Nel seminterrato c'è un'altra camera da letto con un grande letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Villa 3 può ospitare fino a 8 persone con un letto matrimoniale e 1 letto singolo su questo livello. L'esterno di ogni villa ha una piscina privata e un'area piscina privata con lettini e ombrelloni, così puoi rilassarti in uno spazio esterno privato. We loved our stay in the villa in Platanias.

We stayed here for a week with my colleagues while participating in a conference. The location of the villa was perfect: it was right next to the conference venue and the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance on the main street. The villa was spacious and comfortable and the daily cleaning service was an added bonus. It was great to have a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The key had to be collected from a hotel around 4 km from the villa, but the check-in instructions were sent in advance and were very clear, and it was easy to stop at the hotel with a taxi on the way from the airport. All in all, communication was very easy and all messages were replied to swiftly. Recommended!

Great Holidays

We had a great time at the Alexandra Beach Villa in July and it was perfect for our mixed group of teenagers and 2 adults. There were 2 bedrooms with doors, but if was strange that the wall in the top bedroom did not go all the way up to the ceiling…

There were 2 bedrooms with doors, but if was strange that the wall in the top bedroom did not go all the way up to the ceiling. It was not a problem for us, but I can imagine that other guests might find it strange. The pool area was great and the location only 100 metres from the beach was perfect. On departure day we checked out at the Alexandra beach hotel and were allowed to spend the day by the pool and the beach there, so that was perfect.

The villa was cleaned almost every day and provided with new towels, beach towels and bed linen. As a family of 5 we had a great two weeks. The villa was a cool retreat in the heat of the afternoon with fantastic views of the sea. Lots of space to be indoors or out.

Thank you we loved our stay. The Villa was so incredible, the AC was perfect and made our stay so comfortable. Access to the beach was so simple and we found the local transport so easy to use. It was in all honesty even better than we imagined. I would like to take the time to make a personal thank you to the house keeping! Barbra (we hope this spelling is correct) was WONDERFUL. If it is possible for this to reach her that would be marvellous. But she was so helpful, from giving us transport information to just making the villa so wonderful to come back to every single day. She works so hard and deserves all the recognition, as to keep all the villas to the standards she kept ours everyday is honestly amazing. Thank You for a wonderful stay, the staff at the Alexandra Hotel were also so welcoming and helpful. Our stay was great and a memorable one.

Beachfront villas in calm location

The positon of the villas is great. Just in front of the beach and at the end of Platanias but close to shops and restaurants. The beach is nice and sandy (not pebble). It is quite steep when you get into the water so it is not ideal for small children…

It is quite steep when you get into the water so it is not ideal for small children. We stayed in villa nr 4. It was very clean and fresch with tilefloors all over. It had 3 bedrooms with ensuit bathroom (1 bedroom on each floor). The beds are a bit hard of you are sensitive about that. There is a kitchen with the most necessary. We didn´t cooked any meals but made breakfast every morning and for that it was okay. Outside there is a nice patio under roof. Thers is also a balcony och the 2nd floor. The swimming pool with the sunbeds was really nice to have at the afternoon when we came back from the beach. At the beach you get free sunbeds at Cosmos if you order drinks there. Lovely Barbara that kept the villas in order took so well care of us! Always a smile and she cared about our needs every day. She is the best!

The villa was very clean and was in good condition. The location has quick access to the national road which is great if you plan on doing day trips outside of platanias (highly recommend). Pool was nice for the kids to have a swim when the beach was windy. Barbara, who looks after the villas 6 days a week was fantastic. She was very warm and friendly and looked after us. Personalized the whole experience and made it feel more than just a rental.

Next to everything!

It was a perfect villa and very good service from Barbara. The nearest sandy beach is a few steps away and we also really enjoyed the sunsets from the villa. Everything we needed was a few steps away. We' ll come back!

We enjoyed the fact that we could chose to swim in our private pool or the beach as both were right at our location. Our daily housekeeping was exceptional and the housekeeper provided great advice on planning excursions.

The nearest restaurant is just 100 meters from the villa ( Zafferano, very good). The big supermarket Lidl is 500 meters from the villa. Also, you can find more restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of the villa. The villa is big and very clean. One thing that I didn't like it is no wi-fi and satellite Tv ( only greek channels on the villa.

The villas are not new, only one has a sea view, they are overlooked and not as described when I booked. However - I see that this has been dealt with and my complaint taken on board. SO, I will describe the villas honestly: Amazing location, next to the beach and beach bars and close to many restaurants and cafes. We were spoilt for choice and the resort is perfect for families. Close enough to Chania to visit, but a better location to holiday. The villas are basic but they are cleaned daily and meet my standards of clean beds and towels. Don't think you are getting five star, but the description is now more honest and if you book from this - you will not be disappointed like I was. Not sure this review will appear, but if it doesn't, I will never trust any review on this companies website.

The villas are perfect for a long stay to disconnect and enjoy Chania and the surroundings. Clean, comfortable, and with all the right amenities for families or larger groups. And right on the beach! Highly recommended.

The house was amazing

My family and I stayed for a week and it was a great experience! The house is amazing and the private pool was superb. We had a really nice cleaning lady every day, so the house was always tidied up. The location and the beach are good as well.

She was friendly, kind, fun and just the BEST!!!! She was there to help with recommendations or just about anything we asked. She was so helpful! The Villa was very clean and had everything one needed for a wonderful stay! On the beach out in front of the Villa is a little bar and restaurant where we found ourselves daily! Sofia and Eddie were incredible!! We will miss all of our friends dearly! This Villa had beautiful views and was in walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would myself love to go back one day!! Very special place with special people!!! Yamas!!!!!!!

My family enjoyed the beautiful home and it's perfect location. There are restaurants and a convenience store within a 2 min walk from the home. On the beach you have restaurants on either side where you can eat and rent beach chairs or just bring your own on the villas property. We love being served so we just stayed on the beach directly next to the home but right in front of the restaurant. The cleaning lady is amazing and very sweet and helpful. The home is in Platanias where there are restaraunts and little shops all down the strip all walking distance from home. Even a doctors office is next door who we did have to visit and it was so convenient! It's also a taxi cab drive away to the port in Hania which you must visit, too. We would stay here again. This villa was nothing short of PERFECTION!!! My husband and I, along with our 2 girls, ages 9 and 11, and my parents, had an incredible time on our vacation, and this villa was exactly what we were looking for. The layout was perfect, as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom on a different floor. Having the pool and direct access to a fabulous beach was priceless. The villa was very well maintained, very clean and modern. The check-in process was simple, quick, and the lady at the front desk of the hotel was very friendly. There are so many different shops and places to eat to choose from all within easy walking distance. Having the Lidl grocery store across the street was wondereful, as the prices were much cheaper than the small grocery stores catering to the tourists. Barbara, the housekeeper who lives in the villa complex, was so wonderful. She had great advice on places to go, she was so friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our upstairs AC, and it was fixed immediately. Anything that we needed was attended to without any delay. She was a pleasure to see and talk to each day, and she made the experience even ore amazing. We were not expecting to have housekeeping at this villa, but our trash was taken out each day, our beds were made up, and the floors cleaned. I can't fault this place for anything, and I would highly recommend this villa to any large family or group of friends who want a wonderful, no-hassle place to stay. We will definitely rent this villa again if we visit Crete again in the future.
