Ogni alloggio dispone di una piscina privata di grandi dimensioni e si affaccia sulla vista sconvolgente di Marathonissi e garantisce per voi l'assoluta copertura dei momenti privati ​​di relax durante le vostre vacanze. La collocazione ad anfiteatro dei locali così come il modo in cui le ville sono state costruite in modo da non ostacolarsi a vicenda, offrono a tutti i locali una visuale senza ostacoli sull'azzurro sconfinato delle acque cristalline di Zante.

Family Suite at Extensian Villas & Suites Zante è una casa vacanza di lusso con 1 camera da letto e una piscina privata. Entrando nella Family Suite, sei nel soggiorno il cui ampio balcone di fronte a te, ha una vista magica sul mare!!! Questo soggiorno, se lo si desidera, può essere separato da un apposito tramezzo in due parti, in modo da sviluppare un'ulteriore zona notte, che può contenere 2 letti singoli. Allo stesso livello si trovano la cucina e il bagno dove è presente una vasca idromassaggio.

Salendo attraverso una scala interna, si arriva alla comoda camera da letto del primo piano, che dispone di un ulteriore WC e di un'ampia veranda privata con un'incredibile vista sul mare!!! La differenza tra la Family Suite e la Deluxe Suite è che la Family Suite ha una camera da letto completamente separata con la propria porta, quindi la privacy della coppia è protetta. Questa suite è identica sia per le coppie che per le famiglie con 2 bambini piccoli.

Had a wonderful stay at Exensian. Our villa was beautifully designed, clean and at a breathtaking location. The large pool and outdoor areas were truly the highlight for us, and our kids haven't stopped talking about it! Many thanks to our kind hosts…
Had a wonderful stay at Exensian. Our villa was beautifully designed, clean and at a breathtaking location. The large pool and outdoor areas were truly the highlight for us, and our kids haven't stopped talking about it! Many thanks to our kind hosts (as well as staff) who were there to provide suggestions and help with excursion bookings and tips for the island. What a great value as well! Have to admit we were a bit apprehensive when we left the UK and expected a summer filled with COVID fear, but we couldnt have picked a better country or place to stay. Νάνσυ και Σπύρο ευχαριστούμε πολυ! We'll be back :)

Wonderful villas in the south of Zante. The view of Turtle Island from the villa and from the private pool is really amazing. Every morning we woke up captivated by the beauty of the view. The villa is comfortable with a good bed and air con. The houses are constructed in a traditional way, so it never gets too hot inside. There are 2 balconies you can choose plus the beautiful pool area which is very private. We loved to chill at the pool which is refreshing and very big, so you can really swim and enjoy. Also you will find always a place with shade. We listened to the crickets chirping all day, if you love nature, this is the place! The gardens are very well cured and so beautiful. Spiros is very kind and cleans the pool every day. The Family Suite is perfect for a couple, we loved the privacy. There is a very good taverna nearby in walking distance (Votsalo). At Limni Keri you'll find supermarkets with all you need and some restaurants/bars. We think it is essential to have a car, so you can move easily around. The contact with the owner Anastasia was very easy and friendly.

Memorable Stay!

Fantastic location and views with all the facilities we needed. Lovely outdoor space although pool was too cold to be able to use. The host was very attentive and easily accessible.

Perfect place for quiet, relaxing holidays with a amazing view.

The place is amazing, beautiful stone houses, spacious, clean with amazing view from the two verandas and the pool. Very friendly host, Spyros, which took very good care of us. He always had a smile, cleaning the pool, asking if everything is fine.…
The place is amazing, beautiful stone houses, spacious, clean with amazing view from the two verandas and the pool. Very friendly host, Spyros, which took very good care of us. He always had a smile, cleaning the pool, asking if everything is fine. He suggesting places to go and where to rent a Motorboat which helped in every case. Missing items (e.g. possibility to prepare ice cubes) he organized within minutes. The taverna "Votsalo" 250 meters away at Marathias beach is a very good place to eat (Spyros recommended it), however to go to Kery beach village or elsewhere you need a car.

The villa is beautifully situated and very comfortable. I particularly liked the fact that there was such a choice of places to sit outside - terrace, by the pool, second roof terrace, seats by front door - to make the most of the sunshine and view!
