Το Alegria Villas 3BR μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 2-10 άτομα. Είναι χτισμένα σε πέτρα με παραδοσιακή Ζακυνθινή αρχιτεκτονική και επιπλωμένα με μοντέρνα φωτοβολίδα. Διαθέτουν ιδιωτικές πισίνες σε μεγάλο ιδιωτικό κήπο με ελιές, μπανανιές, πορτοκαλιές, λεμονιές, ροδιές και πεύκα. Είναι εξοπλισμένα με μπάρμπεκιου και φυσικά χώρο στάθμευσης. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος διαθέτει τζάκι, κλιματισμό, δωρεάν Wi-Fi και 3 από τις βίλες διαθέτουν τζακούζι. Όμορφα διακοσμημένο με παραδοσιακά και οικολογικά υλικά δημιουργώντας ένα πολυτελές, ζεστό και φιλόξενο περιβάλλον.

Alegria Villas 3BR 170 τ.μ. σε μέγεθος και έχει 3 υπνοδωμάτια. Το σαλόνι, με δάπεδα από χειροποίητα ζακυνθινά πλακάκια, διαθέτει σαλόνι (που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 1 επιπλέον επισκέπτη) με τζάκι από πέτρα, καλωδιακή τηλεόραση και εξαιρετικούς πολυελαίους. Το φως του ήλιου του Ιονίου λάμπει μέσα από τα πολύχρωμα κρυστάλλινα παράθυρα – στυλ vitro. Η κουζίνα που εκτείνεται από το σαλόνι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μοντέρνα σκεύη, ψυγείο, κουζίνα, φούρνο, πλυντήριο πιάτων, πιατικά και όλες τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με θέα στον κήπο και ένα μπάνιο από παραδοσιακά πλακάκια και τοπική πέτρα. Έχουν ένα απλά γοητευτικό υπνοδωμάτιο στη σοφίτα (30 μέτρα.} που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 3 άτομα.

Το Alegria Villas 3BR έχει ένα χαμηλότερο κρησφύγετο που μπορεί να περιγραφεί μόνο ως η απόλυτη περιοχή χαλάρωσης. Είναι 70τ.μ. σε μέγεθος με χώρο καθιστικού, διακοσμημένο με ζεστά έθνικ χρώματα και χτιστούς καναπέδες διακοσμημένους με μαξιλάρια – το τέλειο μέρος χαλάρωσης. Διαθέτει καλωδιακή τηλεόραση και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 επιπλέον επισκέπτες. Διαθέτει επίσης κουζίνα με όλες τις ανέσεις, όπως πλυντήριο ρούχων και υπέροχο ντους – τουαλέτα. Θα μαγευτείτε από ένα επιπλέον υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ενσωματωμένο τζακούζι, όπου μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε στο φως των κεριών και να απολαύσετε τη ζωή.

Οι βίλες διαθέτουν βεράντες με χτιστούς χώρους καθιστικού, τραπεζαρίες και έπιπλα κήπου όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το γεύμα σας και να απολαύσετε μια υπέροχη θέα στις ελιές, τη θάλασσα ή την πισίνα σας.

Our villa was clean and comfortable and had really lovely decor. Kitchen was functional with the needed appliances including a dishwasher. Two types of coffee maker and a teapot. We cooked at home several times and had everything we needed. Pool was clean and the outdoor area was so nice with olive trees and plants giving a lot of privacy. One beach within walking distance and many others within 10 minute drive. Highly suggest a car rental. This property is in a location away from crowds and busy beachfront boardwalks. It’s wonderfully quiet at night. Lia was our host and she’s just wonderful. She helped us so much with little things we needed upon arrival even though it was late at night and she was a great resource throughout our time at the villa. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We’re definitely going back!

Lots of places to eat close by but the excellent facilities at the villa, including a barbeque, meant it was easy to cook ourselves too.

 Superb modern villa in a great location. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Villa is arranged over three floors so teenage kids were very happy to have their own space. Pool and poolside were lovely. A very short walk to the beach but still far enough away to feel like a peaceful oasis away from the hectic touristy area. Staff were really helpful and Lia’s warm welcome and advice on local visits and tavernas was impeccable

Alegria Villas was the perfect place for an incredible holiday. Situated in a really beautiful part of the island, our villa was surrounded by fields of olive trees and even has a view of the sea from the terrace. Inside the villa was beautifully furnished and felt like the perfect combination of modern / traditionally Greek. The pool and outside terrace area were also excellent. It really was the ideal villa for 6 people wanting a relaxed and restful holiday. Thanks again and I really hope we'll be back one day

10/10 for this amazing villa in a fantastic location. Just in case you’re wondering, it really is as good as it looks! Host: Lia is such a lovely person and the perfect host; She was in contact as soon as we booked and always responded quickly to any queries we had. After we arrived she always went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with all things great and small, eg. booking activities, exploring the island and recommendations for eating etc. Thanks Lia for making us so welcome and being so generous with your time! Villa: the villa is EXACTLY as described. The Mediterranean furnishings are beautiful and the attention to detail was really impressive; it was spotlessly clean and had a warm atmosphere that felt like home. The beds were really big and super comfortable, the kitchen had all the modern conveniences and there was a large living area downstairs with another decent sized kitchen. The pool was very well-maintained, with an attendant that came twice a day to clean, and the surrounding gardens were really well kitted out with hammocks, loungers and a BBQ. The villa is idea for families, it’s tucked away from the main village so it’s nice and quiet at night. Surrounding area: a really nice place for families and much, much quieter than the surrounding “party” areas. The villa is only a 5 minute walk to a few really nice restaurants (local fish dishes are fantastic) and a quiet beach with free parking and sun loungers. It’s a really great base for exploring the island. In summary I really couldn’t fault this property and the hosts, we will definitely be returning
