Το Liuba Houses, το οικογενειακά διοικούμενο συγκρότημα εξοχικών σπιτιών, βρίσκεται στον Βασιλικό, ένα όμορφο χωριό στο νοτιοανατολικό τμήμα της Ζακύνθου στην Ελλάδα. Το συγκρότημα αποτελείται από τέσσερις εξοχικές κατοικίες 2 υπνοδωματίων, μία μεζονέτα με νεόδμητη ιδιωτική πισίνα και δύο εξοχικές κατοικίες 2 υπνοδωματίων με ιδιωτική πισίνα, όλες χτισμένες σύμφωνα με την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική και με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα στην κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Και οι επτά κατοικίες του συγκροτήματος είναι ανεξάρτητες και διαθέτουν ιδιωτικούς κήπους και βεράντες.

Τα Σπίτια λειτουργούν από την οικογένεια από το 1986, με πολλή αφοσίωση και φροντίδα στις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών. Τα Liuba Houses είναι ιδανικά για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια που αναζητούν ήρεμες και χωρίς άγχος διακοπές μέσα στη φύση και κοντά στην παραλία.

Irene House, η πέτρινη κατοικία δύο υπνοδωματίων 140 τ.μ. διαθέτει νεόδμητη ιδιωτική πισίνα και βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο επίπεδο ενός καταπράσινου λόφου, προσφέροντας επίσης θέα στη θάλασσα. Το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα. Αυτή η κατοικία προσφέρει δύο κλιματιζόμενα υπνοδωμάτια, το ένα με queen size κρεβάτι και το άλλο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Το Irene house προσφέρει επίσης ένα μπάνιο με ντους καθώς και ενιαίο σαλόνι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, με τραπεζαρία. Διαθέτει δύο βεράντες, μια επιπλωμένη μπροστινή βεράντα που οδηγεί στην πισίνα όπου προσφέρονται ξαπλώστρες στους επισκέπτες μας και μια πίσω βεράντα ιδανική για να απολαύσετε την απογευματινή σας χαλάρωση.

Very lovely place and great hospitality!

Georgios is an excellent host and showed us around the area on arrival. He was there to help if needed. The location is lovely with open countryside and distant sea views. The little houses are full of rustic charm and set a distance apart to maintain privacy. The shower was separate and enclosed within the bathroom so floor stayed dry. The 1.5m deep pools are very well maintained and super clean. Large paved area around pool for sunbathing. Gerakas beach is walkable not too busy especially in the morning. Other beaches not too far. Plenty of tavernas and mini market/bakery within walking distance.

The overall complex of 8 different types of villas was fantastically maintained which made for an excellent start to at a brilliant holiday. We stayed in the "Irini Villa" which had two bedrooms and its own private pool. Giorgos, the owner together with his family live onsite, welcomed you on arrival and provided you with a tour of the surrounding areas (beach, restaurants, bakery etc). The Villa and pool was cleaned / maintained everyday. Overall a wonderful holiday !!!!. worth a visit !! we will definitely be returning next year

There is a lady who comes every day and cleans the house, changes the towels. Also, the owner is a very nice man. We fell in love with this destination. This is why we came back this summer with our entire family and we hope we can go there every year.

We stayed here at Liuba houses in September 2018. Firstly Georges is one of the kindest most humble men I have ever met. He works hard to keep everything running smoothly and does all he can to help his guests enjoy their stay. If you need something, ask him and he will help. Don't expect a 5 star concierge service but a kind, honest man who will help out as best he can. The stone houses are well thought out, even though it was 30 degrees outside the house was cool with plenty of shade and we rarely needed to use the air con. The pool is crystal clear and a great place to cool off. There are tavernas and a beach within a 10mins stroll and as the area is within a national park there are alot of undeveloped open areas. All in all a great place for some peace and quiet on a busy Greek island.
