Το Katoi Villa Kefalonia είναι χτισμένο σε ένα ήσυχο χωριό της Κεφαλονιάς με πανοραμική θέα στον κόλπο της Αγίας Κυριακής και του Μύρτου. Η αποκλειστικότητα του Katoi Villa στοχεύει να εξασφαλίσει μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή για όλους τους επισκέπτες, αφού έχει σχεδιαστεί για να διασφαλίζει την προσβασιμότητα σε άτομα με κινητικές δυσκολίες και/ή μειωμένη κινητικότητα εγκεκριμένα και πιστοποιημένα από την TUV. Η βίλα κατασκευάστηκε με απόλυτο σεβασμό στη φυσική ομορφιά του τοπίου και ενσωματώθηκε στο περιβάλλον.

Διαπερνώντας την ξύλινη πόρτα της εισόδου, μια άνετη ράμπα με την ελάχιστη κλίση (προσαρμοσμένη στις ανάγκες των ατόμων που χρησιμοποιούν αναπηρικά αμαξίδια) οδηγεί στο επίπεδο της πισίνας στην είσοδο του σπιτιού. Η πισίνα με την ξύλινη διάταξη καθισμάτων καλεί τους επισκέπτες να απολαύσουν τη θέα στη θάλασσα και να χαλαρώσουν κάτω από τον καταγάλανο ουρανό. Από την πρώτη στιγμή που πλησιάζετε σε αυτό το όμορφο σπίτι, είναι προφανές ότι έχει σχεδιαστεί έτσι ώστε όλοι να μπορούν να απολαύσουν τις διακοπές τους χωρίς εμπόδια.

Από την κύρια είσοδο στο άνετο και φωτεινό καθιστικό, τα μεγάλα ανοίγματα σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ότι το εξωτερικό και το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού συγχωνεύονται σε ένα! Αυτό συμβαίνει και στα δύο κύρια υπνοδωμάτια που βρίσκονται στο ίδιο επίπεδο. Το πρώτο μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και το δικό του μπάνιο φωτίζεται με φως που μπαίνει από την οροφή, το οποίο έχει σχεδιαστεί ειδικά, πληροί όλες τις προδιαγραφές, εξοπλισμένο για να είναι προσβάσιμο για άτομα με μειωμένη κινητικότητα. Ο βράχος είναι το κύριο δομικό υλικό στη διακόσμηση αυτού του υπέροχου και άνετου υπνοδωματίου που έχει επίσης θέα στην πισίνα και τη θάλασσα. Το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει επίσης το δικό του μπάνιο, ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι και θέα στην πισίνα και την αυλή. Η ρομαντική διακόσμηση με γήινα χρώματα και υλικά δημιουργεί μια χαλαρωτική αίσθηση στον επισκέπτη. Ένα εσωτερικό παράθυρο αφήνει το φως της ημέρας μέσα στο μπάνιο. Στο σαλόνι, ο γωνιακός καναπές μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως επιπλέον χώρος ύπνου για δύο άτομα. Στο ίδιο επίπεδο, υπάρχει επίσης μια μικρή κουζίνα, ένα πλυντήριο ρούχων και ένας ανελκυστήρας που οδηγεί στο 2ο επίπεδο του σπιτιού.

Μια εντυπωσιακή σκάλα οδηγεί από το σαλόνι στον 2ο όροφο του σπιτιού. Φτάνοντας στο 2ο επίπεδο, υπάρχουν δύο επιλογές για να απολαύσετε την υπέροχη θέα προς τον κόλπο του Μύρτου: είτε από τη μεγάλη βεράντα με την πέργκολα, το μπάρμπεκιου με τα χτισμένα καθίσματα, είτε από την εντυπωσιακή τραπεζαρία. Η τραπεζαρία σε μοναστηριακό στιλ στη μέση του δωματίου τραβάει το μάτι του επισκέπτη μακριά από την υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Στον ίδιο χώρο, υπάρχει μια μεγάλη κουζίνα πλήρως προσαρμοσμένη στις ανάγκες των ατόμων με μειωμένη κινητικότητα. Ένας κήπος γεμάτος όμορφα λουλούδια δίπλα στην κουζίνα ολοκληρώνει το σκηνικό. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο, υπάρχει ένα επιπλέον μπάνιο. Ο ανελκυστήρας, ο καλυμμένος χώρος στάθμευσης που οδηγεί στο επίπεδο εισόδου του σπιτιού καθώς και ο συνολικός σχεδιασμός, εκτός από τον εξοπλισμό της βίλας, επιτρέπουν σε όλους να απολαύσουν τις διακοπές τους άνετα, χωρίς εμπόδια!

Με δύο ανεξάρτητα υπνοδωμάτια, επιπλέον χώρο ύπνου και τα υψηλότερα πρότυπα άνεσης και φιλοξενίας, το Katoi Villa Kefalonia μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 7 άτομα.

Lovely and quiet villa where we enjoyed our holidays. The description is conform and the reality is better !! The panoramic view of the Agia Kyriaki and Myrtos bays during the sunset is so beautiful . The comfort are everywhere in the villa (which is a quiet and fresh house) : bed, sofa, swimming-pool, yard, terrasse, kitchen, bathroom, al is done to be lovely decorate and comfortable and easy access for peopole using wheelchair il needing. So i advise a friend of mine with mobility difficulties to spend holidays in this villa. He and is wife are very interested and eager to discover this villa. Thanks for all Best regards I

Athina, the host, is super-friendly very responsive and cares for their guests at highest standards. Everything is very clean and especially the pool was excellent, clean, and cared by a pool-boy everyday! Many thanks for making our summer holidays a great time for me, my wife and our two daughters.

Athina's house is really beautiful. The house is even better than the photo's, very spacious with great architecture and interior design, we really loved it. The views from the house overlooking the ocean and the mountains at the back are incredible…
Athina's house is really beautiful. The house is even better than the photo's, very spacious with great architecture and interior design, we really loved it. The views from the house overlooking the ocean and the mountains at the back are incredible and the large balcony was perfect for enjoying the evening sunsets. Its situated in a really quiet place and a very short drive to the local beach, which has a small bar and a really good taverna serving homemade food. Its a great base to visit the whole island although we found the area the house was situated in was the best, really unspoilt with the most incredible beaches near by and the best views. Athina was so generous with the food and treats she provided for us and the delivery of fresh bread and pastries every morning from the local baker was perfect. I highly recommend Athina's house, it has everything you need and more (3 coffee makers!), it has stunning design and is super relaxing and very welcoming.

Athina was very friendly, brought fresh fruit from her garden, it was so kind of her. definitely I can only recommend this house for recreation and with great pleasure would come back again!

The villa is very beautiful, it is even better than in the photos! Everything from the beds to the pool to the furniture to the automated garage door has all been done to a very high standard. It is so calm, peaceful and comfortable, and refreshingly cool when it gets hot outside (though the pool is also just perfect for cooling down). It was a pleasure coming 'home' to the villa after a day out, but we also loved lazy days of going nowhere and just relaxing at the villa. Athina was always so very helpful and friendly, and made sure the villa was perfectly clean every day. We also had lovely treats every day, like fresh bread, pies and fruit. The villa has brilliant wheelchair access, with no steps, wide doors, big bathrooms and roll-in showers, big comfortable beds, a pool that is easy to get in and out of, and a lift to the top floor (where there is a kitchen with perfectly accessible units and sink, and a beautiful balcony with brilliant views out to sea). There are a thousand other little touches that made the villa perfect, and we cannot wait to go back. We love this place.

I can highly recommend this place

Fantastic house, just what we where hoping for . Located on the northern part of the island , very quiet location with a stunning view, perfect distance for the best beaches etc. our favourite spot became vourti beach just 10 min in car from the house…

Villa Katoi is as close as it gets to paradise... perfectly located 30mins from Argostoli where you can find shops etc and 40mins from Fiskardo it is a hidden away gem. The modern house is spacious and super comfortable with its two large bedrooms and big living room as well as the different terraces on the upper floor. The swimming pool is small but perfect to cool off. For food if you don't feel like cooking in the very well equipped kitchen you can order in from vista mar tavern nearby. Or go down the road to yeki yeki beach where there are four different restaurants one of which (the one right on the port) serves the most authentic food with a daily menu of their catch of the day, Greek salad and fries. Everything is homemade including the wine! And last but not least- Athina is a wonderful caring hostess who will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable or help out. We were lucky to have her deal with the airport when our luggage did not arrive! We will come again for sure :)

Athina was so kind and took great care of us with many personal touches. The house itself is perfect for anyone wanting somewhere off the tourist route (but with a car). We used it as a base to drive all over the island and ultimately decided that the best beach was actually right on our doorstep! Quiet, breezy and with fantastic views, it felt like we were living the real Kefalonia. Nowhere was particularly crowded and we always ate exceptionally well - authentic Greek food.
