We spent two weeks at the villa. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool was wonderful. The location of the villa was ideal as it was a couple of minutes walk from a wonderful beach, a mini market and a number of different tavernas. Labros was a most considerate and generous host, before and during our stay. He was there to meet us at the villa, even though we arrived gone 11pm. He called in a number of times to make sure that we had everything we needed and even gave us a delicious cheese pie that he’d made himself. I can highly recommend the villa and we are seriously considering returning next year.

The Villa is very modern, with amazing views over to Ammes beach. The host Labros is brilliant, making sure we were fully looked after all throughout our stay. His homemade cheese pie is excellent! The location in Svoronata is perfect, a very relaxed place with enough around to keep you occupied but also perfectly located for the bus to Lassi and Argostoli for when you fancy a trip to the busier areas. The private pool is stunning and the gardens around the Villa are very well maintained too. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay and we will definitely be back.

I can understand why this villa got a 10 at booking.com. It was just perfect. Cleaning every day, stunning sunset, 4 minutes walk to Ammes Beach, but Eglina Beach (25 minutes walk - better to drive) is much better. Do not go to O Milos to eat, if you want a better dinner. I can not understand why this restaurant is so highly recommend. Much better to have a dinner at Esperides or il Borgo.

“Vacanze speciale”

Ormai io mia moglie e miei due figli di 12 e 9 anni è la quarta volta in tre anni che venivamo nelle ville dal signore Labros. Quest'anno per la nostra vacanza abbiamo voluto provare villa Serios, le cose innumerevoli da dire sono tutte super positive…
Ormai io mia moglie e miei due figli di 12 e 9 anni è la quarta volta in tre anni che venivamo nelle ville dal signore Labros. Quest'anno per la nostra vacanza abbiamo voluto provare villa Serios, le cose innumerevoli da dire sono tutte super positive. Villa a soli 5 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto, a 200 metri da una bella spiaggia, villa extralusso al giusto prezzo, villa tenuta benissimo al suo esterno un giardiniere tutti i giorni cura fuori piante e il prato, mentre al suo interno tenuta pulita tutti i giorni da una domestica. La piscina all'esterno è un gioiello, all'interno da i tre bagni ai mobili agli elettrodomestici tutto quanto lusso, dotata di ogni utensile per farvi da cucinare. Del signore Labros non posso che parlarne in maniera speciale ormai in questi tre anni abbiamo instaurato un rapporto di amicizia, sempre cordiale e pronto a soddisfare tutte le vostre necessità. Mentre Cefalonia è un paradiso che va girata e vista, se dovete scegliere Cefalonia per la vostra vacanza scegliete le ville del signore Labros non ve ne pentirete anzi vi resteranno nel cuore

This villa is beautiful. It has everything you could want including a juicer which my husband used every day. The pool is spotlessly clean and the gardens are fabulous. The villa has high end furnishings and luxury bed linen and bath towels. It is like staying in your own person boutique hotel. A gardener visits regularly to maintain the garden, and the maid visits daily. Labros the owner is a gentleman. He met us at the villa, showed us around and informed us on how things worked. He prepared an suggested itinerary and good restaurants to visit. In addition, there was a bottle of wine on arrival, homemade cheese pie was delivered a few days later, and a selection of fruit left for us to enjoy. This villa is everything you could wish for and more. We had a fabulous stay and if I ever return to Kefalonia, I will not hesitate to book one of Labros’ villas.

Excellent family holiday which we all loved

Labros was such a great host with a bowl of fresh fruit on arrival and a bottle of local white wine in the fridge cooling. He even dropped off a fresh local almond bread loaf during the week which was delicious. The pool for the 6 of us was amazing under…
Labros was such a great host with a bowl of fresh fruit on arrival and a bottle of local white wine in the fridge cooling. He even dropped off a fresh local almond bread loaf during the week which was delicious. The pool for the 6 of us was amazing under the hot sunshine and the 3 shower rooms was a great touch when you all cane out the pool at the sane time. Local restaurant at the bottom of the hill was amazing (trybthe seafood spaghetti ?). The burgers there are beautiful too. Local shop is a 2 minute walk away. Will definitely be back. Just sad we had to leave ?

The host spoiled us with chocolates, cheese pie, gifts. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool is so appealing. What you see on the pictures is what you get. Great location close to Amnes beach, walking distance. Lots of restaurants…
The host spoiled us with chocolates, cheese pie, gifts. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool is so appealing. What you see on the pictures is what you get. Great location close to Amnes beach, walking distance. Lots of restaurants and bars a round. Not far from Argostoli, 15 minutes by car. Lots of great beaches around as well. Now let’s talk about the planes... thought would be an issue as flying over the area but was actually quite nice and did not bother. Also very convenient to be close to the airport. To to summarize I highly recommend this villa!!!! Thanks so much to Labros!!!!

Everything was amaizing. Mister Labros, the owner, was very kind and helpful. He has brought us local goodies several times, and has provided us with important information about nice places to visit and restaurants with good food. The villa was more than we expected: all you need for a comfortable accomodation, everything impeccable, daily cleaning, change of bedding and towels every two days. We liked the swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and it was a pleasure to have a snack on the terrace.
