Η βίλα χτίστηκε σύμφωνα με την αρχιτεκτονική ζακυνθινή παράδοση με φυσική πέτρα και είναι όμορφα διακοσμημένη. Διαθέτει 4 ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, ιδιωτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης με χώρο υδρομασάζ και επίσης άμεση πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα. Είναι μια τέλεια επιλογή για μια οικογένεια ή μια ομάδα φίλων (χωρητικότητα 8 έως 9 άτομα).

Πρώτος όροφος: Δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με επιπλέον μονό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο με ντους Επίπεδο ισογείου: Δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό ντους. Δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Ο ξενώνας: Δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με επιπλέον μονό κρεβάτι και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.

Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν θέα στη θάλασσα. Τα υπνοδωμάτια στο ισόγειο στο κυρίως σπίτι έχουν μικρές κουζίνες, δικές τους εισόδους και βεράντες.

Το τέταρτο υπνοδωμάτιο του Deep Blue Villa είναι ένας ιδιωτικός, αυτόνομος, άνετος ξενώνας 60τμ με θέα στη θάλασσα, την πισίνα και την Κεφαλονιά με χωρητικότητα 2-3 ατόμων. Διαθέτει δική του είσοδο, κουζίνα ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης και μεγάλο μπάνιο, ενώ είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με οικιακές συσκευές, τηλεόραση, Hi-Fi και είναι επίσης κλιματιζόμενο. Η ευρύχωρη κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και περιλαμβάνει μαγειρικά σκεύη, φούρνο αερίου, εστίες αερίου/ηλεκτρικού, ψυγείο/καταψύκτη, βραστήρα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, τοστιέρα, αποχυμωτή, μηχανή καφέ φίλτρου, πλυντήριο πιάτων και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Υπάρχει άφθονος χώρος για να συμμετάσχει όλη η οικογένεια τα γεύματα, είτε προετοιμάζονται είτε απλώς συζητούν για τις περιπέτειες της ημέρας.

Το Deep Blue Villa Zante διαθέτει διάφορες επιλογές και προσφέρει τον τέλειο χώρο για φαγητό τόσο εντός όσο και σε εξωτερικούς χώρους. Υπάρχουν τραπεζαρίες στην κουζίνα και στο καθιστικό, καθώς και στο καλυμμένο μπαλκόνι 80τμ με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Η ευρύχωρη κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και περιλαμβάνει μαγειρικά σκεύη, φούρνο αερίου, εστίες αερίου/ηλεκτρικού, ψυγείο/καταψύκτη, βραστήρα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, τοστιέρα, αποχυμωτή, μηχανή καφέ φίλτρου, πλυντήριο πιάτων και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Υπάρχει άφθονος χώρος για να συμμετάσχει όλη η οικογένεια τις ώρες του γεύματος, είτε προετοιμάζονται είτε απλώς συζητούν για τις περιπέτειες της ημέρας.

What can I say that hasn't already been said!? A marvellous find for my family and I that I want to extend the experience to more of my family and friends! I can't believe how wonderful our week was spent here. As an experienced villa user, I am still blown away with the excellence of our holiday here at this villa. The view is silencing, completely and utterly breathtaking, best views I have experienced as an Ionian traveller. The villa provided fabulous views also and has large pool. The hospitality of the owner was the best example of customer service I have EVER experienced. A gentleman of the highest order with exceptional standards which is evident from each one of his villas and his commitment to each of his guests enjoying every aspect of their holiday. Thank you for providing my family and I with a fabulously luxurious holidaying experience.

The other reviews are correct this place is simply stunning. From the first second we walked out onto the balcony at the villa we were blown away by the views. We had 2 weeks of absolute bliss, the villa is nicely secluded and you fell as if you have the whole place to yourself. The owner Giorgos is one of the nicest guys you will meet. He was always in contact with us throughout our stay and kept bringing us fresh fruit and herbs from his own garden.  One of the highlights for me was the Kayak into the blue caves.

We spent an incredible week in this villa directly on the cliff overlooking the sea. Owner and operator Giorgos is the ultimate proprietor. He recommended a fantastic private chef and private boat captain which were highlights of our stay. Giorgos was also responsive to every need and always available. The villa itself is beautiful and comfortably accommodated our party of 9 (4 adults and our 5 kids-all recent college grads). The covered patio/deck, where we shared several delicious dinners prepared by chef Stefano, provided the most SPECTACULAR views and sunrises!! The pool area and grounds are expansive and allowed for privacy. This property is truly wonderful. It is isolated from the other villas so if you are looking for a very private and quiet experience this is it. The only noise we heard all week was the noise we made ourselves and the boats that motored by the villa. There are stone steps down to the sea which we swam in daily. There are many reasons this place gets such great reviews! AND, the blue caves are beautiful and the coastline around the northern tip and down the west side of the island is awesome. We highly recommend chartering or renting a boat for a sightseeing cruise and pulling into the secluded bays and beaches for swimming and lounging. This was our all-time favorite vacation and experience!

We have had a wonderful family stay at this villa, which was made possible not only by the magnificent location and beautiful and luxurious villa, but also by the great host who personally made sure we were short of absolutely nothing. Highly recommend for anyone: family trip, trip with friends, business retreat..you'll have a great time. In more detail... To start with the location: it is one of the places that you notice passing by the cliffs by boat of which you think "ohhh those people must be so lucky to stay there". The Villa is set right above the mystical and beautiful blue caves, the main attraction of the island. With all respect and care for the natural environment, the owner of the villa has made sure that guests can access the sea and caves safely and offers even canoes to explore the caves on a private adventure. The villa is terrific: offering all the luxury one could imagine. From the 'basics' such as a washing machine, dish washer and wifi, up to private fitness equipment and a steam cabin. Even flash drives and conveniently located HDMI ports are provided to enable viewings from your personal devices onto the big TV set. High chair and cot for the little one. Everything was available. The host was fantastic, and went out of his way to make our stay as care free as it could have been. Upon our idea to go snorkeling, a full set of equipment including fins was delivered to the house, we were welcomed with several bottles of locally produced wine and any question regarding transport, directions etc was met with rapid and super helpful response. And, did I mention yet that there is a yoga class taught daily by a skilled and inspiring teacher who also offers fantastic massages? Plus: the environment is also lovely. . Not only does the outdoors offer magnificent sights and adventures, the small town nearby also has a lovely family vibe with good food, great places to chill out on the beach and all your basic shopping. To conclude, we could not have imagined a greater stay! Highly recommend for anyone: family trip, trip with friends, business retreat..you'll have a great time.

Perched on the clifftops of Zakinthos, the villa is the pinnacle of quiet Greek island getaways. Remote, but easy to get to with the right vehicle, it's the perfect place for families to unplug and take in the magnificent ocean views and stunning location. Our family, (party of 6 adults) holidayed in this amazing villa. There's plenty of quiet nooks for reading and coffee drinking, and a generous family area for board games, (we also watched the live telecast of the World Cup) etc, with outdoor dining on the verandah. The pool is welcoming and refreshing, under the hot Ionian sun - relief for when you return home from exploring the famous Shipwreck Beach and breathtaking caves. We loved the wood-fire bbq, where we cooked ourselves a yummy lunch over lavender branches (provided, along with the wood) from the property. We also raided the rosemary hedge for that hit of fresh herbs. Our host, Giorgos, supplied the wine, summer vegetables, and even delivered a fresh loaf of traditional island bread. We cooked most of our meals in the well appointed indoor kitchen and ate them overlooking the sea below. (We recommend shopping at Lidl in Zante upon arrival for the best variety and grocery prices.) There's an Olive Press open to visitors about 10 mins drive away, where foodies can taste and buy delicious homegrown and homemade produce. A great touch offered by our host was a mid-week freshen up of all rooms and bathrooms. There's nothing like fresh sheets and towels on a beach holiday. If you're looking for a place to spread out and breathe deep, this villa is a must. While there were guests occupying the other villas, we waved to each other from afar. For us, it was a relaxing family holiday, of swimming, eating, reading, exploring, and napping. Everything the Greeks do best!

A wonderful place!

A lovely large villa in a great location . The rooms are a good size and easily accommodated our large party . The location and access to the water is a real bonus. The personal touches and care and attention of the owner made it special.

A spectacular setting and the warmest of Greek welcomes from The owner Giorgos - there is absolutely nothing not to recommend these villas, other than we would like to keep their secret to ourselves!

Beautiful house with stunning views. Large pool and garden lovely. Short walk to the sea (for a swim). Quite village in lovely bay. Nice resto’s. House clean and perfect for a group. Houseowner very friendly.

Just returned from a weeks stay. Family of 9 stayed for our daughters wedding . It was an amazing experience. In the mountains overlooking the sea the views were spectacular. The Villa was very spacious with lots of seating . The owner Georgos met us with wine from his own vineyard and was always available if we needed anything from restaurant recommendations to cab numbers. The wedding day was perfect from start to finish with so much attention to detail. The service was so romantic and the food and drink was excellent.The party lasted until the early hours and was an occasion none of us will ever forget. The pool was used every day and everyone had fun. I have to mention Dias the dog who visited daily ( but never entered the villa) who we all fell in love with . As stated on a previous posting you do need a car as the walk to the local port would be quite difficult. Preferably a car that can handle rough terrain and steep hills . We tried several restaurants and enjoyed all of them . We had a day trip to Alykanas about 30 mins away and the beach was lovely with clear warm water.
