Marietta Villa Zakynthos dispone di due piani ed è adatta per un massimo di 6 persone. L'interno della villa offre 200 mq di ampie e confortevoli zone giorno open space. Al piano terra troverete un accogliente soggiorno, una cucina completamente attrezzata di prima qualità, ideale per preparare pasti deliziosi, e una camera matrimoniale con bagno dotato di doccia. Le grandi finestre panoramiche nella maggior parte delle camere offrono una vista straordinaria dell'area che circonda la villa.

La scala conduce al secondo piano che comprende 2 camere matrimoniali con bagno privato dotato di moderne vasche da bagno. Le camere godono di una splendida vista sul mare o si affacciano sul verde giardino e sulla campagna circostante. Tutte le camere sono completamente attrezzate con letti Coco-Mat (sono presenti materassi naturali di prima qualità e prodotti per il sonno) e dispongono di aria condizionata e TV led. Ci sono lettini, ombrelloni e una doccia esterna presso la piscina privata (25 mq) oltre a parcheggio interno e barbecue. La villa include anche un sistema di allarme per garantire la sicurezza degli ospiti.

We have spent a great week. The Villa was great, very well equipped, very clean, nice garden and nice pool. There is absolutely nothing we have missed during our stay. There was a lady coming every day cleaning the house and changing the towels which was of course nice too. There are three Villas, surrounded by olive trees. It is very quiet. We felt safe and at home from the very beginning. The description/pictures matches reality 100%. In terms of grocery shopping, the villa is very well located. Within a couple of minutes there are a number of food markets. However, the best is the bakery close by where we have bought fresh bread, croissants, etc. every morning. We did not miss anything. From arrival to departure, Nikos was available and made suggestions and recommendation, responded to Whats-App within minutes. He picked us up at the airport, arranged the rental car, recommended the nicest beaches, suggested the best restaurants and helped us plan the entire week. The absolute highlight was a private four hour boat tour – arranged by Nikos – where we enjoyed the water, saw turtles and beautiful landscape and coast line. Even though the Villa offers a perfectly equipped kitchen, we went for dinner every night. Nikos suggested the restaurants, made the table reservations for us and provided driving directions. Every single restaurant (and Taverna for lunch) was great. We spent an absolute stress free week in a very nice location/villa, had lunch and dinner in very good restaurants. Thank you Nikos for this great experience and hospitality. We recommend the Villas without hesitation.

I spent a week at this Villa with my family, 5 persons in total. Nick was very friendly and professional from the moment of the reservation until we finished our vacation. I must say that the villa is brand new, very stylish decorated, maintained in perfect condition, there was even every day cleaning. The location of the house is very good, just 5 min drive from the shops and restaurants of Zakynthos city. Nick was very helpful during all of our stay and even waited for us at the airport on arrival.  I highly recommend, its definitely one of the best options.

We stayed for 1 week and it was exceptional! Very nice, modern villa, with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The outside area with pool is very for relaxing days by the pool and the owner Nikos is always around if you information about the island or restaurants. The location is great for exploring this very beautifull island and for visiting closeby Zakynthos Town with lots of nice restaurant & taverna's. We ate at the Yard 2 times, nice atmosphere and very good food, just of the mainsquare. Whenever we go back to the island, will always stay here!

Spent 7 days and it was lovely .... Wish we had booked longer. The owner Nikos met us at the airport and guided us, in our hire car, to the villa. The villa was lovely and clean and had everything we could wish for. Towels were changed every day and the bedlinen every second day - what a treat ! Arrived to wine and local pasties. Views from the lovely clean pool and balconies were very special. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful experience made in the villa with my family, we were there for 10 days and I must say that everything was perfect Interior very well maintained and very clean exterior the top with the sea view pool and relaxation areas really comfortable was a pleasure to come back from the beach and finish the days in the pool area Nikos the owner was very kind he welcomed us at the airport and gave us lots of information to have a good holiday The location of the Villa is great to visit the whole island fascinating north with breathtaking views beautiful Nobelos beach while the south with beautiful beaches Gerakas beach is fantastic Excellent villas the council for family holidays

Great villa!!

We stayed in this villa, very very nice villa!! everything you need is there, great pool, and super comfortable beds. Every day cleaning and Nikos has great recommendations for eating and exploring the island, we hope we come again!

We visited the villa in May and were absolutely delighted with it. Beautifully decorated and furnished and we couldn't have been happier. What really made our holiday were Nikos and Eirini. We couldn't have wished for better hosts. Nikos met us at the airport even though I had made him aware we had hired a car and it was a blessing he did as we couldn't get all our luggage in our car! Upon arrival at the villa he showed us round and asked if we all ate meat. I explained I was vegetarian and within 30 mins he had returned with a homemade Greek dish (similar to Moussaka) for the meat eaters and a large greek salad for myself. What a treat! He also took one look at our 3 children (boys aged 11 to 15) and promptly offered the use of his personal PS which he left with us for the week. During the holiday they couldn't do enough for us. Made an excellent restaurant reservation for our 20th Wedding Anniversary which was perfect for 4 Meat Eaters of varying ages and a vegetarian. Taxis and even a boat trip were arranged where we learned Nikos could have charged us extra as commission but didn't, we were purely charged the cost of the trip. On our departure Nikos insisted on helping us transport our luggage back to the airport. I really can't recommend this Villa enough. Nikos and Eirini have got the balance exactly right between helpfulness and not being at all intrusive. My only complaint was we didn't stay long enough!

The location of the house is very good, just 5 min drive from the shops and restaurants of Zakynthos city.
