Το Elia Luxury Villa Zante είναι μια νεόδμητη, διώροφη εξοχική κατοικία κοντά στην πόλη της Ζακύνθου, ιδανική τοποθεσία για ξεκούραστες διακοπές, είτε για ζευγάρια, παρέες φίλων ή οικογένειες, κοντά σε όλες τις ανέσεις της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού μπορώ να προσφέρω. Αυτή η πολυτελής ενοικίαση είναι μοντέρνα διακοσμημένη, με ξεχωριστή μινιμαλιστική αίσθηση και προσφέρει πληθώρα εγκαταστάσεων. Ο συνδυασμός των προαναφερθέντων χαρακτηριστικών με την εντυπωσιακή πισίνα και την ήσυχη τοποθεσία, η οποία περιβάλλεται από ελιές, καθιστά την Elia Villa την καλύτερη επιλογή για αξέχαστες διακοπές στη Ζάκυνθο.

Το Elia Luxury Villa Zante έχει έκταση 180 τετραγωνικά μέτρα και αποτελείται από δύο ορόφους.

Στο ισόγειο, μπορείτε να βρείτε την πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (με πλυντήριο πιάτων, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ψυγείο και τοστιέρα), το σαλόνι και την τραπεζαρία, η οποία διαθέτει ένα όμορφο μονό ξύλινο τραπέζι Το Στον ίδιο όροφο, υπάρχει επίσης ένα WC και μια αποθήκη με πλυντήριο.

Ανεβαίνοντας τις σκάλες, θα βρείτε δύο υπνοδωμάτια (το ένα εξοπλισμένο με κρεβάτι queen-size και το άλλο με δύο μονά) που μοιράζονται ένα κοινό μπάνιο και έχουν πρόσβαση σε μπαλκόνι με θέα στην πισίνα. Υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με κρεβάτι queen-size, καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβάτι, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και μπαλκόνι με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα.

Βγαίνοντας έξω, υπάρχει μια όμορφη πισίνα (3,5μ x 8μ) με μέγιστο βάθος 1,50μ., με ομπρέλες, ξαπλώστρες, υπαίθριο ντους και αιώρα. Υπάρχει ένα χτισμένο μπάρμπεκιου έτσι ώστε οι επισκέπτες να μπορούν να ψήσουν στο γκριλ τα γεύματα που επιθυμούν και μια υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία για να τα απολαύσουν. Μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε καθισμένοι έξω και αφήνοντας τα αειθαλή ελαιόδεντρα να ηρεμήσουν την ψυχή σας.

Lovely Villa!

We loved to stay at Villa Elia. It's the perfect place to stay at Zakynthos. Maria really took care of us and responded to every question quickly. So we highly recommend that place. Enjoy!

Awesome new luxurious villa conveniently located just outside of Zante Town and Tsilivi, both great places for food and drinks. (rental car recommended). The villa was clean and included a daily cleaning service who also did the beds and brought new towels. Also perfect for families with a baby, 2 baby cots and kid chairs were available. Our host Maria was very friendly and responsive which made our checkin and checkout very smooth. Highly recommended and would definitely book again when in Zakynthos!

Literally heaven. We stayed here for 3 nights in late October and it was still beautiful and warm. This villa is stunning, perfectly set up for relaxing by the pool and sharing meals in the evening, but still with sufficient privacy upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a great sound system for music, and the doors all have good mosquito nets for the evenings. It’s perfectly located close to the main town, although having a car on Zakynthos is almost a necessity, and is easy to venture out during the day and night into town or to the beaches on the island. Maria is an exceptional host who answered all of our messages very promptly and helped with any questions we had about the island during our stay. Very very highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful modern villa. Our host Maria was so helpful. She arranged transfers to and from the airport(included in the price). She met us promptly and even drove us to a supermarket to stock up. Fruit and water…
We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful modern villa. Our host Maria was so helpful. She arranged transfers to and from the airport(included in the price). She met us promptly and even drove us to a supermarket to stock up. Fruit and water were already supplied.She also arranged a hire car to come directly to the villa as we hadn’t booked one in advance. The villa is modern and minimalist in design. It was cleaned every day. Beds made and fresh towels every day too. The outside area is lovely too with a beautiful old olive tree, a great pool, plenty of seating, sunbeds and sun-umbrellas. It was just a ten minute drive into the main town but there were also a couple of tavernas within walking distance. There was a mini market an easy walk away too. We were two couples but it would also be suitable for larger families. It is as good as it looks in the photos. Thanks Maria.

Friendly and helpful on welcome and contactable throughout. I was taken I’ll on holiday and had to return home. Maria helped arrange things so my wife and children could stay and finish the vacation. Wonderfully helpful. A great place to stay. We will return.
