HEAVEN, hidden jewel hotels. It’s outstanding with all meanings, spectacular atmosphere and views, speacial service, unique views and decorations, I would highly recommend hidden palace for family and definitely the river spa.

J’ai adoré cet Hôtel ! Le lit est douillet, le paysage, le jardin, la bonne cuisine, bref tout était vraiment génial. Je ne peux que le recommander même si c’est un peu cher mais on en a pour son argent, j’y retournerai un jour alors j’espère qu’ils vont bien entretenir ce magnifique hôtel.

Best experience so far. Right from the place, the amenities, the service, staff, cleanliness, food everything is near perfect. I had informed about my food allergy and every meal we had, it was taken care of without us even reminding this. From the time you arrive there, the journey of an amazing experience starts. Place is so clean including the rooms, common areas, pool etc. Despite the bad weather we faced for a day, the maintenance was perfect! My personal favorite was, infinity pool and the breakfast in pool experience A bit overpriced comparatively. However, price is justified for the kind of service and facilities provided Only issue or challenge is, it's distance from popular places to hangout in Bali. If you're planning to explore Ubud specifically, Hanging gardens is perfect choice for you

The location is very beautiful and quiet, the food is delicious pretty much like all well respected resorts however I do have to mention the customer service, the team at the Hanging Gardens of Bali goes out of their way to make you feel like you are at home their service is immaculate and they are very attentive to details. A special mention for the spa team which did an amazing job with their treatments of course we must mention Mr. Suarjana who welcomed us and showed us all around and made sure we enjoyed our stay throughout. Nothing is too much effort for the team of Hanging Gardens of Bali when in Bali we will definitely return ..because they surely have learned what hospitality is all about.

Even before getting there and seeing it with my own eyes I knew that the Hanging Gardens of Bali would be a magical place, but it surely exceeded all of my expectations, which were already very high. Everything, from the food, to the staff, to the location, to the spa was impeccable. The place is in the middle of a rich forest, surrounded by green and tropical vegetation, near Ubud where you can find many interesting local and cultural places to visit. Their pool is breathtaking and their spa is unique with the most skilled therapists who will pamper you accompanied by the sound of the near waterfall. You can really call this place a little piece of heaven on earth where you’ll feel regenerated and full of energy. Highly reccomended if you’re looking for piece and tranquility in a unique location with the best service. I hope I’ll be able to go back soon.

We visited hanging gardens of Bali in January as a family and we stayed there for 11 nights, which is a pretty long time. We have traveled across many places in the world and stayed in the best resorts but hanging gardens of Bali was one of our best experiences. The staff was SO helpful and kind. They were so nice in attending to everything was asked for. The housekeeping was amazing and took a great job cleaning our places even when we made such a mess. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and the hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms itself was just stunning! Our view from the pool into the jungle was a literally a dream. The tropical sounds of the jungle were so relaxing and was perfect because we came to have a relaxing holiday. We would totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a great and relaxing trip and we can not find any fault in this hotel. Thank you guys for making our stay exceptional.

Omg! It was a great experience!!

The pool with amazing view!!!! This pool overlooks Ubud. There is also a pool in the room. I ordered breakfast in the room pool! Staff are full of warm hospitality. They introduced me to ubud music! I will be back soon!
