Liuba Houses, il complesso di cottage a conduzione familiare, si trova a Vasilikos, un bellissimo villaggio nella parte sud-orientale dell'isola di Zante in Grecia. Il complesso è composto da quattro cottage con 2 camere da letto, una maisonette con piscina privata di nuova costruzione e due cottage con 2 camere da letto con piscina privata, tutti costruiti secondo l'architettura tradizionale e con particolare attenzione a ogni dettaglio. Tutte e sette le case del complesso sono indipendenti e offrono giardini privati ​​e verande.

Le Case sono gestite dalla famiglia dal 1986, con molta dedizione e cura verso le esigenze degli ospiti. Le Liuba Houses sono l'ideale per famiglie e coppie che cercano vacanze tranquille e senza stress all'interno della natura e vicino alla spiaggia.

Irene House, la casa in pietra di 140 mq con due camere da letto dispone di una piscina privata di nuova costruzione e si trova al secondo livello di una collina verdeggiante, con vista anche verso il mare. La casa può ospitare 4 persone. Questa casa offre due camere da letto climatizzate, una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli. Irene house offre anche un bagno con doccia, un soggiorno a pianta aperta e una cucina completamente attrezzata, con zona pranzo. Dispone di due verande, una veranda anteriore arredata che conduce alla piscina dove vengono offerti lettini ai nostri ospiti e una veranda posteriore ideale per godersi il relax pomeridiano.

Georgios is an excellent host and showed us around the area on arrival. He was there to help if needed. The location is lovely with open countryside and distant sea views. The little houses are full of rustic charm and set a distance apart to maintain privacy. The shower was separate and enclosed within the bathroom so floor stayed dry. The 1.5m deep pools are very well maintained and super clean. Large paved area around pool for sunbathing. Gerakas beach is walkable not too busy especially in the morning. Other beaches not too far. Plenty of tavernas and mini market/bakery within walking distance.

The overall complex of 8 different types of villas was fantastically maintained which made for an excellent start to at a brilliant holiday. We stayed in the "Irini Villa" which had two bedrooms and its own private pool. Giorgos, the owner together with his family live onsite, welcomed you on arrival and provided you with a tour of the surrounding areas (beach, restaurants, bakery etc). The Villa and pool was cleaned / maintained everyday. Overall a wonderful holiday !!!!. worth a visit !! we will definitely be returning next year

I completely recommend Liuba Houses. We were there in our honeymoon four years ago. Very quiet, clean and close to the beach. There is a lady who comes every day and cleans the house, changes the towels. Also, the owner is a very nice man. We fell in love with this destination. This is why we came back this summer with our entire family and we hope we can go there every year.

There is a lady who comes every day and cleans the house, changes the towels. Also, the owner is a very nice man. We fell in love with this destination. We stayed here at Liuba houses in September 2018. Firstly Georges is one of the kindest most humble men I have ever met. He works hard to keep everything running smoothly and does all he can to help his guests enjoy their stay. If you need something, ask him and he will help. Don't expect a 5 star concierge service but a kind, honest man who will help out as best he can. The stone houses are well thought out, even though it was 30 degrees outside the house was cool with plenty of shade and we rarely needed to use the air con. The pool is crystal clear and a great place to cool off. There are tavernas and a beach within a 10mins stroll and as the area is within a national park there are alot of undeveloped open areas. All in all a great place for some peace and quiet on a busy Greek island.
