Бассейн с деревянной зоной отдыха приглашает гостей насладиться видом на море и расслабиться под чистым голубым небом. С первого момента, как приблизиться к этому красивому дому, становится очевидно, что он спроектирован таким образом, чтобы каждый мог наслаждаться своим отпуском без препятствий.

От главного входа до уютной и светлой гостиной через большие проемы вы почувствуете, как снаружи и внутри дома сливаются воедино! Последнее происходит также с двумя главными спальнями, которые находятся на одном уровне. В первой большой спальне есть две односпальные кровати и собственная ванная комната, освещенная светом, проникающим с потолка, который был специально спроектирован с учетом всех требований и оборудован для доступа людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями. Камень - главный строительный материал в отделке этой великолепной и удобной спальни, из которой также открывается вид на бассейн и море. Вторая спальня также имеет собственную ванную комнату, большую двуспальную кровать и вид на бассейн и двор. Романтический декор с использованием натуральных цветов и материалов создает расслабляющее ощущение у посетителей. Внутреннее окно пропускает дневной свет внутрь ванной комнаты. В гостиной угловой диван можно использовать как дополнительное спальное место для двух человек. На этом же уровне есть мини-кухня, стиральная машина и лифт, ведущий на 2-й уровень дома.

Из гостиной на 2 этаж дома ведет внушительная лестница. Достигнув 2-го уровня, есть два варианта, чтобы насладиться прекрасным видом на залив Миртос: либо с большой веранды с беседкой, либо из зоны барбекю со встроенными креслами, либо из впечатляющей столовой. Обеденный стол в монастырском стиле посреди комнаты привлекает внимание посетителя вдали от великолепного вида на море. Там же находится большая кухня, полностью адаптированная для людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями. Сад, полный красивых цветов, рядом с кухней завершает обстановку. На этом уровне есть дополнительная ванная комната. Лифт, крытая парковка, ведущая на уровень входа в дом, а также дизайн в совокупности с оборудованием виллы, позволяют каждому наслаждаться отдыхом с комфортом и без препятствий!

На вилле Katoi Kefalonia с двумя отдельными спальнями, дополнительным спальным местом и высочайшими стандартами комфорта и гостеприимства могут разместиться до 7 человек.

Lovely and quiet villa where we enjoyed our holidays. The description is conform and the reality is better !! The panoramic view of the Agia Kyriaki and Myrtos bays during the sunset is so beautiful . The comfort are everywhere in the villa (which is a quiet and fresh house) : bed, sofa, swimming-pool, yard, terrasse, kitchen, bathroom, al is done to be lovely decorate and comfortable and easy access for peopole using wheelchair il needing. So i advise a friend of mine with mobility difficulties to spend holidays in this villa. He and is wife are very interested and eager to discover this villa. Thanks for all Best regards I

There are a lot of details which exceeded our expectations - such as a welcome gift, small soaps in every bathroom, fresh towels and cleaning service twice during our 10 days stay. Athina, the host, is super-friendly very responsive and cares for their guests at highest standards. Everything is very clean and especially the pool was excellent, clean, and cared by a pool-boy everyday! Many thanks for making our summer holidays a great time for me, my wife and our two daughters.

Athina's house is really beautiful. The house is even better than the photo's, very spacious with great architecture and interior design, we really loved it. The views from the house overlooking the ocean and the mountains at the back are incredible…
Athina's house is really beautiful. The house is even better than the photo's, very spacious with great architecture and interior design, we really loved it. The views from the house overlooking the ocean and the mountains at the back are incredible and the large balcony was perfect for enjoying the evening sunsets. Its situated in a really quiet place and a very short drive to the local beach, which has a small bar and a really good taverna serving homemade food. Its a great base to visit the whole island although we found the area the house was situated in was the best, really unspoilt with the most incredible beaches near by and the best views. Athina was so generous with the food and treats she provided for us and the delivery of fresh bread and pastries every morning from the local baker was perfect. I highly recommend Athina's house, it has everything you need and more (3 coffee makers!), it has stunning design and is super relaxing and very welcoming.

we had a wonderful weekend in this house ! it is located in a quiet location with a sea view. clean pool (we cleaned it every day), thoughtful design of rooms, a parking place and a garage, a terrace with a barbecue, a small garden with herbs-all this created a cosiness and we were at home. Athina was very friendly, brought fresh fruit from her garden, it was so kind of her. definitely I can only recommend this house for recreation and with great pleasure would come back again!

The villa is very beautiful, it is even better than in the photos! Everything from the beds to the pool to the furniture to the automated garage door has all been done to a very high standard. It is so calm, peaceful and comfortable, and refreshingly cool when it gets hot outside (though the pool is also just perfect for cooling down). It was a pleasure coming 'home' to the villa after a day out, but we also loved lazy days of going nowhere and just relaxing at the villa. Athina was always so very helpful and friendly, and made sure the villa was perfectly clean every day. We also had lovely treats every day, like fresh bread, pies and fruit. The villa has brilliant wheelchair access, with no steps, wide doors, big bathrooms and roll-in showers, big comfortable beds, a pool that is easy to get in and out of, and a lift to the top floor (where there is a kitchen with perfectly accessible units and sink, and a beautiful balcony with brilliant views out to sea). There are a thousand other little touches that made the villa perfect, and we cannot wait to go back. We love this place.

I can highly recommend this place

Fantastic house, just what we where hoping for . Located on the northern part of the island , very quiet location with a stunning view, perfect distance for the best beaches etc. our favourite spot became vourti beach just 10 min in car from the house…

Villa Katoi is as close as it gets to paradise... perfectly located 30mins from Argostoli where you can find shops etc and 40mins from Fiskardo it is a hidden away gem. The modern house is spacious and super comfortable with its two large bedrooms and big living room as well as the different terraces on the upper floor. The swimming pool is small but perfect to cool off. For food if you don't feel like cooking in the very well equipped kitchen you can order in from vista mar tavern nearby. Or go down the road to yeki yeki beach where there are four different restaurants one of which (the one right on the port) serves the most authentic food with a daily menu of their catch of the day, Greek salad and fries. Everything is homemade including the wine! And last but not least- Athina is a wonderful caring hostess who will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable or help out. We were lucky to have her deal with the airport when our luggage did not arrive! We will come again for sure :)

Athina was so kind and took great care of us with many personal touches. The house itself is perfect for anyone wanting somewhere off the tourist route (but with a car). We used it as a base to drive all over the island and ultimately decided that the best beach was actually right on our doorstep! Quiet, breezy and with fantastic views, it felt like we were living the real Kefalonia. Nowhere was particularly crowded and we always ate exceptionally well - authentic Greek food.

Athina's house is really beautiful. The house is even better than the photo's, very spacious with great architecture and interior design, we really loved it. The views from the house overlooking the ocean and the mountains at the back are incredible and the large balcony was perfect for enjoying the evening sunsets.
