NorthPoint Houses Kefalonia è tre ville di lusso in affitto con 6 camere da letto e 3 piscine private. NorthPoint Houses, Milos (mulino a vento), Ormos (baia) e Faros (faro) si trovano sulla punta settentrionale dell'isola ionica di Cefalonia. Si trovano in una posizione impareggiabile che domina ea pochi passi dalla pittoresca baia e dal villaggio di Fiskardo, ricco di ristoranti, bar e negozi.

Le NorthPoint Houses sono costituite da tre abitazioni separate a due piani, ciascuna con la propria piscina e lettini, immerse in splendidi giardini paesaggistici. Le case e le loro piscine sono collocate all'interno dei giardini al fine di massimizzare la privacy dei nostri ospiti. Ogni casa è composta da due ampie camere da letto al piano inferiore, entrambe con letti king-size e bagni privati ​​finemente rivestiti in marmo. Al livello superiore, c'è un soggiorno di buone dimensioni, una cucina completamente attrezzata, una zona pranzo e un bagno per gli ospiti con lavanderia. The most beautiful property just a short walk from Fiskardo, which has many bars, restaurants and shops. Haris & the team (& Benny) were incredible throughout, going above and beyond with everything; recommendations, transport, organising a stay in Ithaca! Beautiful pool, kitchen & lounge area for you to relax in. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back as soon as we can! We’d hugely recommend the houses, but also northpoint rooms and Peranzada in Ithaca, which all sit under same company, and are all breathtaking properties with great interior design and space.

Fiscardo has always been a first choice destination for my family and me!!! But this year it exceeded all of our expectations due to North point villas ! It made our stay most memorable in many ways . The villa is situated very close to the bay of Fiscardo offering a breathtaking view of the bay and the Ionian Sea. The exterior architecture, landscaping and pool provides you an essence of tranquility and relaxation. The spacious interior is also of exquisite taste and is fully equipped with everything that someone would expect for a perfect vacation. I would also like to say a special thanks to the staff Antonis, Andreas and Maria who were always so helpful, discreet and polite. They made are stay most enjoyable!! I would definitely choose North point villas for our holidays, the choice was perfect!!!

The rooms are terrific, the gardens gorgeous. But most of all there’s the hospitality of Antonis. His kindness, professionalism and hard work creates a magical atmosphere. We have just returned home from a superb 14 night holiday at North Point Houses The three North Point Houses are situated in a fantastic location overlooking the picturesque harbour and village of Fiskardo which is only a few minutes walk away The spacious and beautifully designed accommodation is wonderful Everything is “ top notch “ and the views are stunning The service is exceptional - Haris , Joanna, Antonis , Andreas and Maria are lovely people and extremely helpful and obliging - nothing is too much trouble Thank you Haris Joanna Antonis Andreas and Maria for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable

Coming to Fiscardo every year since 2008-this was The Second time in North point houses. I think this is The closest to The perfect holiday experience it is possible to create. The villas are spacious with exquisite design in the three bathrooms and kitchen. Absolutely Nothing is missing in any way. 100 %privacy and villa-feeling-at The same time-it has everything and every service available at all time that makes it feel like beeing staying in a 10-star-hotel. Thank you Haris-for suprising us with fresh Apple-pie for breakfast, Maria for AMAZING greek cheese pie and dessert, Antonios for The homemade cake, Andreas for being there 24/7 and Joanna for being there always ❤️⭐️❤️amazing team-thank you for giving us The best holidays we could dream of. For people reading this: if you consider going to Fiskardo-dont miss this place.

It’s hard to see how a combination of this beautiful villa and the lovely Fiscardo can be beaten anywhere in the world. The villa is stunning and designed for maximum comfort and relaxation, with every possible holiday maker requirement catered for. The view from the terrace is breathtaking - we could have sat there forever watching the lovely harbour change throughout the day. Harris and his amazing team - Andreas, Adonis, Maria and Joanna could not have been more helpful. The fridge was constantly stocked with lovely fresh food for breakfast and little touches like homemade cakes and desserts made us feel so special. This is our 10th visit to Kefalonia - the island, the people, the food and the ambience bring us back year after year - we could not recommend the location or this villa highly enough.

We stayed for a week early Sept and I can only say that it was simply WONDERFUL. The villa is stunning. Everything is spotless, comfortable and huge! Plenty of cosy fluffy towels, lovely Greek complimentary toiletries, tea, delicious coffee pods, bottled…
We stayed for a week early Sept and I can only say that it was simply WONDERFUL. The villa is stunning. Everything is spotless, comfortable and huge! Plenty of cosy fluffy towels, lovely Greek complimentary toiletries, tea, delicious coffee pods, bottled water and even complimentary wine/beer/spirits! A couple of days we had a surprise delivery of home-made cakes! How lovely is that. The villa has ample seating areas upstairs with stunning views of the harbour and plenty of sunbeds by the inviting warm pool. Loved the little Jacuzzi seat! More seating areas by the bbq. In fact finding a spot to sit down & relax is definitely not an issue! The garden is pretty with birds and butterflies flying pass. It is all sooooo peaceful. A maid arrived each day to ensure everything was clean. The villa is 5mins walk to the harbour, which is on a steep hill, and even though we hadn’t booked a package we were still offered lifts by the gardener/general assistant. We didn’t accept as we felt we needed the exercise eating all that delicious Greek food! Fiskardo is beautiful place with quaint little shops and restaurants and the North point team were wonderful. We had a welcome party on our arrival and were waved off with a little goodbye present! A truly amazing experience which I would highly recommend.

Fantastic!

We have been regular visitors to the Emelisse Hotel in Fiscardo for many years, and whilst at the hotel in July we were shown round the 3 new villas by Haris who is rightly proud of what he has created - they looked lovely so we booked a week in September…
We have been regular visitors to the Emelisse Hotel in Fiscardo for many years, and whilst at the hotel in July we were shown round the 3 new villas by Haris who is rightly proud of what he has created - they looked lovely so we booked a week in September. The villas are very private and quiet, set in lovely gardens, with excellent views over the harbour. The patio/pool area is a good size with full sun and includes a barbecue area. Inside the accommodation is very good both in terms of style and quality. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower level with the living/kitchen area being on the upper level to maximise the view from the spacious balcony (which proved to be a beautiful setting for breakfast in the morning watching the boats setting out to sea, but also for a late night drink looking across to the lights of the restaurants across the harbour). A lot of thought has gone into fitting out the villas and numerous little touches (like the binoculars provided to better enjoy the views) demonstrating the attention to detail. The restaurants and bars of Fiscardo are no more than a 5 minute walk away so the position is perfect. I would struggle to find anything to criticise - we were very well looked after by Haris, Joanna, Andreas and Maria. They were always there to help but never intrusive. Thank you. Overall - one of the most relaxing weeks we have had, in a beautiful setting. We will definitely return, and I would recommend North Point Houses to anybody.

We were most fortunate to stay here. From start to finish we were pampered,best location, accommodation beautifully designed with utmost comfort, great staff and personalised service. WE will most definitely consider coming back to this location. The privacy of the villas allowed us to have the peace we needed and yet was never too far from the action or having the choice of a number of fab restaurants at our disposal. The pool was a win, a good size and if we felt like going to a beach only a walk away. WE loved every minute of our stay
