Η βίλα Aria Zante στον Άγιο Νικόλαο αποτελείται από την κύρια βίλα και έναν ανεξάρτητο ξενώνα που εξασφαλίζει επιπλέον ιδιωτικότητα μεταξύ μεγαλύτερων ομάδων. Περιτριγυρισμένη από πολυετή ελαιόδεντρα, με καταπράσινους λόφους στο βάθος και θέα στην ακτή του νησιού καθώς και στο γαλάζιο του Ιονίου, η Villa Aria Zante προσφέρει γαλήνη και γαλήνη σε αφθονία, δημιουργώντας έτσι ένα καταφύγιο ομορφιάς, χαλάρωσης και ξεκούρασης που θα γοητεύει τον επισκέπτη από την πρώτη στιγμή.

Το βραχώδες έδαφος που διείσδυσε στη Villa Aria Zante σαν έργο τέχνης έχει τονιστεί με τον πιο πολυμήχανο τρόπο και έχει συνδεθεί αρμονικά με τα σύγχρονα υλικά κατασκευής. Ταυτόχρονα φροντίσαμε πολύ να προσφέρουμε στον επισκέπτη όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για την ικανοποίηση των ατομικών σύγχρονων αναγκών για μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Η κύρια βίλα εκτείνεται σε δύο επίπεδα. Στο ισόγειο, θα βρείτε ένα άνετο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία και WC. Μια ξύλινη σκάλα σας οδηγεί στο επάνω επίπεδο που περιλαμβάνει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, το καθένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και μπαλκόνι με θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Ιονίου. Ο γραφικός ξενώνας ακριβώς δίπλα στην κύρια βίλα αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και ένα WC. Προστέθηκε επίσης μια όμορφη πισίνα για να απολαμβάνουν οι επισκέπτες στιγμές χαλάρωσης και γενικής ευεξίας.

we hebben n geweldige vakantie gehad. Het huisje met zijn geweldige uitzicht vanuit het huisje, vanuit de tuin en vanaf het zwembad maken het huisje echt bijzonder mooi. de eigenaren en hun zoon zijn erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het zwembad en het huis…

Het zwembad en het huis zelf worden geregeld schoongemaakt door aardige medewerkers. Wij hebben genoten en hopen nog n keer terug te mogen keren. verder is zakynthos n prachtig eiland.

Villa Aria is beautiful! We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes - Spyros and Sofia met us at the villa and presented us with some lovely gifts, the cake make by Sofia is simply delicious! The villa itself is very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your break from the pool to bbq to comfortable bedrooms. We were staying with a young baby so Spyros and Sofia ensured the cot was there waiting for us and also provided a high chair. We enjoyed a perfect break in this very cute, quirky villa, if you stay here you will not be disappointed.

The Villa is absolutely stunning! Every single corner is an instagram moment! The space is so large with everything you could possibly need, communal areas are perfect for a group stay and the views are incredible. The host is lovely and the sunrise from the bedroom windows is mesmerising! It's a 15 minute drive from the famous shipwreck cove viewing point. Couldn't recommend this villa more, I have every intention of returning next year.
