Almond Villa Rhodes dispone di 4 camere da letto, tre delle quali con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. L'arredamento moderno di alta qualità, l'approccio decorativo minimale e l'ampio spazio living compongono un caldo ambiente interno che vi farà subito sentire i benvenuti ea casa. Due camere da letto sono dotate di bagno privato con vasca, di cui una con idromassaggio, al piano terra un altro bagno con doccia. Il soggiorno è particolarmente invitante, con molto spazio libero da utilizzare a piacimento. C'è uno schermo piatto con canali satellitari e wifi gratuito in tutta la struttura. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per assecondare le vostre abitudini culinarie, così come i vostri esperimenti con prodotti e ricette locali.

Lo spazio esterno della struttura è un punto culminante per i suoi meriti. Ti godrai il tuo tempo a bordo piscina poiché il ponte è completamente attrezzato con lettini e ombrelloni. The villa actually matches the photographs.

There are all the amenities required for a good stay there! Regarding the location: If you are hiring a car, the villa is an excellent choice because Rhodes Old Town is only 10 minutes away by car.

The personal balcony was ideal for early-evening beverages and lunches. We enjoyed the large area and the glass walls all around us. The Villa is a great place to stay in Iexia, and the host was very helpful and available whenever we needed information.

Almond Villa is a truly unique villa and we loved it! It is located in a very quiet location about a 10 minute walk from the restaurants and bars on the main "drag". So, close enough for a pleasant stroll down for dinner / drinks but completely private the rest of the time. For us a fabulous combination. PS It was exactly as described / shown on the website. PPS Everyone we dealt with from Unique Villas were simply brilliant! All round a great base for a great holiday.

Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und schnell. Das Haus ist stylisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die ersten Nächte haben Hunde in der Nachbarschaft laut gebellt. Aber daran gewöhnt man sich. :) Der Pool war ziemlich kalt...also, Zähne zusammenbeißen…

Myself and 3 friends had a lovely stay at Almond Villa. Our host, Katerina, was very helpful in the run up to our visit and was on the phone to give directions to our taxi driver after we landed and greeted us at the property even though we arrived quite late in the evening. We didn't rent a car and found that the supermarket and restaurants were accessible on foot in ~15mins, although there is no path on the way down to the main road so you must walk on the side of the road. Rhodes town is very easily accessible by bus and taxis around the Island are not very expensive- from the villa it was €20 to airport, €15 to Rhodes town and €8 to Iallisos restaurants and supermarket. The pool area is amazing. Although the pool is shaded for a reasonable part of the morning and evening it is easy to move the sun loungers into the sun. The interior of the house was exactly as shown in the photos and sparkling clean- the only slight issue we had is that the upstairs showers are not easy to use as they have no shower curtains and the shower heads do not affix to the wall. We found Katerina easily contactable the whole of our stay. One of the sunbeds unfortunately broke during our stay and we were easily able to agree on a reasonable amount for us to contribute to the replacement. We were checked out promptly at 10am on our last day and, as our flight was not until that night, Katerina directed us to the Sunday Hotel in Ialissos where we were able to rent a room for the day for €30 and use the pool etc. The staff at the hotel could not have been more welcoming and it was a lovely last day overall.

On the last day is was possible to stay in a hotel with a pool. We didn’t use this offer because the weather was very nice and we went to the beach but we appreciated the gesture. In the small village (1 km) is en good supermarket and some nice and friendly restaurants (Sirtaki and Napoli). The beautiful old town of Rhodes-city is a 10 minutes drive. You can go to the beach on the west coast (5 minutes) or go to the other site of the island (30 minutes) , we liked the beach Tsamboli the most.

Très bon séjour avec une très bonne réactivité de la part de notre interlocuteur, seul bémol il faut absolument loué un véhicule car la villa est assez reculée des activités principales de l’île PS: je recommande cette villa

All in all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend!!

8 friends and I stayed in this villa at the end of May and had a fab time! We were met by a representative when we arrived who also came later on in the week to ensure that everything was okay. The host also put us in touch with the company to organise transfers which was really easy. Great villa, much more spacious and bigger than we expected with a large living area, two bedrooms both with ensuites and shower baths upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs with a toilet and shower, which was great as there was plenty of space. The pool is large with lots of room to sunbathe. The villa is slightly back from the road also and is nice and private, with gate and front entrance. Villa is about 10-15mins walk from a supermarket, pharmacy, and small touristy shops, some small bars/restaurants and a great takeaway/sit-in called Pita Fan (great pittas for really cheap). We didn’t hire a car, but the bus stop was situated opposite the supermarket so we travelled into Rhodes easily. Cost of the bus was €2.20/30 one way which went straight to Rhodes town centre which was lovely, with an old town and small market style shops, a harbour and great restaurants. We went to a fab restaurant called Ta Kardashia which had great hospitality and was reasonably priced. From Rhodes town there is also a free bus to the Water Park in Faliraki which was a really fun day! All in all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend!!

Perfect villa

Perfect villa.. very clean we went there with another couple..very quiet area nice for relaxing .. close to the center 10 minutes with our renting car.. Beautiful swimming pool.. We would like to come back again
