Villa Edge Chania è una splendida, nuovissima villa di lusso di design che può ospitare fino a 10 persone e include una piscina a sfioro riscaldata dal sole, Wi-Fi gratuito, una vasca idromassaggio separata, una palestra e un'area giochi interna ed esterna.

Villa Edge Chania dispone di 4 camere da letto principali, tutte con bagno privato e armadi a muro. 2 delle camere sono dotate di letti matrimoniali king-size con illuminazione a LED multicolore soffusa e 2 camere doppie con letti singoli grandi. Ognuna delle camere ha una vista eccezionale sul mare e tutte hanno il proprio balcone privato, bagno privato con cabina doccia e 2 camere hanno anche bagno privato. Gli asciugacapelli sono forniti in tutte le camere. C'è una sala giochi/palestra con un divano letto matrimoniale che può ospitare altre 2 persone.

Ospita una TV a schermo piatto e una Playstation con molti giochi integrati, una macchina da corsa e una macchina per esercizi cross-trainer. C'è la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita disponibile sia in tutta la casa che in tutte le aree esterne. La zona giorno principale ha un divano ad angolo in pelle e un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Dispone di una TV a schermo piatto da 49 pollici con canali satellitari e di un sistema musicale Bluetooth Sonos.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di un'isola centrale ricoperta di granito con sgabelli alti, microonde, forno, piano cottura, lavastoviglie e cantinetta vino incorporati. C'è un ripostiglio con lavatrice, asciugatrice, asse da stiro e ferro da stiro. Disponibile per il noleggio tutto l'anno, la villa dispone di unità di aria condizionata in ogni stanza e riscaldamento a pavimento e termoarredo nei bagni. Tutte le finestre della villa sono dotate di zanzariere e tapparelle elettriche. Tutte le finestre di vetro sono state trattate con materiale riflettente il sole per ridurre le temperature estive all'interno della villa. A tutti gli ospiti vengono forniti pantofole e asciugamani, compresi i teli per la piscina.

La pulizia completa e il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani vengono forniti una volta alla settimana, Esterno La villa è immersa in giardini completamente paesaggistici e dispone di una piscina a sfioro riscaldata, una vasca idromassaggio separata dove è possibile rilassarsi alla fine della giornata e divertirsi i meravigliosi tramonti sulla valle. Una doccia esterna si trova accanto all'ingresso della piscina. C'è una zona pranzo esterna coperta con vista panoramica che ha un barbecue a carbone incorporato, un frigorifero e un lavandino. Un'area giochi esterna ha un calcio balilla e un tavolo da ping pong (ping pong). La villa è stata progettata con più terrazze, balconi e aree prendisole intorno alla casa ed è immersa in incantevoli giardini paesaggistici con fiori. Di fronte alla villa è presente un parcheggio coperto. Ci sono lettini disponibili per tutti gli ospiti con posti a sedere all'aperto e divani intorno alle terrazze.

The villa was exactly as pictured and exceeded all expectations for a luxury experience our first time on Crete visiting from U.S. We are very experienced global travelers and can highly recommend Villa Edge. The home, grounds, and pool were clean, well designed and from the moment you set foot in the door afforded the most amazing views from every room and the outdoor spaces. The house is perfect for entertaining a family or several couples and affords both privacy but plenty of common space to share meals, lounging, games, etc. the house is incredibly well furnished and kitchen well provisioned. Appliances etc spotless and new condition. The location was perfect - allowing privacy and enjoyment of local village life (Plaka) ten minutes drive away as well as easy access to Chania (30 minutes) and several lovely beaches (almyrida and several others ten minutes away). One of the most pleasant surprises was the extent to which our concierges attended to every question and ensured our stay was comfortable. When our flight was delayed a day and we arrived at 2 am, the owner was on it ensuring she touches base with us every few hours and was there to meet us and get us acquainted with the home despite the late hour. She had even shopped for us to have a few groceries with her to tide us over! They also helped us arrange a chef to prepare meals in the home several nights (highly recommend) and also recommended private boat tour (highlight of our trip!) as well as tips for dining, sightseeing, everything we could imagine. I wish I had realized earlier how much help they could provide!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful both the home and concierge services made our vacation perfect!!

The Villa was amazing. The views were stunning from everywhere including the infinity pool and with every bedroom having a balcony overlooking the sea. The villa was very modern and spacious and worked well for us. We used all the facilities including the gym, bbq, table football and table tennis. Watching the sunset, eagles and falcons flying past or the goats and sheep wandering around was all incredible and very relaxing. We enjoyed the ambience of the local village taverna and the tavernas at Plaka and the beachfront at Almyrida. All in all a 5 star holiday.

Akri is a very well located villa with the most breathtaking views of Souda Bay. The location is gorgeously serene and relaxing but by no means remote--easy to access and close to the town too, with lovely authentic Cretian restaurants. The gate pulls back to reveal Akri as a superbly designed beautiful villa finished to an exceptional standard, and equipped with everything you could ever need on a holiday including a superb sound system for my own music! I loved the clean and fresh homely feel throughout, inside and out, while still feeling treated to a slice of holiday luxury I will never forget. Cool cotton sheets in huge comfy beds- which ever bedroom you are in- whilst falling asleep with a full view of Crete adds to my collection of beautiful memories in Villa Akri. The spacious outdoor BBQ area overlooks the pool and the view of the bay - a treat especially as the sun goes down. The infinity pool was very welcome as was the hot tub, at all times of the day and night. We were lucky to have a Cretian chef- Stefanos- cook for us at the villa; a highly recommended treat. Easily 5 star, I can't rate it highly enough.

Villa Akri is possibly the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The first evening we spent taking photos of the sunset, which turned the sky golden all across the valley. The views were spectacular and we all spent some time either looking out at the sea or photographing it. To compliment the views, the beautiful outdoor seating / relaxing area was perfect, as was the pool and hot tub. The four double bedrooms were beautifully clean, and all have remarkable views, so no fighting over who gets the best bedroom! The gym, table tennis table, and sound system also mean that children / teenagers will be kept amused. A visit to Chania is a must, as the seafront there is full of character. I would heartily recommend Villa Akri to friends and family; a beautifully designed house in a breath-taking location.

What an amazing villa. Lived up to all expectations with it's amazing views, luxurious modern accommodation and brilliant location. Peaceful and secluded, yet not remote. You need a car but this gives you all the freedom to visit the lovely beaches in Almyrida and Kalyves and return in the evening for some authentic cretian restaurants. Kokkino Chorio also has tavernas which are walking distance and can recommend the local supermarket, where products were often cheaper than in the bigger towns. The villa is located on a hillside with the most amazing views of Souda bay and sunsets every night. We never bored of the view and watching the goats scrambling across the rocks on their daily walks. The villa inside has everything you could need - added bonus of brilliant sound system and gym. Fresh linens, plenty of cupboard space and very spacious bathrooms added to the life of luxury. Outside, plenty of sunbathing areas, gorgeous infinity pool and generous hot tub. There are also plenty of spaces around the garden to sit, in the early morning and evening sun. We couldn't recommend this villa highly enough and hope to return one day.

Amazing villa with something for everyone!

All the rooms have lovely sea views, were very nicely furnished and well presented on arrival. The outside games area, hot tub and pool kept the family entertained for the week and that view, WOW!! The view that never stops giving! Beautiful sunsets…
All the rooms have lovely sea views, were very nicely furnished and well presented on arrival. The outside games area, hot tub and pool kept the family entertained for the week and that view, WOW!! The view that never stops giving! Beautiful sunsets and even at night it comes alive with all the twinkling lights around the bay. A small pebble beach, two tavernas and a supermarket are within a walkable distance in Kokkino Chorio or as we preferred, a 5 minute drive into Almyrida where you'll find a nice safe bathing sandy beach and many restaurants. We all had a fun and very relaxing holiday at villa Akri, we will definitely return.

This place is perfect in what it offers and location. It may be considered a little remote, but lets face it, everywhere in Crete is remote if you plan on seeing more then one specific place. After an entire day seeing various museums, villages, and visiting the great beaches like Elafonisos, Balos, Preveli, and whatever others we stopped at, there is nothing better than to sink into the luxury of the Villa. Admittedly, we ended up not even leaving the villa on three different days!! And we do not regret it. Get a car!!! Drive and explore!!! Wear yourself out with activity, fun and excitement!!! At the end of the day, you have the most incredible place to come home to. I can not say enough good things about our host Kostas and Elain. When we needed information, they were accessible no matter what day or time with immediate responses. So no waiting around wondering what to do next. If we needed a suggestion, Kostas gave us information, directions, and even brief history of places to help inspire our interest. This service was pricesless and put our family vacation on a whole other level. Thank you both so much!!!

What a wonderful way to spend a relaxing holiday the villa was amazing very luxurious, the views were stunning felt like I was in a different world. The Villa had everything you need for a wonderful family holiday the infinity pool that the kids loved, the villa also had a out side pool table & table football which the kids and adults enjoyed, the outside entertainment area housed a large outside kitchen with BBQ and dinning table & chairs which we used all the time, and to finish the evening off we all used the wonderful hot tub, the villa's accommodation was equipped with everything a family needs it was a home from home even a games room for the kids to keep them entertained, each room is decorated to the highest standard. The area where the villa is Kokkino Horio is very beautiful and a short drive to Almyrida where we enjoyed eating out at the lovely restaurants, hiring a car to explore the island is a must as the beaches are beautiful, Crete is one of our favourite places to visit and we will definitely be using this villa again and will recommend to anyone who is thinking of visiting Crete for a holiday.
