Fabulous family stay!

The villa was fully equipped and cleaned daily. The pool was fantastic and grounds were very well kept. The location was quiet and we can’t wiait to visit again. We had a wonderful week!

I fell in love with this villa and seirios villa. This luxury villa is beautiful. It has a private driveway, fabulous pool and extensive well maintained gardens. The villa is very modern with a high powered shower. It has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a sandwich maker and a juice maker, which we loved. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the bed linen and towels are of a high quality. There are four villas owned by Labros, and we had the pleasure of staying in two of them. The villas are kept immaculate by the wonderful maid who visits daily. Labros frequently left treats (wine, kefalonian cheese pie and fruit). There is plenty of outdoor space to accommodate 6 people. The villa is more like a boutique hotel but you are the only guests. We had a wonderful time and did not want to leave this villa. I would recommend this villa to any one who wants a relaxing holiday in a peaceful environment. Thank you Labros for your kindness.

Heaven in paradise.

Si può dire tutto? si tutto! A partire dall'estrema gentilezza di Labros, il proprietario, che è venuto a prenderci in aeroporto per accompagnarci alla villa, alla sua estrema disponibilità in ogni momento e alle sue "coccole mattutine con pan brioche…
Si può dire tutto? si tutto! A partire dall'estrema gentilezza di Labros, il proprietario, che è venuto a prenderci in aeroporto per accompagnarci alla villa, alla sua estrema disponibilità in ogni momento e alle sue "coccole mattutine con pan brioche e arance biologiche per la spremuta. La villa è davvero superiore alle aspettative, vicina all'aeroporto, quindi comodissima per partenza e arrivo, ma abbastanza distante da non esserne disturbati; si trova proprio alle spalle di una spiaggia con mare stupendo, ben attrezzata. E' inserita in un contesto di altre 3 ville simili, ma ben separate l'una dall'altra da un magnifico giardino,che consente il rispetto della privacy. Parcheggio proprio davanti alla casa. L'esterno è meraviglioso, con un bellissimo porticato dove gustare la colazione (o qualsiasi altra cosa) vista piscina. La piscina ha una parte dotata di idromassaggio ed è piacevolissimo prendere il sole sui lettini che la circondano. All'interno si accede a una funzionalissima cucina, dotata di tutti i principali elettrodomestici (forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, spremiagrumi, tostapane, bollitore del the) e di ogni tipo di stoviglia. Il soggiorno è davvero piacevole, con un divano comodissimo; il piano terra è completato da un bel bagno dotato di doccia. Al piano superiore camere da letto ampie, entrambe con il proprio bagno ad accesso privato e con accesso alla terrazza coperta, dove si gode di un ottimo panorama con vista mare. La villa e l'esterno vengono puliti ogni giorno in modo accurato. A 300 metri si trova un supermercatino ben fornito (anche se un po' caro) e un ottimo ristorante. in circa un quarto 'a di auto si raggiunge Argostoli. Estremamente consigliata!

La villa si trova in località ammes, in un delizioso paesino a 300 mt dall'omonima spiaggia. La casa è nuovissima, superbamente arredata (meravigliosa la sala con il grande tavolo e la lampada di legno!) e dotata di ogni comfort. I 3 bagni dispongono…
La villa si trova in località ammes, in un delizioso paesino a 300 mt dall'omonima spiaggia. La casa è nuovissima, superbamente arredata (meravigliosa la sala con il grande tavolo e la lampada di legno!) e dotata di ogni comfort. I 3 bagni dispongono di docce super moderne. La piscina è molto bella e viene pulita con regolarità. Letti molto comodi e biancheria di primo livello. Molto apprezzato il servizio di pulizie giornaliero. Labros, il proprietario, è una persona deliziosa con cui abbiamo parlato in due o tre occasioni durante il nostro soggiorno. Squisiti i dolcetti di mandorla con cui ci ha omaggiato. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in una delle ville di questa proprietà, ognuna con la propria privacy, in uno splendido giardino piantumato e profumato di erbe aromatiche, godendo tramonti mozzafiato dalla terrazza, allietati dal passaggio degli aerei (emozionanti e per niente fastidiosi!). Grazie mille Labros per averci ospitato in questa splendida villa!

One of four luxury villas owned by the extremely attentive host Labros. It is set within large private gardens with access gained via a private driveway. The villa itself lacks nothing, it is super comfortable, sleeping six adults with ease and has a huge outside patio area with private pool. Labros is a fantastic host, we were there for our 25th wedding anniversary and we were presented a tasty home made cheese pie and a bottle of bubbly. Several days we were brought goodies including traditional pasta dish and beautiful hand made cake. The villa is close to a couple of quality tavernas and a mini market and is 400 meters from Ammes beach, so it's ideally placed. The gardens surrounding the villa are beautifully maintained and maid service is provided daily. This is the second time we have been to on of the four villas ( Afrodite luxury villa next door the first time) and we will be returning!

This beautiful villa is one of a group of four set in landscaped gardens but the villas are not too close and the clever design affords each villa plenty of space and privacy. The villa is very convenient to reach as it is only a few minuets drive from the airport but as there are only a few flights a day noise is not a problem. Outside there is a large verandah with table and chairs with four steps down to the pool area. The pool is gorgeous and sparkling clean as it has a constant filtering system that removes any unlucky insects and debris. Being nearly new the villa is spotlessly clean with a large kitchen dining/living area and a seperate toilete and shower downstairs with two double bedrooms upstairs each with their ensuites. The upstairs also has a covered verandah that runs the whole length of the villa - a great breakfast spot. The furniture is high end design with a beatiful dining table, a large comfortable sofa and very comfortable beds with quality linen. There is a large flat screen TV with numerous English language channels. Within a short walking distance are tavernas,bars and mini markets with further choice a short drive away in Lassi and Argostoli. If you are beach lover one of the best reasons to stay here is that the sandy Ammes beach with its crystal clear water and beach bar is only 5 mins walk away. If you are thinking of booking this villa then we recommend you do.......you will not be disappointed.
