Η Villa Rosemarine Corfu είναι η παραθαλάσσια βίλα στις Αυλάκι Βίλες δίπλα στη θάλασσα και απολαμβάνει τη διπλή όψη τόσο της ακτογραμμής όσο και της υπαίθρου. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη, εξοχική λωρίδα και λίγα βήματα μακριά από την παραλία, αυτή είναι μια ιδανική τοποθεσία για τους λάτρεις της φύσης και τις οικογένειες που αναζητούν μια χαλαρωτική εμπειρία βίλας. Η βίλα είναι διακοσμημένη σε μοντέρνο, λειτουργικό στιλ με εκρήξεις χρωμάτων σε όλους τους χώρους και προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις που αναμένονται σε ένα σπίτι μακριά από το σπίτι.

Το εσωτερικό προσφέρει άνετους χώρους διαβίωσης, ανοιχτή πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και σαλόνι με εύκολη μετάβαση στους εξωτερικούς χώρους μέσω συρόμενων θυρών. Η σκιασμένη βεράντα έχει θέα στην πισίνα και τους κήπους με γκαζόν και είναι ιδανική για φαγητό στο ύπαιθρο, που ενισχύεται περαιτέρω από το ευωδιαστό άρωμα της φύτευσης βεράντας με φυσική οθόνη. Υπάρχει ένα ενσωματωμένο μπάρμπεκιου για όσους επιθυμούν να δειπνήσουν. Κάθε ένα από τα τέσσερα μοντέρνα υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο είναι άνετα επιπλωμένα για δύο άτομα με μπαλκόνια με θέα στους κήπους και την πισίνα. Καθώς ο ήλιος δύει στη Villa Rosemarine Corfu, οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν ένα κοκτέιλ δίπλα στην πισίνα ή να κάνουν μια βόλτα στην κοντινή παραλία, περιτριγυρισμένη από μια πληθώρα θάμνων και φοίνικων. Το κοντινό Αυλάκι ή Κασσιόπη βρίσκεται επίσης σε μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια και προσφέρει επιλογές για ψώνια, φαγητό και διασκέδαση.

Great House

We loved our stay at Rosemrine, it is a beautiful villa. Good location about 20 minutes walk into town. Local supermarket, Nikos delivers to your door. Clean tidy villa with lots of space and a large garden with various activities. We wopuld definately…

Thoroughly recommended

Just spent 2 weeks here with out 3 ‘children’ aged 26,19 & 13. Beautiful private grounds, not at all overlooked with the beach at the bottom of the garden. Take water shoes as it is very pebbly! We all enjoyed the pool, table tennis and pool…
Just spent 2 weeks here with out 3 ‘children’ aged 26,19 & 13. Beautiful private grounds, not at all overlooked with the beach at the bottom of the garden. Take water shoes as it is very pebbly! We all enjoyed the pool, table tennis and pool table. The house is amazing, even nicer than the photos and well equipped and the air conditioning is great to have. It is 25 minutes walk into Kassiopi which is easily doable but very very hot so take hats & water with you. Nicos supermarket is the closest, about 15 mins walk and he will deliver if you spend 50 euros but it is quite pricey so we just got the heavier stuff here and other in Kassiopi Communication with Zoi was great and she is very helpful and knowledgeable We were very sad to leave as it was a great place to stay. Thoroughly recommended

Amazing villa within touching distance of the beach, and a short walk to the town and shops. Rooms were lovely each having their own en-suite. Zoi was extremely helpful and sorted out any problems we had. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a lovely stay! This is a great place for kids, a nice open plan house and the pool has a separate kids area. The floors get very slippery when wet so we had to be careful about that. The location is quite remote. The beach at the end of the property…
We had a lovely stay! This is a great place for kids, a nice open plan house and the pool has a separate kids area. The floors get very slippery when wet so we had to be careful about that. The location is quite remote. The beach at the end of the property is rocky and not that nice and the local mini mart is quite a walk. We didn’t really leave the property much as the kids are too young to walk far and pushing prams up steep hills into the local village was a bit rough. We could have hired a car or taxis if we wanted to explore more. Zoi was fantastic, she arranged taxis with car seats for us and gave us recommendations. It was really nice having her available if we needed anything.

Amazing!

Amazing views, great outdoor space, 15-20 minute walk to two lovely beach bars and boat hire. 25 -30 minute walk the otherway or a 7 euro cab to the beautiful Kassiopi and its harbour.

Lovely Stay!

Great villa, lovely having the pool and the beach at the bottom of the garden. Local supermarket Nickos really friendly and helpful. Good places to eat locally as well.

Spacius and Comfortable!

Rosemarine is een heerlijk ruim en licht huis met alle voorzieningen die je kunt wensen. Op loopafstand van het haventje van Kassiopi met de restaurantjes om lang te blijven hangen.

Perfect House!

Alexis was a great host with very fast responses and we were welcomed with some food essentials as well as wine and beer! The Villa was amazing, and the space was much larger than we expected and had everything we needed. Great views, great location…
