Liuba Houses, семейный комплекс коттеджей, расположен в Василикосе, красивой деревне в юго-восточной части острова Закинф в Греции. Комплекс состоит из четырех коттеджей с 2 ​​спальнями, одного мезонета с недавно построенным частным бассейном и двух коттеджей с 2 ​​спальнями и частным бассейном, построенных в соответствии с традиционной архитектурой и с особым вниманием к каждой детали. Все семь домов комплекса являются независимыми и имеют частные сады и веранды.

Дом управляется семьей с 1986 года, с большой преданностью и заботой о нуждах гостей. Люба Хаус идеально подходит для семей и пар, желающих спокойного и беззаботного отдыха на природе и недалеко от пляжа.

Irene House, каменный дом площадью 140 кв. м с двумя спальнями, недавно построенным частным бассейном, расположен на втором уровне пышного зеленого холма, откуда также открывается вид на море. В доме могут разместиться 4 человека. Этот дом предлагает две спальни с кондиционером, одна с кроватью размера "queen-size", а другая с двумя односпальными кроватями. Irene house также предлагает одну ванную комнату с душем, а также гостиную открытой планировки и полностью оборудованную кухню с обеденной зоной. Он имеет две веранды, одну меблированную переднюю веранду, ведущую к бассейну, где нашим гостям предлагаются шезлонги, и одну заднюю веранду, идеально подходящую для послеобеденного отдыха.

Georgios is an excellent host and showed us around the area on arrival. He was there to help if needed. The location is lovely with open countryside and distant sea views. The little houses are full of rustic charm and set a distance apart to maintain privacy. The shower was separate and enclosed within the bathroom so floor stayed dry. The 1.5m deep pools are very well maintained and super clean. Large paved area around pool for sunbathing. Gerakas beach is walkable not too busy especially in the morning. Other beaches not too far. Plenty of tavernas and mini market/bakery within walking distance.

The overall complex of 8 different types of villas was fantastically maintained which made for an excellent start to at a brilliant holiday. We stayed in the "Irini Villa" which had two bedrooms and its own private pool. Giorgos, the owner together with his family live onsite, welcomed you on arrival and provided you with a tour of the surrounding areas (beach, restaurants, bakery etc). The Villa and pool was cleaned / maintained everyday. Overall a wonderful holiday !!!!. worth a visit !! we will definitely be returning next year

I completely recommend Liuba Houses. We were there in our honeymoon four years ago. Very quiet, clean and close to the beach. There is a lady who comes every day and cleans the house, changes the towels. Also, the owner is a very nice man. We fell in love with this destination. This is why we came back this summer with our entire family and we hope we can go there every year.

I completely recommend Liuba Houses. We were there in our honeymoon four years ago. Very quiet, clean and close to the beach. There is a lady who comes every day and cleans the house, changes the towels. Also, the owner is a very nice man. We fell in love with this destination. This is why we came back this summer with our entire family and we hope we can go there every year.

We stayed here at Liuba houses in September 2018. Firstly Georges is one of the kindest most humble men I have ever met. He works hard to keep everything running smoothly and does all he can to help his guests enjoy their stay. If you need something, ask him and he will help. Don't expect a 5 star concierge service but a kind, honest man who will help out as best he can. The stone houses are well thought out, even though it was 30 degrees outside the house was cool with plenty of shade and we rarely needed to use the air con. The pool is crystal clear and a great place to cool off. There are tavernas and a beach within a 10mins stroll and as the area is within a national park there are alot of undeveloped open areas. All in all a great place for some peace and quiet on a busy Greek island.
