Katoi Villa Kefalonia è costruita in un tranquillo villaggio di Cefalonia con vista panoramica sulle baie di Agia Kyriaki e Myrtos. L'esclusività di Katoi Villa mira a garantire un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole per tutti gli ospiti, essendo stata progettata per garantire l'accessibilità alle persone con difficoltà motorie e/o mobilità ridotta approvate e certificate dal TUV. La villa è stata costruita nel rispetto assoluto della bellezza naturale del paesaggio e incorporata nell'ambiente.

Varcando la porta in legno dell'ingresso, una comoda rampa con pendenza minima (adattata alle esigenze delle persone in sedia a rotelle) conduce al livello della piscina all'ingresso della casa. La piscina con la disposizione dei sedili in legno invita gli ospiti a godersi la vista sul mare e rilassarsi sotto il cielo azzurro. Dal primo momento in cui ci si avvicina a questa bella casa, è evidente che è stata progettata in modo che tutti possano godersi la vacanza senza barriere.

Dall'ingresso principale al salotto comodo e luminoso, le grandi aperture ti fanno sentire che l'esterno e l'interno della casa si fondono in un tutt'uno! Quest'ultimo accade anche alle due camere matrimoniali che si trovano sullo stesso livello. La prima grande camera da letto ha due letti singoli e il proprio bagno illuminato con luce che entra dal soffitto, appositamente progettato, rispondente a tutte le specifiche, attrezzato per essere accessibile alle persone con mobilità ridotta. La roccia è il materiale da costruzione principale nella decorazione di questa camera da letto superba e confortevole che ha anche una vista sulla piscina e sul mare. Anche la seconda camera ha il proprio bagno, un grande letto matrimoniale e una vista sulla piscina e sul cortile. L'arredamento romantico con colori e materiali della terra crea una sensazione rilassante per il visitatore. Una finestra interna lascia entrare la luce del giorno all'interno del bagno. Nel soggiorno, il divano ad angolo può essere utilizzato come posto letto aggiuntivo per due persone. Allo stesso livello si trovano anche un angolo cottura, una lavatrice e un ascensore che conduce al 2° livello della casa.

Un'imponente scala conduce dal soggiorno al 2° piano della casa. Raggiungendo il 2° livello, ci sono due scelte per godersi l'incantevole vista verso la baia di Myrtos: o dall'ampio portico con pergolato, dal barbecue con i posti a sedere in muratura, o dall'interno dell'imponente sala da pranzo. Il tavolo da pranzo in stile monastero al centro della stanza cattura lo sguardo del visitatore lontano dalla magnifica vista sul mare. Nella stessa zona è presente un'ampia cucina totalmente adattata alle esigenze delle persone con mobilità ridotta. Un giardino pieno di splendidi fiori accanto alla cucina completa l'ambiente. A questo livello è presente un bagno in più. L'ascensore, il posto auto coperto che porta al livello dell'ingresso della casa così come il design in toto oltre alle dotazioni della villa, permettono a tutti di godersi la vacanza comodamente, senza ostacoli!

Con due camere da letto indipendenti, spazio per dormire extra e i più alti standard di comfort e ospitalità, Katoi Villa Kefalonia può ospitare fino a 7 persone.

Lovely and quiet villa where we enjoyed our holidays. The description is conform and the reality is better !! The panoramic view of the Agia Kyriaki and Myrtos bays during the sunset is so beautiful . The comfort are everywhere in the villa (which is a quiet and fresh house) : bed, sofa, swimming-pool, yard, terrasse, kitchen, bathroom, al is done to be lovely decorate and comfortable and easy access for peopole using wheelchair il needing. So i advise a friend of mine with mobility difficulties to spend holidays in this villa. He and is wife are very interested and eager to discover this villa. Thanks for all Best regards I

There are a lot of details which exceeded our expectations - such as a welcome gift, small soaps in every bathroom, fresh towels and cleaning service twice during our 10 days stay. Athina, the host, is super-friendly very responsive and cares for their guests at highest standards. Everything is very clean and especially the pool was excellent, clean, and cared by a pool-boy everyday! Many thanks for making our summer holidays a great time for me, my wife and our two daughters.

Athina's house is really beautiful. The house is even better than the photo's, very spacious with great architecture and interior design, we really loved it. The views from the house overlooking the ocean and the mountains at the back are incredible…
Athina's house is really beautiful. The house is even better than the photo's, very spacious with great architecture and interior design, we really loved it. The views from the house overlooking the ocean and the mountains at the back are incredible and the large balcony was perfect for enjoying the evening sunsets. Its situated in a really quiet place and a very short drive to the local beach, which has a small bar and a really good taverna serving homemade food. Its a great base to visit the whole island although we found the area the house was situated in was the best, really unspoilt with the most incredible beaches near by and the best views. Athina was so generous with the food and treats she provided for us and the delivery of fresh bread and pastries every morning from the local baker was perfect. I highly recommend Athina's house, it has everything you need and more (3 coffee makers!), it has stunning design and is super relaxing and very welcoming.

Athina was very friendly, brought fresh fruit from her garden, it was so kind of her. definitely I can only recommend this house for recreation and with great pleasure would come back again!

The villa is very beautiful, it is even better than in the photos! Everything from the beds to the pool to the furniture to the automated garage door has all been done to a very high standard. It is so calm, peaceful and comfortable, and refreshingly cool when it gets hot outside (though the pool is also just perfect for cooling down). It was a pleasure coming 'home' to the villa after a day out, but we also loved lazy days of going nowhere and just relaxing at the villa. Athina was always so very helpful and friendly, and made sure the villa was perfectly clean every day. We also had lovely treats every day, like fresh bread, pies and fruit. The villa has brilliant wheelchair access, with no steps, wide doors, big bathrooms and roll-in showers, big comfortable beds, a pool that is easy to get in and out of, and a lift to the top floor (where there is a kitchen with perfectly accessible units and sink, and a beautiful balcony with brilliant views out to sea). There are a thousand other little touches that made the villa perfect, and we cannot wait to go back. We love this place.

I can highly recommend this place

Fantastic house, just what we where hoping for . Located on the northern part of the island , very quiet location with a stunning view, perfect distance for the best beaches etc. our favourite spot became vourti beach just 10 min in car from the house…

Villa Katoi is as close as it gets to paradise... perfectly located 30mins from Argostoli where you can find shops etc and 40mins from Fiskardo it is a hidden away gem. The modern house is spacious and super comfortable with its two large bedrooms and big living room as well as the different terraces on the upper floor. The swimming pool is small but perfect to cool off. For food if you don't feel like cooking in the very well equipped kitchen you can order in from vista mar tavern nearby. Or go down the road to yeki yeki beach where there are four different restaurants one of which (the one right on the port) serves the most authentic food with a daily menu of their catch of the day, Greek salad and fries. Everything is homemade including the wine! And last but not least- Athina is a wonderful caring hostess who will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable or help out. We were lucky to have her deal with the airport when our luggage did not arrive! We will come again for sure :)

Athina was so kind and took great care of us with many personal touches. The house itself is perfect for anyone wanting somewhere off the tourist route (but with a car). We used it as a base to drive all over the island and ultimately decided that the best beach was actually right on our doorstep! Quiet, breezy and with fantastic views, it felt like we were living the real Kefalonia. Nowhere was particularly crowded and we always ate exceptionally well - authentic Greek food.

Athina's house is really beautiful. The house is even better than the photo's, very spacious with great architecture and interior design, we really loved it. The views from the house overlooking the ocean and the mountains at the back are incredible and the large balcony was perfect for enjoying the evening sunsets. Its situated in a really quiet place and a very short drive to the local beach, which has a small bar and a really good taverna serving homemade food.
