Alegria Villas 3BR può ospitare 2-10 persone. Sono state costruite in pietra con l'architettura tradizionale di Zante e arredate con un bagliore moderno. Hanno piscine private in un ampio giardino privato con alberi di ulivo, banana, arancio, limone, melograno e pino. Sono dotati di Barbecue e, naturalmente, di parcheggio. L'interno è dotato di camino, aria condizionata, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e 3 delle ville dispongono di vasca idromassaggio. Splendidamente decorato con materiali tradizionali ed ecologici che creano un ambiente lussuoso, caldo e ospitale.

Alegria Ville 3BR 170 mq. di dimensioni e dispone di 3 camere da letto. La zona giorno, con pavimenti in piastrelle di Zante fatte a mano, dispone di un soggiorno (che può ospitare 1 ospite aggiuntivo) con camino in pietra, TV via cavo e raffinati lampadari. La luce del sole ionico risplende attraverso le finestre di cristallo multicolori – stile vitro. La cucina che si estende dal soggiorno è completamente attrezzata con utensili moderni, frigorifero, piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, stoviglie e tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. C'è anche una l camera da letto con vista sul giardino e un bagno realizzato con piastrelle tradizionali e pietra locale. Hanno una camera da letto mansardata semplicemente affascinante (30 metri.} che può ospitare fino a 3 persone.

Alegria Villas 3BRhanno una tana inferiore che può essere descritta solo come l'ultima area di relax. Sono 70mq. di dimensioni con una zona giorno da morire, decorata con caldi colori etnici e divani incorporati impreziositi da cuscini: il luogo perfetto per il relax. Dispone di TV via cavo e può ospitare 4 persone aggiuntive. Ha anche una zona cucina con tutti i comfort tra cui una lavatrice e un bel bagno con doccia – WC. Rimarrai incantato da un'ulteriore camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e vasca idromassaggio in muratura dove potrai rilassarti al lume di candela e goderti la vita.

Le ville dispongono di verande con salottini incorporati, tavoli da pranzo e mobili da giardino dove è possibile gustare il pasto e ammirare una splendida vista sugli ulivi, sul mare o sulla piscina.

Our villa was clean and comfortable and had really lovely decor. Kitchen was functional with the needed appliances including a dishwasher. Two types of coffee maker and a teapot. We cooked at home several times and had everything we needed. Pool was clean and the outdoor area was so nice with olive trees and plants giving a lot of privacy. One beach within walking distance and many others within 10 minute drive. Highly suggest a car rental. This property is in a location away from crowds and busy beachfront boardwalks. It’s wonderfully quiet at night. Lia was our host and she’s just wonderful. She helped us so much with little things we needed upon arrival even though it was late at night and she was a great resource throughout our time at the villa. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We’re definitely going back!

Wonderful location, just a few minutes walk from the best beach on the island and there are several other excellent beaches within less than 15 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat close by but the excellent facilities at the villa, including a barbeque, meant it was easy to cook ourselves too.

 Superb modern villa in a great location. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Villa is arranged over three floors so teenage kids were very happy to have their own space. Pool and poolside were lovely. A very short walk to the beach but still far enough away to feel like a peaceful oasis away from the hectic touristy area. Staff were really helpful and Lia’s warm welcome and advice on local visits and tavernas was impeccable

Alegria Villas was the perfect place for an incredible holiday. Situated in a really beautiful part of the island, our villa was surrounded by fields of olive trees and even has a view of the sea from the terrace. Inside the villa was beautifully furnished and felt like the perfect combination of modern / traditionally Greek. The pool and outside terrace area were also excellent. It really was the ideal villa for 6 people wanting a relaxed and restful holiday. Thanks again and I really hope we'll be back one day

10/10 for this amazing villa in a fantastic location. Just in case you’re wondering, it really is as good as it looks! Host: Lia is such a lovely person and the perfect host; She was in contact as soon as we booked and always responded quickly to any queries we had. After we arrived she always went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with all things great and small, eg. booking activities, exploring the island and recommendations for eating etc. Thanks Lia for making us so welcome and being so generous with your time! Villa: the villa is EXACTLY as described. The Mediterranean furnishings are beautiful and the attention to detail was really impressive; it was spotlessly clean and had a warm atmosphere that felt like home. The beds were really big and super comfortable, the kitchen had all the modern conveniences and there was a large living area downstairs with another decent sized kitchen. The pool was very well-maintained, with an attendant that came twice a day to clean, and the surrounding gardens were really well kitted out with hammocks, loungers and a BBQ. The villa is idea for families, it’s tucked away from the main village so it’s nice and quiet at night. Surrounding area: a really nice place for families and much, much quieter than the surrounding “party” areas. The villa is only a 5 minute walk to a few really nice restaurants (local fish dishes are fantastic) and a quiet beach with free parking and sun loungers. It’s a really great base for exploring the island. In summary I really couldn’t fault this property and the hosts, we will definitely be returning
