Attalos Villa Rhodes è una villa di lusso in affitto con 2 camere da letto e una piscina privata. Diagoras & Attalos Villa è un meraviglioso complesso in pietra sulla spiaggia di Fanes, nella parte sud-ovest di Rodi. Ogni villa ospita fino a 6 persone e offre un ambiente pittoresco e sereno per una vacanza indimenticabile. Ogni villa ha due piani, un patio privato e una piscina privata di 6x3 m.

La decorazione è semplice, pratica e confortevole. Ci sono due camere da letto al primo piano e un divano letto matrimoniale al piano terra. C'è anche un bagno con doccia su ogni piano. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e gli utensili per il barbecue all'esterno ti offrono l'opportunità di goderti cene all'aperto a bordo piscina, mentre la grande tv a schermo piatto e il wifi gratuito ti terranno impegnato mentre stai pianificando la tua prossima avventura all'aperto.

All'esterno godrai del fascino del sole del Mediterraneo, accompagnato dalla brezza egea e da un profondo senso di privacy e solitudine. La scelta tra la piscina o la spiaggia sembrerà casuale come qualsiasi cosa dovrebbe essere in una vacanza di vero relax. Avrai anche l'opportunità di esplorare la parte meridionale dell'isola con una miriade di spiagge e taverne di pesce lungo la tua strada verso destinazioni come il villaggio di Monolithos e l'antico sito di Kamiros, e molti percorsi panoramici che portano attraverso le montagne a il lato est di Rodi, dove scoprirai Lindos, la Valle delle Farfalle e le vaste spiagge di Gennadi e Lachania.

Our location was ideal. The views of the water and the direct access to the beach from our door. We had no room for improvement. The Villa was thoughtfully designed with all the modern conveniences you could ask for. Our experience was one of comfort. It had everything. Upon arrival, we were lavished with appetizers, drinks, etc. The Villa's management team went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. Any questions received a fast response. Regular visits from the cleaning lady ensured that any necessary cleaning was completed. Nearly every day, the pool was inspected and cleaned. We're really happy we made that decision. Our villa was fantastic.

Haus und Einrichtung entsprechen voll und ganz den Fotos. Alles ist neu, sauber und sehr gepflegt, genauso wie Pool und Garten. Zwar sind einige Dinge ungünstig, wie offene Dusche ohne Spritzschutz und ein nur schwer erreichbares Fenster im Bad oben…
Haus und Einrichtung entsprechen voll und ganz den Fotos. Alles ist neu, sauber und sehr gepflegt, genauso wie Pool und Garten. Zwar sind einige Dinge ungünstig, wie offene Dusche ohne Spritzschutz und ein nur schwer erreichbares Fenster im Bad oben und im Bad unten kein Abzug, und das Gelände zwischen Garten und Kieselstrand ist je nach Wetterlage unter Umständen sehr lehmig, aber die Lage entschädigt. Wenn man gerne abgelegen, ruhig und umgeben von Feldern wohnt, mit Wind und eigenem Strand, am eigenen Kitespot, geht es nicht besser. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt 7 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Achtung: einige für uns wichtige Ausstattungsgegenstände (u. A. Fön und Waschmaschine) waren anders als beschrieben nicht vorhanden. Es wurde aber nachgeliefert bzw. Ersatzleistung angeboten und zugesichert, die Dinge bald anzuschaffen oder aus der Listung zu entfernen. Nötiges also vielleicht vorher abklären. Der Kontakt zu Rhodes Holidays war absolut unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir waren nur zu zweit dort und hatten daher reichlich Platz und Stauraum. Auch für eine Familie mit einem Kind oder zwei kleinen Kindern ist das Haus geeignet, für zwei Pärchen erschien uns Etliches zu unpraktisch oder unzulänglich. Sollten die Mängel behoben sein, halten wir den Mietpreis durch die unschlagbare Lage und die generelle Ausstattung, verglichen mit anderen unserer Urlaubserfahrungen, für durchaus gerechtfertigt.

The place is fantastic if you are looking for tranquility, seclusion and decent comfort right on the seaside, all that for a reasonable price. Full panoramic seaview from the balcony and the summer terrace, No noisy motor boats, only quiet and colorful kites against the blue sky, taking off from a nearby kiteboarding center. A very nice private pool in front of the house, cleaned twice a week. A semi-private natural beach right down the steps and a nice public beach with a couple of bars/restaurants a 5-minute walk by the sea. Unique, eyecatching design of the twin houses gives the guests in both the units enough privacy, the house is well equipped (except as described in the other section), everything new and clean. Both Katerina from Rhodes Holiday Villas and the local staff were very nice and helpful. An excellent vacation and we would be happy to come back if the price/quality ratio remains unchanged. Warning - not suitable for those who prefer discos/night clubs and other kind of noisy entertainment in a walking/hearing distance :-).

It was a perfect week!!!

It was a perfect week in that very nice and brand new house in the neighborhood of the kitespot of fanes. Starting the kite directly from the garden und kiting from the own beach. We’ll entertained pool was top for the kids after a day on the beach…

We’ll entertained pool was top for the kids after a day on the beach. House very clean, super service and very smart house in best condition. Beach with small round stones normal for that side of the island. So as summary a perfect house in a top kitespot. We will come again

Εxcellent

Ausgesprochen ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer und nicht zu weit außerhalb des Ortes. Bei passendem Wind bieten die Kiter ein buntes und sehenswertes Programm direkt vor der Nase. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet.
