Το Villas Christy and Tina Lefkada είναι μια πολυτελής ενοικίαση βίλας με 9 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 ιδιωτικές πισίνες. Το Villa Christy and Tina βρίσκεται σε μια απλά καταπληκτική περιοχή, με θέα στο χωριό Λυγιά στη Λευκάδα. Το μέρος περιβάλλεται από καταπράσινα βουνά και είναι απολύτως απομονωμένο, αλλά πολύ κοντά στην πόλη της Λευκάδας. Η θέα κόβει την ανάσα και προσφέρει μια ηρεμία και ηρεμία που σας κάνει να θέλετε να περάσετε ώρες και ώρες χαλάρωσης και ξεκούρασης στον χώρο της πισίνας και στον όμορφο κήπο. Μακριά από κάθε είδους θόρυβο και ένα συνεχές αεράκι καθαρού αέρα που κατεβαίνει από τους λόφους.

Το Villas Christy and Tina είναι ένας συνδυασμός 2 πολυτελών βιλών, της Villa Christy και της Villa Tina.

Η Villa Christy περιβάλλεται από καταπράσινα βουνά και είναι απολύτως απομονωμένη δίνοντας μια αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας, αλλά πολύ κοντά στην πόλη της Λευκάδας. Η θέα είναι εντυπωσιακή και προσφέρει μια ηρεμία και ηρεμία που σας κάνει να θέλετε να περάσετε ώρες και ώρες χαλάρωσης και ξεκούρασης στον χώρο της ιδιωτικής πισίνας και στον όμορφο κήπο. Μακριά από κάθε είδους θόρυβο και με ένα συνεχές αεράκι καθαρού αέρα που κατεβαίνει από τους λόφους, αυτή η πολυτελής ενοικίαση διακοπών θα σας προσφέρει μοναδικές και αξέχαστες διακοπές. Η Villa Christy Lefkada έχει χτιστεί με πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο και προσφέρει υπέροχη θέα από το αίθριο και τον κήπο που περιβάλλει την πισίνα και τα πολλά μπαλκόνια έξω από τη βίλα. Μπορείτε να καθίσετε και να χαλαρώσετε κοιτάζοντας τα υπέροχα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά, την ελληνική ηπειρωτική χώρα, την ανατολική πλευρά της Λευκάδας και τα νησιά Μεγανήσι, Σκορπιό (Νησί του Ωνάση) και Μαδουρή (Βαλαωρίτης, το νησί ενός διάσημου Έλληνα ποιητή). Το Lefkas Christy Villa διαθέτει ένα επιπλέον μεγαλύτερο καθιστικό σε μια ψηλότερη βεράντα για έως και 10 άτομα με θέα στην πισίνα, ιδανικό για διασκέδαση.

Η βίλα Tina Lefkada έχει χτιστεί με πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο πολυτέλειας και προσφέρει υπέροχη θέα από το αίθριο και τον κήπο που περιβάλλει την ιδιωτική πισίνα και τα πολλά μπαλκόνια έξω από τη βίλα. Μπορείτε να καθίσετε και να χαλαρώσετε κοιτάζοντας τα υπέροχα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά, την ελληνική ηπειρωτική χώρα, την ανατολική πλευρά της Λευκάδας και τα νησιά Μεγανήσι, Σκορπιό (το νησί του Ωνάση) και Μαδούρι (Βαλαωρίτης, το νησί ενός διάσημου Έλληνα ποιητή). Το σαλόνι/καθιστικό είναι 80τμ με WC & laundry room, μεγάλο τζάκι, τηλεόραση plasma 42′, DVD player, CD/ραδιόφωνο και πιάνο. Σε κάθε ένα από τα πλατύσκαλα κάθε ορόφου υπάρχει μια μικρή κουζίνα με νεροχύτη, ψυγείο και παροχές για καφέ για τη διευκόλυνση των επισκεπτών. Όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες παρέχονται και καθαρίζονται τακτικά καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια των διακοπών των επισκεπτών. Η βίλα διαθέτει ηλιακό πάνελ με κλιματισμό inverter σε κάθε δωμάτιο. Υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο μπάρμπεκιου στον κήπο που μπορεί να μαγειρέψει φαγητό για έως και 10 άτομα.

Utterly gorgeous

We stayed in Villa Christy in July for a week and could not recommend it enough. The owner & his wife were on hand (they were in the villa next door) if we needed them & drove us to the supermarket late on our first night to get supplies. The villa is…
We stayed in Villa Christy in July for a week and could not recommend it enough. The owner & his wife were on hand (they were in the villa next door) if we needed them & drove us to the supermarket late on our first night to get supplies. The villa is totally as seen in the pictures, with a lovely infinity pool with breathtaking views over the sea. You have everything you meed in the villa and the furnishings are to a really high standard. The pool, gardens and outside areas are beautifully looked after. We sat outside every night overlooking the sea & mountains. Gorgeous! There are lovely little tavernas just down the hill and a few pretty shingle beaches close by too. All of them are really pretty and safe. We sailed on our second week so didn’t venture too far away. We drove to west coast beaches one day which were breathtaking! All in all, gorgeous villa & owner!

THe owner and his wife greeted us as we arrived. As it was a Sunday on arrival we needed basic supplies. The owner kindly took myself and two more guests to the local supermarket, and local bakery. He then took us again on Monday to the major local GReek…
THe owner and his wife greeted us as we arrived. As it was a Sunday on arrival we needed basic supplies. The owner kindly took myself and two more guests to the local supermarket, and local bakery. He then took us again on Monday to the major local GReek supermarket where we stocked up for the week.. He told us if ever we needed anything to ask him and he would gladly help us. The property suited all our needs. spacious kitchen, spacious bedrooms, Bathrooms, showers etc. The outside of the property has a swimming pool, sun loungers, and two seperate eating locations, both with stunning views. Both under cover. The location of this Villa is stunning. The views are unbelieviable..Not far to get into Nidri or lefkada for the evening.The owner of this Villa also has a boat which at a charge he will take you around the islands. THe location is beautiful... It is a steep hill to get to this Villa on foot, so i would advise walking shoes if you needed to venture downhill. THe best plan would be to get a cab which are all reasonable prices. I liked the fact that the owners lived next door which could also be rented out if you needed two villas together. Fantastic couple.. + Lillie the dog..
