Η Villa Fallon στο Dynasty Villas Lefkada είναι μια πολυτελής ενοικίαση βίλας με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Τοποθετημένη στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου, σε οικόπεδο 4000 τ.μ., η Villa Fallon εντυπωσιάζει τον επισκέπτη με την minimal chic πολυτέλεια και τη μαγευτική θέα στον κόλπο των Συβότων και στο Ιόνιο πέλαγος, τόσο από το εξωτερικό όσο και από το εσωτερικό. μέσα από τα μεγάλα παράθυρα. Είναι κατασκευασμένο με τα καλύτερα, υψηλής ποιότητας, φιλικά προς το περιβάλλον υλικά όπως φυσικό ξύλο σε δάπεδα, κουζίνα και κατάστρωμα.

Κομψά υπνοδωμάτια με τα καλύτερα στρώματα, μεγάλες ντουλάπες, άνετος καναπές με εξαιρετικά υφάσματα, πολυτελή λευκά είδη, πισίνα υπερχείλισης, τραβούν τα βλέμματα του επισκέπτη τη στιγμή που μπαίνει στη βίλα και κάνουν τη διαμονή του μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία. Το γκαζόν γύρω από την πισίνα είναι το τέλειο σκηνικό για να χαλαρώσετε, να παίξετε και να απολαύσετε λίγο ήλιο. Σε απόσταση 1χλμ. από το Villa Fallon θα βρείτε καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ στο χωριό. If you are looking for somewhere which is peaceful with Amazing views this is the place to stay. The villa is very modern and tastefully decorated. From The infinity pool, which is cleaned regularly, the views are great. Areti and her husband Phillip are very kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. On arrival we found a lovely welcome pack of food, wine and toiletries. I would recommend having a car if you want to visit other parts of the island but we managed without one and walked to the harbour every evening for dinner which only took 20 mins. I would definitely recommend staying at The Dynssty Villas

We found it on the internet.We planned to stay for 3 nights at Lefkada. We found a good price and the photos of this villa were amazing.I got frightened that it wouldn't be that nice,but thank God I was wrong. The villa was new,clean,spacious,incredible…
We found it on the internet.We planned to stay for 3 nights at Lefkada. We found a good price and the photos of this villa were amazing.I got frightened that it wouldn't be that nice,but thank God I was wrong. The villa was new,clean,spacious,incredible view and very well situated.The kids had an amazing time at the pool all the time.The equipment and the furniture were brand new and we felt comfortable. Unfortunately we stayed only for 3 nights which was not enough for the island and in order to enjoy more the ambiance of this Villa (which I could easily say that competes equally villas in Mykonos and the most important for a far better price). Thank you Dynasty!!Will see you soon I hope.

I've waited a while to write my review because I wanted it to be accurate, we went to the villas nearly a year ago and have had a couple of holidays since. Our stay in Sivota was the best holiday we've ever had, I can't put my finger on exactly what made it the best so it must of been a combination of everything. The villa is really lovely, there were a couple of problems with wifi and water but everything was sorted out instantly and it obviously didn't effect our holiday that we didn't have wifi for a couple of hours! The owners were on hand if we needed anything and sorted it straight away, they left bottles of wine on the doorstep while we were out - quite a lot actually which was lovely of them. The view from the villa is breathtaking - it looks over sivota. The infinity pool is perfect for watching everyone coming and going on their boats. The decor of the villa is very modern, with all the amenities that you need. As you drive into sivota you see a twisty yellow stone road going up - this is the route to the villas and a fabulous relaxing stay. We spent pretty much everyday lazing in the pool, we hired a little boat once which was the best day ever and we visited sivota bakery a lot!! A must to anyone staying there. We loved our 2 week break here and we will be returning at some point for definite. Don't forget your tennis rackets for the courts.

Dynasty villas are paradise on earth which keeps its promises. We wanted to stay there forever! They are brand new, amazingly designed and decorated at very high standards. Excellent service and cleaning. The view is stunning overlooking the ionian sea and the village of Sivota which is just 3 min by car. We made much use of the swimming pool and the kitchen which is fully equipped. I can't wait to return and rent a larger villa for family. Its just the perfect place to be!

Luxury, great view and one of the best villas in Greece. Stayed in Krystal vill and I will revisit soon. Simply perfect

Perfect vacations

Perfect place with amazing view. New houses, very quite. Very close to the village. There was nothing that I could complain about. I particularly liked the unusual decor and colour schemes. I was very pleased and would stay here again
