Le ville dell'Ideales Resort sono di dimensioni variabili, ma grazie agli spazi molto ampi, possono accogliere comodamente coppie, famiglie o grandi gruppi di amici. La loro decorazione è raffinata e funzionale con tocchi caldi che ti lasciano un'atmosfera familiare. Villa Linatela si sviluppa su due piani, con le zone giorno principali all'ingresso. Al primo piano si trova un ampio soggiorno ben arredato, con un caratteristico camino in pietra e comode sedute. Il soggiorno confina con una zona pranzo formale open space e una cucina separata con accesso diretto a un balcone ombreggiato da pergola, con un set da pranzo all'aperto. Ci sono circa 7 gradini di una scala esterna che conducono dalla cucina alla terrazza della piscina. La terrazza della piscina si estende su una spaziosa zona soggiorno/pranzo ombreggiata da un pergolato, ideale per cenare all'aperto o per un fresco drink al tramonto. Tornando al salone principale, una scala in marmo conduce al piano terra e alla zona notte principale. Tutte e quattro le camere da letto della villa sono dotate di bagno privato. La camera da letto principale dispone di un salotto privato e si apre su uno spazio esterno ombreggiato con mobili da giardino. Altre due camere da letto garantiscono l'accesso diretto al giardino e offrono posti a sedere all'aperto. La proprietà gode della maestosa vista dello scenario naturale e del mare Ionio.

I would absolutely recommend the villa, it was absolutely beautiful, the pool was amazing, there was so much room for everyone and location couldn’t have been better. The customer service and communication we received before we arrive was brilliant…

We were lucky enough to be able to stay at the Ideales resort for 10 nights in June. We stayed in the Linatela villa as we were a party of 8 adults and 3 kids. The villa was spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. You would need a car as there isn't much to do within walking distance. We hired the private chef for one night and she was amazing. It was the best food we have ever eaten so I would absolutely recommend doing that as a treat! There is a lovely beach around 2 miles from the villa and there are a few tavernas/restaurants within walking distance which were great. There is a small shop around a 10 minute walk away. The views from the villa are incredible and Kefalonia is a beautiful place. We are going back next year as we loved it so much!

Amazing, will definately return

This was one of our best holidays we have had. The people who look after the villa were amazing, the grounds beautiful and the pool was so clean and perfectly located for keeping an eye on the kids swimming. The location was excellent, the local beaches…

The people who look after the villa were amazing, the grounds beautiful and the pool was so clean and perfectly located for keeping an eye on the kids swimming. The location was excellent, the local beaches were really great and local restaurants were all within easy reach. The views from the villa were exceptional - both the mountains and the sea view. The people at Ideales Resorts were so friendly - nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to help no matter what the topic. The villa and the garden was kept immaculately clean the entire stay. We will definitely be back - what a wonderful place to stay.

We loved our week at the Villa Linatela. It is in a lovely area with beautiful views of both mountains and sea.The villa is well equipped, well laid out and spotlessly clean. Lila comes in every 3 days and was very helpful. The outside area has a lovely pool, and barbecue area; in fact the Villa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It's not far from beaches and tavernas, but you do need a car to get around. I highly recommend it for a holiday on this beautiful Island. I think it would be suitable for both family and friends as the four bedrooms are very private, and three have their own outside space; ideal for a quiet morning coffee!

We have stayed 10 times at these villas which are very well located and very well appoited.

The villas are in a beautiful location with lovely views. They are not overlooked and have excellent clean pools, barbeque areas and have everything you need within the villa. We can't wait to get back and enjoy breakfast on the balcony and a relaxing…

I would absolutely recommend the villa, it was absolutely beautiful, the pool was amazing, there was so much room for everyone and location couldn’t have been better. The customer service and communication we received before we arrive was brilliant. We had a wonderful stay, I only wish we’d stayed for longer! Ten out of ten!
