lourdas beach that we will definitely visit again, I hope for much longer time. Thank you Andreas for your hospitality :)
