Sami Beach Villas è un piccolo complesso di quattro ville, ognuna totalmente indipendente l'una dall'altra, elegantemente arredate con piscine private. Situato a soli 50 metri dal mare nel villaggio di Karavomilos, distretto di Sami sul lato orientale di Cefalonia.

Villa Nefeli, la quarta delle ville e posta da un lato di fronte alle altre tre, offre due camere da letto e può ospitare fino a 4 persone, in una camera doppia e una matrimoniale entrambe situate al piano superiore, un ampio bagno con doccia è sempre su questo piano, il secondo bagno con doccia si trova al piano terra. L'area al piano terra della villa Nefeli ha uno stile a pianta aperta che comprende il soggiorno, la zona pranzo e la cucina, che conduce alla terrazza con piscina privata. Una zona pranzo esterna e barbecue sono inclusi anche nei giardini privati ​​che circondano la villa.

Completamente attrezzato come ci si aspetterebbe con forno e piano cottura, frigorifero/congelatore, bollitore, tostapane, lavastoviglie, lavatrice. La lounge offre un'area confortevole in cui rilassarsi con TV satellitare, DVD e connessione Wi-Fi. Le zanzariere su tutte le finestre e le porte insieme a un sistema di aria condizionata/riscaldamento non fanno che aumentare il comfort generale della villa. Immerso nel verde ea soli 50 metri dalla spiaggia è il luogo ideale per godere di totale pace, tranquillità e relax.

So quiet and private - just perfect

We booked a villa during Covid-19 as we thought that being somewhere on our own would be the best way to have the time to "come up for air" as we both worked all the way through lockdown here in UK and will do so now until Christmas.We made the best choice ever.Eli is amazing, so warm, friendly and that smile just lights up the room, she really is a lovely soul who will do anything to help you, suggest restaurants and just make things simple for your relaxing time away.The sheets and towels were constantly being changed, I have never stayed anywhere where you get so many fresh towels.There is a welcome pack on our arrival as we didn't land until late in the evening. This was cheese, ham, bread, fruit, bottled water, biscuits, fresh eggs, jam, lots of other things and a lovely bottle of wine too.The location suited us fine, we would walk from the villa into Sami to the end of the port for a beer, this justified the "pit stop".The very first morning that we walked down the driveway and turned left we were both gobsmacked............the view is just stunning and we didn't expect it as we arrived in the dark.I won't spoil things anymore for you but I have to say that we had the most amazing holiday ever.Fantastic villa with everything that you could needWonderful people, we never met a grumpy one in the whole time.Fabulous foodStunning weather and then.............Gorgeous Eli.Thank you Eli for everything that you did and for making us feel so welcome and everything so easy.Miss you

Perfect location, minutes from the beach.

You are really only 100 steps from the beech. My family are runners so the location is great for running around the bay at sunrise, dipping in the calm waters to cool off and back for breakfast ready for the day.

Peaceful location, but just a pleasant short walk along the sea shore to Sami with its many bars and restaurants. The villa is wonderful with a great pool and outdoor space. Elli, the owner, is very friendly, pleasant, and helpful and the welcome pack was outstanding.

A piece of heaven on earth

Such a well-equipped villa in such a tranquil setting loved watching the sheep and looking at the mountains whilst lazing around the pool which was a perfect temperature and so well maintained. the villa has everything you could wish for and more. Elli was so lovely and helpful, unobtrusive but always on hand if we needed advice on which amazing beach to visit or when we locked ourselves out :) ( fabulous welcome pack too) The villas are so close to Sami and it is such a lovely walk to choose which taverna to eat in and every meal we had was delicious. We cannot recommend Sami beach Villas enough and cannot wait to return
