Elounda White Pearl Villa (285 mq) è l'assoluto del lusso e del relax che combina materiali tradizionali e moderni. Può ospitare fino a 8 persone! La villa offre un soggiorno confortevole in un sofisticato stile minimalista. C'è anche una piscina a sfioro con riscaldamento opzionale.

Piano terra: Elounda White Pearl Villa offre un'area open space di dimensioni generose, composta dal soggiorno principale e dalla cucina. La zona giorno offre comodi divani e caminetto, TV HD da 43 pollici, mentre la cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di un bancone per la colazione e di un tavolo da pranzo al coperto. Sia il soggiorno che la cucina offrono un accesso diretto alla zona piscina, attraverso ampie vetrate. Inoltre, a questo livello si trovano anche due ampie camere da letto, un bagno con doppia doccia e doppio lavabo, nonché un WC separato. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata e dispongono di materassi ortopedici e vista sul mare.

Piano Inferiore: scendendo alcuni gradini vi ritroverete in uno studio separato, che sul lato sinistro, dispone di un'ulteriore area di ubicazione e home cinema con TV HD da 50 '', lettori CD e DVD e connessione WI-FI gratuita , garanzia per farti divertire durante le tue vacanze. Inoltre è a vostra disposizione anche una palestra attrezzata con tapis roulant, pesi e un attrezzo multi palestra. Infine è disponibile anche una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Sulla vostra destra, un secondo soggiorno e una seconda cucina con zona pranzo, oltre a una camera da letto, offrono maggiore privacy all'interno del vostro gruppo. Infine a questo livello esiste anche un bagno con doccia.

Primo piano: Il primo piano è completato da una splendida camera da letto principale con bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio rotonda, spogliatoio e cassetta di sicurezza, che offre splendide viste sul mare da ogni punto grazie alle grandi finestre.

Disposizione all'aperto: l'area esterna di Elounda White Pearl Villa è splendidamente paesaggistica, perfettamente adatta per vivere fantastici momenti del tramonto, poiché gode di viste panoramiche sulla baia di Elounda e sulla penisola di Spinaloga. Più specificamente, l'area esterna offre una varietà di servizi che includono:

- una piscina a sfioro privata di 44 m² (profonda 1,50 m), che può anche essere riscaldata con un supplemento di 50 € al giorno.

- Area coperta intorno alla piscina, dotata di doccia esterna e area coperta a prato accanto alla piscina

Definitely recommended!

We had an amazing 8 night stay at White Pearl. The owner, gave us such a lovely welcome - the best we have had in our experience. He also filled the fridge with essentials so we didn’t need to run to the shops straight away. The villa is beautiful…

He also filled the fridge with essentials so we didn’t need to run to the shops straight away. The villa is beautiful and very well-equipped. Ideally, you need a car to get to the local beaches and nearby town.

Thank you Takis we loved it. I do not often write reviews but this was worth a 5* review.

My family stayed here in July for my daughters graduation trip. I am always nervous staying somewhere I have never been. I worry that it won't live up to the description and the photos you see on line. When we arrived at the Villa we were stunned and amazed. Pictures did not do it justice. Everything was perfect and the highest quality possible. It was way more than we ever expected. We had 4 college age kids with us and they were in heaven. The best part about the entire trip was the hospitality offered to us by the owner. Taki. He went above and beyond was was expected of him. He took us around town and introduced to some of the locals and from then on were were treated like royalty. He arranged several day trips. Our favorite was the entire day on the sailboat with a crew. Best day ever. Thanks Harris and Angel. I would return to this Villa over and over again.

Excellent Villa, stunning location!

The villa was very spacious and had fantastic views of Elounda and the sea. The bedrooms were light and airy, and the gardens and pool area were clean and well planned. Would love to stay here again.
