Villa Kamaniiya Ubud è una vasta tenuta balinese che comprende poco meno di un ettaro di eccezionale paesaggio tropicale nel villaggio spiritualmente carico di Sayan, Ubud. Questo rifugio con cinque camere da letto è l'epitome dell'eleganza dell'isola ed è stato accuratamente progettato per rendere omaggio al ricco patrimonio artistico dell'Indonesia. Villa Kamaniiya Ubud celebra i principi di base dell'architettura tradizionale balinese in cui ogni struttura ha un distinto senso dello spazio e dello scopo. I materiali indigeni come la pietra e il legno di recupero sono stati utilizzati ovunque per garantire che l'intera proprietà sia sensibile all'ambiente naturale circostante. Un elegante padiglione abitativo occupa il posto d'onore al centro della proprietà ed è delimitato da un enorme laghetto da un lato e da una piscina a forma di T dall'altro. È un'imponente struttura a pianta aperta sostenuta da colonne in legno massiccio con un salotto climatizzato e una sala multimediale adiacente sul retro. Ci sono anche due aree abilmente nascoste accessibili solo da stretti gradini in legno dove gli ospiti possono meditare o praticare yoga.

La sala da pranzo formale è un padiglione separato che risplende di un'epoca passata con un tavolo in legno a figura intera e lampade che migliorano l'umore. In alternativa, è disponibile una terrazza ombreggiata per esperienze culinarie più informali. Questa zona dispone di un forno a legna che può essere utilizzato per cuocere la pizza, cuocere il pane e creare altre delizie culinarie. La cucina principale è essenzialmente una zona di servizio con la propria cabina dispensa. La camera da letto principale è un santuario privato con pareti rivestite in legno di recupero. È un ambiente confortevole con la propria terrazza e un unico pod di posti a sedere di fronte alla serena bellezza di una foresta tropicale. Il bagno privato è stato creato per il piacere di ispirazione spa con vasca in pietra e doccia a pioggia. C'è anche una zona balneare all'aperto allestita con una doccia rustica e una vasca idromassaggio per assorbire le tensioni muscolari. Due camere da letto più arredate con gusto si trovano sull'altro lato della piscina in una struttura a più livelli. Entrambe le camere condividono gli stessi comfort domestici moderni e la meticolosa attenzione ai dettagli. La camera da letto al piano superiore ha un elegante bagno privato e una terrazza privata per una maggiore privacy.

La camera da letto più piccola sottostante è rivestita interamente di legno scuro per creare un effetto riposante. Un'ala separata per gli ospiti è opportunamente distanziata dal resto della proprietà e dispone di due camere da letto aggiuntive costruite per seguire i contorni del paesaggio in pendenza. Hanno uno stile leggermente diverso e sono stati progettati utilizzando cemento lucido e linee curve che danno un aspetto più contemporaneo. In un angolo del giardino, c'è un padiglione per rilassarsi tradizionalmente con il tetto di paglia che è elevato per catturare ampie vedute di alberi maturi e palme da cocco ondeggianti. Un ampio tratto di prato ben curato si presta ad eventi all'aperto come matrimoni intimi o feste private. Un grazioso padiglione in legno in fondo al giardino può essere utilizzato come comodo camerino per feste particolari. Può anche essere allestita come camera da letto extra in caso di necessità.

Magical weekend

We visited Villa Kamaniiya for 3 days and had the best possible weekend ever. It’s such a beautiful and magnificent place, it immediately feels magical. They offer ever facility you could ever dream of and more. The food and drinks are absolutely amazing…
We visited Villa Kamaniiya for 3 days and had the best possible weekend ever. It’s such a beautiful and magnificent place, it immediately feels magical. They offer ever facility you could ever dream of and more. The food and drinks are absolutely amazing and the employees take very good care of you. Made, the manager is super kind and open to bring you to some good places whenever. Everything seems possible in this villa. The bedrooms are beautiful, very big and always clean. The garden looks amazing, the view is incredible and of course the pool and jacuzzi are lovely!! Perfect location for some good relaxing. Would immediately go back when I get the chance :)

We stayed in Villa Kamaniiya for 5 days during Christmas and it was absolutely incredible. (we chose it instead of a hotel b/c we wanted our family to be able hang out and socialize without being with other people.) The layout is sublime and the view is tropical and gorgeous. The villa comes with a staff of 10 dedicated and happy professionals. Mahde is the head of the team and was also our driver and guide for our stay. He is kind, professional and speaks great English. The bedrooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are huge and well-outfitted. There's a pool, a hot tub and huge bathtubs. The team has a delightful menu of drinks (including frozen mojitos, jura espresso, and ice coffees) and dishes they can whip up for your family any time and the quality is great. The team wants to do anything they can do help including setting up your reservations, tours and they kindly babysat my two boys every night, making them dinner and setting them up with movies in the tv room. the location is 10 minutes from downtown ubud and very close to the Monkey Forest, Jungle Swings, the Campuhan Hike and 25 min from Bali Zoo (recommended). I also greatly recommend tubing on the Penet riber. Incredible experience. At the end of the day, I cannot recommend Villa Kamaniya enough. It is heaven on earth and if I return to Ubud I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

We have a very good time at Villa Kamaniiya. From the moment the we walk into the villa, we can sense a peaceful life as the meaning of "calm" in the name of the villa. The view from villa is magnificent as it is surrounded by the forest and we can also hear the sound of river at the same time. At night we can see many stars given this undisturbed nature of the villa. Made, the villa manager, is also very helpful. He explains many interesting things about Bali both culture and people to us. Moreover, he is also a very good driver as we use his services to go to many tourist spots in Bali. All the villa staffs are also friendly, and we would like to thanks them for every services during the time we stay there.

Amazing experience

Sublime

Just blow u away amazing! The villa is tucked away down an ally behind traditional rural houses, but then u step into paradise. Lovely lovely lovely team of people make the stay very enjoyable. Villa has everything u will ever need.

This is an amazing villa, an architectural masterpiece that we never expected to get for the price we paid. Iron wood floors and pillars in a gigantic pavilion surrounded by a big and quiet pond with koi fish and lotus flowers. An infinity pool overlooking the jungle, dominates the whole space, made of the gray-black rock endemic of Ubud is just inviting and really well design, it truly made for great pictures.3 rooms are original to the initial construction and 2 more were built at a later date, alas not in the same style as the 3 other rooms. The staff is really amazing and what you would expect from Balinese people, service is authentic and warm, everyone greets with with a smile and everyone makes sure you are having a good time. Made, the manager, was particularly nice and went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a good vacation. We appreciated his willingness to work with our very difficult group of 8 leaders that were changing their mind at the last minute all the time! His transportation services were needed and we loved having him as a driver, he took us to his village on a bike tour and we met his family and biked around the rice fields of his hometown which is beautiful! Book all tours and activities with him, he is amazing! We loved the food from the first chef we had, his spicy and tasty food was missed when he had to go to a ceremony to his hometown... I must mentioned that a problem at the beginning of the vacation that we though might ruin it was handled really well and with consideration by the office and reservations manager, so you know that if something ever goes wrong you will be dealing with serious people. There were some issues with wifi that need to be addressed, but in general we loved our vacation here. Ubud is magical and we went to visit from here the Four seasons, the Ritz carlton (amazing!) and the Pita palace, all beautiful! We will be back! The Gerondeau and The Alvarez families.
